(I agree. @Inferno,Let's hope we reach them when they in the final. Hehehehe...) ~MARSHLAND-TEMPLE/SHRINE~ The conversation is cut short. Avian and Frideros can't help noticing the whistling sound. It looks like someone or something is guided with it. Avian: "Frideros...go back to Hime-chan. I'll take a look our surrounding. This shrine is built with security measure. We ought to know if someone came in". Although still tired, Avian volunteering to recon the site. He put on his cape and tuck his scythe on his back. He knew a little bit about this place terrain, so he very much have the advantage over the attacker. Avian: "Frideros...don't go anywhere...not until I get back okay. Protect Hime-chan from any danger. Don't worry, I won't be long and also I have my other form. I'll be safe" Thought: "I cannot use it anymore though...not until it replenish itself. But this lie is good enough to relieve they're worries" *see Mizuki...still silence* Avian walk into the woods and dissapear. He follow the sound of whistling hoping that he find something at the end of it. (I guess we need to wait for Kay...right?)   |

That should b a blast XD) *while airbourne, saw the hooded woman somewhere in the distance* (didnt i say? my character has good eyesight) Frideros: it CANT BE! ~~~Back at MARSHLANDS - TEMPLE/SHRINE~~~ *Follows Avian after being motioned, still close enough to Hime-chan should anything happen to her.* Avian: "Frideros....do you sense anything about Hime-chan? I feel she is changing. Ever since that hooded woman came, the air become heavier...I mean...around Hime-chan. She is like solid rock now" Frideros: I agree... But... That hooded woman, she's suppossed to be still inside.. But yet. I SAW HER! She survived. And Avian. Did you notice, that woman's... power's? I was almost frozen in place when she entered. I couldnt even TURN! Whatever it is, she is the main root of this i suspect. Hime-chan is priority. At least to me, she saved my life. im indebted as a knight, even if she hates-... *Hears Whistle* Frideros: What the? *notices it came from the location of the old woman he just saw* ..... Mizuki... (err...@jonathon...i want to ask you. The tournament preliminary is over right? So, does that mean my character and the other cannot enter it anymore? Just asking..sorry) Avian and the other finally reach outside. Looks like they made it in time. Avian put down Mizuki and Frideros near the shrine. Outside, the forest is still the same, dark. Tired after bringing both of his friend, Avian deactivate his dragoon form and lie on the ground. Thought: "Finally...we made it. Wheew, that was close. *looking at the stone* Haa...the spirit is already drained. I guess I can't transform in the next 12 hours. Oh well, at least we safe". Avian: "Hime-chan, Frideros...are you okay? *get up and sit* We need to rest first. I bet both of you are also tired right". Frideros raise his hand to show that he is alright and agree...but Mizuki is still silence. Avian collect some wood near the shrine and start some fire. He boil water and cook something for them to eat. While waiting he make a hand signal to Frideros to follow him. Frideros nodded and follow Avian. Far away from Mizuki, Avian speak about his concern. Avian: "Frideros....do you sense anything about Hime-chan? I feel she is changing. Ever since that hooded woman came, the air become heavier...I mean...around Hime-chan. She is like solid rock now" *heard a whistling sound* |

Most of the fighters in there are so creepy, who knows what they'll do if I get caught by one of them. I think it's a little too risky for me to continue in it. After all, it is just a stupid staff thing. CRUGER! cruger: no sweat! and the prelims ended with 24 warriors proceeding to the next phase...the team battles announcer: in the next phase we will have the 24 warriors into 6 teams and will tackle different obstacles prepared by the committee.... |

While being carried around by the Dragoon Avian. Frideros also noticed the sudden quietness of Mizuki's actions... Then they came upon the rock... Avian: "I know.....so.....you have to fly over there yourself..." Frideros: So let me GO already! You smell bad! XD *was thrown forward* Frideros: And im only doing this because you're holding on to her! *Lands on rock* Frideros: THERE!! Yeeargh! Frideros pierced the rock with his father's sword. It was no longer glowing... Just a normal sword now... The Rock was still there.. at first... but soon disintegrates into a sandlike substance. By this time Frideros has already jumped back and took hold of Avian. Not letting go... Frideros: Dang Avian... You really STINK! A word of advise... Get a bath... Try to do it in this strange form of yours next time (Lets pretend Frideros dont know the existance of Dragoons yet). Pheew... As they pass the blasted Nest Of Dragon. Frideros begins to wonder the fate of the old lady... Could she have survived that? Claimed |

(@Inferno, the lady thing is said with an insult tone. So I guess it still within my character free-bad-evil-carefree characteristic range. Hehehe....) The room began crumbling and the tunnel seems shaking too. As they ran, Avian fear that they will not be able to make it. Fly is the only option here. Avian: "I hope my spirit is not drained yet. So please..please make it work". The stone seemingly not giving any sign of changing. The rock behind them beginning to fall. Avian: "Hey don't die on me just yet. Please help us now". Suddenly the stone shine and Avian finally change into his dragoon form. He grab Mizuki and Frideros. Avian: "Cover your eyes and nose guys. I'm poisonous.......and....hang on tight. We are going to fly" They fly through the tunnel with speed. The crumbling is catching up to them. Avian: "Frideros, remember the big rock before...you know the entrance. It should be there by now. I leave that thing to you. Ahhh...there it is now". The entrance rock is right in front of them. Frideros said there is no time to stop and slash that thing. Avian: "I know.....so.....you have to fly over there yourself *devilish smile*. Now on three...1...*He toss Frideros as hard as he could*. Hehe...I DON'T CARE IF YOU FLAT OUT WITH THE ROCK, JUST CUT IT FOR ME AND HIME TO GET THROUGH". Thought: Hime is kinda strange. Where is her *Kyaaa..or..Iyaaa* thing. Ever since that hag came, she turn cold. After this I should look over her. |

