Hmmmmm~~ Both are awesome, but... *headdesks* gaaaah... so hard to decide... TTwTT I vote for Hitomi, coz Hitomi deserves votes too. >< why can't we vote for both *cries*?

COngrats Shioyee!!! *cheers* Hmm... I din actually noticed the pronociation part. Perhaps I was mouthing the words. Tend to do it a little too often. Thanks for the comments. Will work hard to improve it~ Both are good. I love both voices~~~ But I have only one vote... so I guess it'll go to..... ... ... Miky. I love the starting part and the harmonies/background singing~ though the high pitch does seem to be abit out at times >_< but... I'm no judge!! muahahahah!!! Oh! And I love how you can turn & twist ur voice too!! From low to mid to high and etc~~~~ Utada songs are challenging for those~~  |

JUDGE JOSE Engel: Enjoyably bright tone, good feeling, but too timid - more air would have improved intonation. Shioyee: Wonderfully clean tone, flawless intonation, great feeling, harmonies were especially nice. Winner: Shioyee ************** JUDGE LAWSON Engel: You have a nice tone in your lower range, and voice is very soothing. You should work on keeping held out notes on pitch, and singing with more strength in the upper range. Shioyee: Excellent vibrato, notes were spot on. Strong voice throughout entire range. Very enjoyable...understatement of the year. FRIGGIN YAY, DUDE!! Made my day. Winner: Shioyee ************ ENGEL: First of all, there was a word I wanted to comment on in the first half of the song - I really liked the way you put some technique on it - a sort of raspy throat noise - BUT the unfortunate news is, when I went back to it to find the phrase you were singing, I realized that I could understand *what* it was that you were saying there.So my one advice for you is to watch proper pronunciation and clear annunciation. Without, the lyrics don't reach the listener and the feeling isn't portrayed as well as it could be.Also, your pitch could use a little bit of practice - just in some place. In the end, I hear that your singing improved all around - I think you were more relaxed.I apologize for the critique, though I DO think you have a very sweet voice :) Just a little more practice, I would suggest.Very good effort! SHIOYEE: I can't hold any favorites in this match - it's very difficult for me not to favor you.But I must be fair in this match as a Judge.But that aside, I still love your voice very much.This song is a perfect portrayal of your vocal abilities - pitch-perfectness, wonderful rhythmical sense, clear - yet stylish annunciation, and ample strength to portray emotion.If I were to give you one concrit however, it would be that you sometimes 'mumble' your words. it usually happens when the melody suddenly dips low.I absolutely hail your high notes. They are beautiful.The chorus near the end that goes quiet - wonderfully sung. Slightly held back on the energy, which is perfect.wonderful job. ***************** JUDGE PAME Engel: Really nice song. I loove Card Captor Sakura. Your voice was really soothing and warm. I liked the emotion you put into it also. OMG both sung absolutely great!... you both get a standing ovation from me, Engel-san and Shioyee-san Engel sung a song I like a lot, so my vote goes for her just because of that ^_^. Because I really think both were pretty even on their performances. *thumbs up*   |

wow this is the match that i've been waiting for!!! Great!!! I really liked both of u!!! But as DN did... i vote for engel since she deserves it... but shioyee is such a great singer almosto pro!!! (afterall she won this Gendou Idol) OMG!! i think i'm next! *goes to hide somewhere*

Shioyee: i'm going to have to accuse you of being a professional singer >.> LOVE your song! love your voice and your passion <3 you get kinda soft on the low notes and a bit too loud on the high notes, though, so watch out for that. though that may just be me... btw, what song is that? Engel: your head voice is beautiful. T_T i really love hearing your voice gliding up. that's something i've never managed to learn. you go off-key sometimes, so brush up those notes and you'll be ultra-ubertauclar-fantastic! me votes for Shioyee! |
