@ Suzaku-san
Yup...Tears to Tiara is another ero-game adaptation. Similar in the lines of Prism Ark as being a Final Fantasy based anime....if i remember correctly jist of the story is the main hero is thrown into an adventure to bascially rebuild a lost kingdom. Hopefully it'll be a long series rather than the 13 or so episode series that are abundant lately.

The intro to the game i put up in my profile gives you sort of an idea of what to expect from the anime series. I added the theme song heard in the trailer to the 'My Uploads' playlist. Sung by Arisa Nakayama more known for her song in Comic Party "FLY".

The next CLANNAD installment will probably be very late in the year....maybe winter or even next year....depending on the length of the new Suzumiya series or if KyotoAni has other projects ahead of CLANNAD.

You know you have a point there about D.C II....if you think about it it is a 2nd season of a 2nd season. Although the 2nd season is 50 years after the first season....:P

I was told to post the following image in this thread, with all credits due to the person who created the pic.

To Love Ru is definitely on my list simply because of my love for Haruna Sairenji though some viewers may not be very receptive towards its excessive fanservice and lack of storyline. Code Geass Season 2 would be another title I intend to check out since I followed the first rather closely. Kanokon looks like another fanservice title which may cater to my personal tastes.

Lastly, I am wondering if any fansub groups will undertake Chi's Sweet Home?

Pff, this is not looking good.
I might need to burn some anime or remove ones I don't really need.
Space is starting to become and issue and limited, mostly likely.

I have like, a bit over 80GBs left, and I'm dLing more music,
so like that's gonna be an issue as well.
Although... if space gets limited, I might order this 230+$
TB External Hard Drive. XD

I watched CODE GEASS R2, Nabari no Ou, Soul Eater, Vampire Knight, Monochrome Factor and Special A. So I will recommend these 6 anime to watch. Even the mangas of these 6 anime are nice (except CODE GEASS manga). I even written about them in my blog so anyone can go to see my blog.

************************************************************
Well by the looks of things it looks like i can only follow a couple of the series. One is Kohime+Musou cause of it's eroge origins. Another is the sequel to Someday Dreamers. I'm slowly following IkkiTousen. There are some that looks interesting & we'll see.

HAPPY VEIWING!!!!

anyone can tell me, which one better to watch..
shakugan no shana, clannad, kanon, fate stay night, haruhi??
I want to watch it but only one...
can you help me...
pick the best one..
without ecchi or hentai of course... =p

peace!!

Re: New animes! [Fall of 2008]
Link | by devils-angel on 2008-06-26 20:18:10
None of these are even the average amount of ecchi/fanservice for an anime,
and none of these are even a hentai. O.o`

It's pretty hard to choose,
cause I've seen all of them already. XD
Mostly all of them are different in style.
Shakugan no Shana (+Second) is a very popular series in Japan,
and most likely will have a third season.
The romance yet balanced fighting and adventure in the anime rocks.
And Shana is one of the most popular female characters in anime to date.

Clannad and Kanon 2002/Remake are mostly the same style, made from the same studio.
If you've seen Air TV, there's nothing too large to expect different from these two great titles.

Fate/Stay Night... TypeMoon... It's just great.
Tons of action, cool fighting sequences and flashy animation,
plus the girls are hot. Saber was one of the most talked female characters around this anime's era.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu... what else can I say?
With the much anticipated second season coming in a few months or so,
one can only imagine how much more madness is going to be involved in the second season.
One of the most original titles ever broadcasted and it's very unique and interesting.
Suzumiya Haruhi is probably the most popular female characters in anime, if not the very most, #1.

All of them are pretty darn good with leading characters who are very popular, mostly female.
I can't really pick one out, cause I love them all so much and it wouldn't be fair for me to choose one.
I'd still watch all of them, just cause that's me.

[@Izumo] Even today, your tastes in anime never surprise me.
ZOMG! Slayers!?!?!? NO FRIGGIN' WAY!
I still need to see Zero no Tsukaima FIRST & SECOND season!
Though I think I have them dLed already... *checks* ... nope, but I can them both seasons, no problem.
I found out about your "#16" a little while back when I was trying to find out more on a possible Claymore Second.

Strike Witches looks nice and of course I'll check out Sekirei.
Mission-E reminds me that I never finished Code-E! D:<

A few of these series looks nice, though I was expecting more romance/love/ecchi etc. stuff, haha (no offense).
I want to see some second seasons of current anime I'm watching like To Love-Ru or the recently finished Kanokon.
I have no idea about D.C. and there's Tsukihime 2009 for next year.

I'm also looking forward for the next Pokemon movie. XD!

But thanks for sharing, Izumo. Our similar taste in anime,
makes it easier for one of us to find great and upcoming titles to check out.
I can always rely on you. Thanks for being around still. =^3^=

Oh, if you're considering buying them,
the only ones you can buy are Shakugan no Shana (season one, if they finished dubbing it),
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (first season), and Kanon Remake (not sure about 2002 version).

I'm not sure if Fate/Stay Night was licensed for dubbing yet, but I think you can get that, too.
Clannad recently finished a bit ago and so did Shakugan no Shana Second.
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu would probably be the last choice if you're under some budget or tight on money,
because it comes in box sets, I think either three or four, but each are 50 bucks.
That's because each box set includes other cool fan stuff like drama CDs, pencils, a t-shirt in one, etc.
If you can simply find a box set with just the episodes, BUY IT! It should be cheaper anyways.

You can't really go wrong with any,
but if you're gonna buy Shakugan no Shana, you might crave for the second season badly.

@ DAngel-san
Yeah...Slayers! Where is DN-san i bet he'll be excited to see his fave character back!

I really liked 'Someday's Dreamers' so seeing it's sequel will be nice. Ikki Tousen is already running & so far it is at episode 3. I'm not sure if you noticed but i found the animation less appealing than the first season. In fact each new season the animation isn't as good as the previous one. Still the amount of fan-service is the same :) Kinda gets me excited for Rosario+Vampire 2nd season...OhhhH!

Kohime+Musou is basically the same as ikki tousen meaning it is a take on the chinese story 'Romance of the 3 Kingdoms' but the majority of the cast are girls. Think Dynasty Warriors with all chicks! WHAT!!! Lu Bu a chick!? Yup! The game by BaseSon was interesting so this is a MUST see for me.

@ satoo-san
Well you ca buy Shakugan no Shana (season 1), Haruhi (season 1), Kanon, Fate/stay night but some are incomplete...i usually wait for box sets than individual DVDs.

All are good series...if you want action than F/SN & Shakugan no Shana are your choice. If you want a story driven series KANON is you choice. If you wanna laugh HARD than Haruhi will fit the bill. It just depends what your preference is but you can't go wrong with any of them.
