Great game: Gears of War. Info-> Serch it up. There are alot of info on that. And another thing. Chainsaws on the tip of your gun. 'nuff said. A buyer and a keeper Rating-> 5 stars out of 5 Good Game: Zone of the Enders 2, the 2nd Runner (old game) Info-> Good gameplay, variety of weapons. Have split screen 2 player versus. Has replay value. No online Multiplayer. Old game. Game has expanded to Anime shows. If you like the 1st one, then this is a great game for you. A rental to decide to those not a fan. Rating-> 3.7 stars out of 5 Bad Game: Catwoman (old game) Info->Waste of money. Just a game that was put hastily. Not a good game. Gameplay sucks. The only small redeming point is Catwoman herself. Read Review sites for this. Rating->0.01 stars out of 5 (supposed to be less... but I don't think alot of zeros will be wanted...)
OMG!!! THERE IS A SOS BRIGADE AT THE RP SECTION!!!!

Great game for those who have an open mind/who care about gameplay and not story: Shadow of the Colossus (Platform: PS2, players: 1, story mode playtime: ~20 hours) This game is, by faaar, a black sheep among games. There are 16 enemies in this entire game; Not 16 enemies you fight over and over at random areas, just 16. Sixteen completely flat-out awesome bosses, and absolutely no fighting beyond that. Graphics: It depends on where you look; The colossi and the environment get a 10.1/10... But the main character, his horse, and the lizards roaming the area aren't too grand. At all XD Something to note is the frame rate: The frame rate is always a little low (not horribly slow, but barely noticeably choppy), and it gets even lower while fighting a colossus... Why? The colossi are so ridiculously huge and detailed, they had to sap power from one thing to make the game not freeze from outstanding 1337ness. All colossi have 3-D hair, amazing detail and artwork, and a thoroughly impressive polygon count. Sound: The sound is, well, sound. It's not ridiculously awesome, but it's good. Then you have the music! Never before have I heard a better composed soundtrack for any game, ever! The song changes depending on the tide of the battle, and it's so superbly done! </rant> Yes, the music here owns. The story... Well, I'll give you a glimpse of the first part. A man on horseback travels a long way to a seemingly not-too-distant building... But then the building's size sets in, and it's a long journey. Eventually, he reaches the bridge that leads to the building... which is hundreds of feet long, over nothing but desert. Nothing seems to be present in this land... No society (besides empty, long-aged structures), no animals, and the coloring makes things seem... empty, or wasted. Inside the building, the man puts a not-before-seen maiden wrapped in a brown cloth on an altar and pulls off the brown cloth, leaving her there in a white dress. Shadowy figures rise from the ground, but he unsheathes his sword and they all dissipate with the wind. A distorted, male/female voice echoes through the temple, asking what the mortal wishes. After a brief talk, you find out the girl (who's name you don't know until you see the credits; nicknamed Lisa, for Lying Incapacitated on Stone Altar) is dead, and the dude (who's name you don't know until the credits) wants her alive again (for unknown reasons). Spirit dude named Dormin tells him to break the 16 idols in the temple; they can only be broken by defeating the corresponding colossi. Non-spirit dude says "A'ight, I dig yo game," and runs off on his horse for the first colossus. The world: Empty, bleached colors without music really makes you feel... alone. There's nothing living besides greenery and the occasional lizard or bird (and the colossi, if you want to call them "alive"). You travel through this empty world without hearing music unless you're fighting a colossus... It's really surprising how scared you can get heading to an area that you know has a colossus, yet you can't see it or hear it... But you hear the PS2 loading up the battle while you're semi-aimlessly wandering, and you hear the wind blowing past you while you trot/gallop along a canyon. The entire world is one big room. No loading times for different zones, just a HUGE single room. It's really... amazing :D ...So yeah, Warcraft's done updating, see you later :D (A post by me about gaming... It had to include SotC, of course :D) |

@Night- You know you should tell us what platforms you have, it would make recommending games for you easier.^^; Also tell us what kind of games your in to(Action, RPG, sports, etc.) Great Game (If you like RPG's and want a challenge.): Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2. Rating: M Score: 5/5 Platform: PS2 Players: 1 One of the only good RPG's remaining in today's flashy, dry story, mindless hack and slash 'RPG's'. It's got an M rating because there is blood, swearing, but the main reason is the fact your characters are basically devouring other demons, so there is a cannibalistic under tone to it. The 'press turn' battle system adds strategy to your standard turn based system. Great Game: Devil May Cry 3 Rating: M Score: 4.7/5 Platform: PS2 Players: 1 A good action game with a lot of stylish moves and combo's to pull off. It's got a good number different difficulty settings like Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard(SE Only), Dante Must Die and Heaven or Hell. The bosses are cool and Dante is a cocky badass you love to see in cut-scenes. When you first start playing this game your likely to die....a lot, but when you get the hang of it it becomes a little less of a challenge. |

Fire Emblem(rekka no ken) -gameboy advance -rated E One of my favorite games, its an rpg/turn-based strategy game. It follows Eliwood, Lyndis, and Hector as they try to uncover the mystery of Eliwood's missing father. It has over 45 levels and 3 difficulty settings. with a bunch of extras. It's a great game(common sense required though) Zoids Battle legends -gamecube -T yeah its an anime game, but its actually a pretty good game. There are 2 diffrent story modes and both are difficult(not unbeatable, again some common sense required). Then there's a tournament mode where you can upgrade and buy diffrent zoids from Zero, Chaotic centry, and Guardian force. -It's a good game (great if you consider how horrid most anime based games are) ![]() |
