Question about uploading. Should we rename the track before we upload the song. I ask cause sometimes when i rip a song from a cd the name is in the original...meaning still in japanese/kanji. Do you prefer having the song renamed before upload or should we keep it as is.  |

@jonathon regarding bloodymoon's picture prob: i suppose bloodymoon wants to grab pics from, say the anime threads or something similar... anyway, i can't really answer that question because i don't even know how those things work. but i can answer this: @zois it works like this: gendou bans people through their registered accounts or through their ip addresses, depending on how grave their offense is. if the offense is super big, gendou will ban the ip address, and won't even allow that person to visit a spec of this site. but if it's the account, like what jon said, gendou has his ways of detecting them. ^___^ -michiyo-

@zparticus- Every computer connected to the Internet or network has an IP address which is basically able to locate where your logging in from, your connection and such. If someone gets banned and makes another account and Gendou is suspicious then he can compare the IP's to look for similar ones. Also there are other ways of going about finding someone who does this such as similar posting styles, similar e-mail address. Of course their are programs out that I believe can mask your IP address. In that case I don't know how Gendou would know. These IP addresses are normally available to the people running the site in question so they can look for this kind of thing. @Bloodymoon- And where exactly are you finding threads like that? um i have a question gendou it might sound stupid but im curious anyway... if you ban someone, they just make a new account right...if so are there ways for you to know that the banned user made a new account? have you caught people doing this? just curious thats all... |

@Jon, not it's not on. but reason i want to use it is because.....uh...imagine having a few hundred pics you want to save....it'll be a pain to save them manually |

@Bloodymoon- Do you really need it? I would think most images wouldn't take long to save/download (Unless you've got a bad connection.) Or is your download accelerator on all the time and your just wondering whether you have to turn it off for images? Just wondering. @Nightfaller- I think the top 100 posters is a little much. |

I think I'm agree with most of the people, the old Gendou avy where really scary, And i like it more... About the width restriction... mmm... The I should star puting in my avys DN instead Dragon Negro... o well, is all up to the almighty Gendou   |

starting to get off topic there, jonathon. i like your current avatar, but it's a bit wide for my taste. i have been thinking about enforcing a width restriction for display purposes in the chat. although, adding a scroll bar to super-long nicknames would also suffice.

@Michiyo- Exactly. The original one was really scary.XD Maybe because it was darker and the scowl was more visible. @Gendou- That brings up another question. Do you like this new avy better than your other one? Or do you have that one just so that newbies know who's boss? |
