Perhaps I shall post more often here since I've discovered it >D;... Anyway! :) Thank you all for your comments. And @Suzaku, Pame, zparticus27: Thanks for your comments on Tobira. :D I'm glad you liked it, I had a great time singing that one. X3... :) I'll try to be active in these forums starting from today, I look forward to listening to all of you, and to hearing some feedback from you guys as well! :D |

@Pame:: coolies~~ where do we cast the votes? in that other thread? @Ayu:: Long time no hear~~ Wooo... the sudden "A whole new world" shocked me a bit. A very clear mic but you might wanna put the mic a bit further when you sing... or get a filter like a sock (like what yinzhao told me previously) or a pce of paper (as what Without you mentioned) to filter out the "blowing @ mic" noises~ And is that ur true (regular) voice? or a falsetto (fake voice)? |

A mixture a both. I tend to imitate the artist when doing a song(Unless it's a Capella...), so it'll be rare to hear my natural voice since I start off most songs a bit higher pitch(Or in some cases lower). The mic has a very canned sound to me. I'm oddly picky |

Ayu: I think the mic is fine. Did you get one that has a rigid support structure or one that is flexible? I found that the one I have resonate at ~650Hz. I had to rid the whole thing open to fix that. Canned sound, eh. That might not be your mic. What did you used to record this? It could be the recording device (other than your mic) that is limiting the frequencies. Your mic should be able to pick quite a broad frequency range. I am curious.... is english your native language? Some words did sound right to me. ^__^' I don't think one can be too critical about oneself. I am very picky myself. BTW, I LOVE your siggy. Urd is my all time favorite Anime character. |

Yes, English is my native language. I just have a speech impediment(and deep Southern accent) and wasn't looking at the lyrics or it might've been clearer. I use Audacity, I guess I just have to break in this microphone. My, Urd is mighty popular XD And it's flexible |

Cause I realise for my case for example, I'll tend to imitate the original when I do that and it sometimes stress me up cause I can't sing at my own flow... and once I'm different from the original (while listening to it)... I'll be totally lost for a sec or 2~ Whats a canned sound? @__@ Congrats to Erkun... again!! yea!!! |

@DN & Mizuki:: Nice~~~ Mizuki was kinda soft though~ DN... u might wanna not emphasize the end of every few words by not using so much power... Hmm.. how should I explain... imagine urself blowing at the mic when u sing "b" and "p" sounds (though u were not) but those are the kind of "air" I hear in this song from ur part... thus it feels like u r emphasizing some of the words... @Yinzhao& her other singer:: very nice... esp good to hear it on a rainy day (is raining here now).... *sway to the song* @Neon:: Another song I miss.... awww.... Am I hearing 2 voices? But this is really good... pitch perfect and great timing tooo~~~ and is raining here... just nice... hahaha~~ >-< |
