@DA: Heh. Honestly, my profile is just tables. Your profile has stuff I don't know how to do, so you might actually know more than I do =P Anyway, what colors do you suggest I change/use? If you don't mind helping me out. Side comment, don't rate me.

Well for me, it's a bit different since I tried to make my basic profile, match this site as best as I could (I think I did pretty okay). XD If you want to make it better (and you're asking me for some suggestions), I might try to blend out dark and light colors. That gray, dark red, and dark blue are nice colors, but not all together like how you have them. For some sections in your profile, a good thing you did was put white on that dark blue. It's easy to read, blends nicely, and just looks appealing yet simple. Maybe try to use the Gendou.com profile black background on a few things instead of having that blue. It's good to have dark colors, but not so much they attack each other to get the spotlight, y'know? Here's one thing you could try out, and "try out" is only what I'm saying here:
For images, I think they go nicely with black plain backgrounds. So, you could try that with the backgrounds that contain that dark red in 'em. I might try centering the body within your "favorite characters", too. Since the table is centered, the text inside of it might look better centered since it might blend in better. I'm not going to tell you to re-arrange any tables you already have. Basically, all I'm saying is try to mix around with the colors (the three above). Now you could try this if you want it to match your current signature and avatar. Since, that's where I got this idea from. Got inspired from it. >;3 For another quicky, you can try to change that dark blue background to plain black (#000000), then in the dark red background, try a lighter dark (more faded into the gray area now). Something like " #222222" might look pretty good.If you're familiar with basketball and football, most teams have three main colors including white since it's basically a requirement. You currently have something towards the home jerseys, but with less white. It can still work, but try to add black more (or use Gendou.com and take away certain areas) and the white is pretty much done already. As for my profile, I have photoshop, so I made everything I needed. It's called a "Profile Card", and I was inspired from Key's card... which looked more like some anime-like pokemon card of some sort. ^_~` I can't really explain it that good, but I like matching a lot I guess. So, I tried to make my profile match the site. The icons and profile card give it some flare, some color to brighten it up if the site (to some people) may seem a bit dark. Actually, you can use this site's colors and test a few things out. Get some ideas flowing and play around. If you need anything else, or some tips, you can PM me... or someone else that's better. I'm not pro and I'm saying I'm good at making profiles or anything to gloat and brag... I go with simple stuff, with a bit of hard stuff mixed in? ;P [edit] I'll point out something that might try to explain myself a bit better. You see where you posted that side comment in that dark red? Well, it looks similar to the color in your sig and avatar, and your profile, too, right? You see how it looks on black, rather then the " #222222" color?It's good to have dark colors, but you need a bit of light to help balance it out.

you have one of my favorite profiles on this site! i love everything about it! also, i can learn a bit about future upcoming anime from your profile as well, so keep updating it from time to time, okay? ^_~` yeah, i just love it a lot. nothing so complex, just basic stuff but it's laid out wonderfully. simplicity at its finest here, and yeah, i'm loving it: ------- |