(@Night... What? Now your character's being chivirious? Knowing him, you should have called that old woman an old hag (Not lady).. XD that suit your carefree character more.. Or at least grandma... haha) Frideros was still near the dragon corpse. The red stone in hand. Funny how it resembled so much like a red rose... A rose... Rose, his mother's name... And also... A part of his... Frideros... Pronounced as Free-the-Rose... A name that his father gave him to remember his sick and frail mother who had always wanted to see the world... Free the rose... His mind clouded by many things, by haunting memories. But he felt another presence coming... He did not turn... But a dark presence was there... *Turn Dammit! Turn! A danger is nearby! Protect Mizuki!* Was what his mind is saying... But his body did not budge... Something forced him down... What was it? His memories? His tired self?... Or the hooded woman? Something really do not feel right with this hooded woman. Who knows how long has passed... But soon Frideros heard Mizuki's voice... Mizuki: Yes... I will get that stone... and I shall see kaa-san once more. Something about that was not right... During their times together, Frideros had noticed her to be alot like his sister. Alittle bossy, at times... but always with a smile... Whatever that she might be afraid of, she will try to hide it from others... Basicly, a girl, with a warm smile but a strong will... But that last sentence of hers... He felt no warmth coming from her... The place begins to shake.. And like magic, his body could turn once more... Frideros: We've GOT TO GO! *noticed something* Frideros saw something of the dragon's posession... Something round, something ovalish, something that the Dragon was protecting. For some personal reasons, he had decided to sidetrack there abit and keep it safe in under his armour bag. Unseen by the others... Before he ran with the others... Passing the hooded lady. His suspicion growing even MORE than he had suspected Avian. He eyed her, trying to make out her motives... But to no avail. Claimed |

Still, she tried to get a better glimpse of her features behind that cloak.* Hooded Woman 2: You claim to know me quite well despite never having met me. Your making yourself look like an idiot right now. You wish for proof? *pulls a small green shard from under her cloak* Let the young lady look into this. This is a piece from the stone that man carries, it should allow you to see the mother of which you speak. Mizuki: Kaa-san? *she pushes through Avian and the women drops the shard into her palms. Mizuki holds it up to the red glow of the tavern.* *Through the shard, she sees a figure. It is faint, but she could tell that it is her mother. Tears starts to flow as the image comes alive in her eyes, and smiles at her, embraces her. Mizuki's stone pulses and turns pure white.* Mizuki: Kaa-san... I've missed... *suddenly the image of her mother turns into a streak of dark light, and binds her.* Kaa---san?..nande? *This all happens while Mizuki is immobile. Her struggle is unseen by the others, but the woman knows what is going on.* Mizuki: IIIYAAAA! *she screams in her mesmorized state as the darkness engulfs her, she is unheard by the others.* Mizuki (now back to reality): *She lifts her head to the woman* Yes... I will get that stone... and I shall see kaa-san once more. *The once warm and friendly glow of her chestnut eyes is frozen and dull. This tiny detail is undetected by the others as she bows to the woman and starts to leave the tavern, the white stone on her neck gleaming an "imperfect" silver: tainted. Again, this detail is not detected.* *The tavern shakes, it is about to crumble.* |

Avian feel weird. The woman still talking to Mizuki. Alarmed of what she said, Avian interrupt the conversation. Avian: "Who are you lady? I didn't notice your arrival before and Hime-chan....don't talk to stranger, you already got one back there (Frideros) or we need to do a serious listing here". *looking at the hooded woman* Avian: "You said about a man, another stone, but I've got a feeling that we cannot trust you. Do you have any proof lady?". *holding Mizuki tightly* Avian: "Hime-chan, do not believe what she said. I've been lying for a long time, so I know how this thing turns to". |

Hooded Woman 2: I know a lot about it. I also know that there is another one like it coming near, a man carries it. If you were to obtain it from him I would be able to tell you much more about that stone. Be warned though, the man nearby is not a gentle man. You should not approach him carelessly. |

She stood there, staring at the corpse... coldly.* *Avian walks up to Mizuki.* Avian: "My question is.....do you want to join us?" *holding Mizuki's shoulder* *But everything was interupted when a hooded woman approached them.* Hooded woman: Well done. You three certainly fight well. *looking to Mizuki* Also, I couldn't help noticing that you have a pretty white stone with you. Mizuki: Heh? I don't have a white stone... I only have an orange...*she looks down and her stone was a milky yellow colour. She gasps* What the? i didn't know it changes colour! It was orange the last time I saw it!
