For foreign name, I only transliterate into Katakana and Roomaji.

Wojciech Wojnarowski

According to your pronunciation:
Katakana: ヴォイチェク ヴォイナロヴスキ
Roomaji: Voicheku Voinarovusuki

According to the names of Wojciech Jaruzelski and Adrian Wojnarowski
Katakana: ヴォイチェフ ウェリャナウスキ
Roomaji: Voichehu Weryanausuki

uh the numbers are easy.

2: ni
4: shi (yon after 10)
6: roku
8: hachi

not exactly.
shi is on'yomi, yon is kun'yomi. it's recommended to use yon whenever possible, since shi (different kanji) could mean "dead" (same case in Chinese, 2 same kanji)

I'd like to know what your take on my name is, if you ever have time. It's Kelsey Teague. I technically know how to translate it myself, i just want to check my result with yours. Thanks in advance?

Hi, my name is Pablo.
umh... Lets see...

katakana = ズニガパブロ
hiragana = ずにがぱぶろ

But I wonder how to write my name in kanji?

@Snapdragin13 Let's see...
Kelsey = Kerushii = ケルシイ
In Hiragana = けるしい
Teague = Tiigo = チイゴ
Hiragana = ちいご

@Whirmon LOL you just wrote your name in kanji.
anyway...
Pablo = Paburo = パブロ

Hmm, see i would have put けるしい,just like you. But I had my last name as
ちいぐ rather than ちいご, because it sounded closer. I didn't bother to translate it into katakana since.....i'm too lazy >_> Anyway, do you think it matters much which one I use?

@snapdragin13
using the most recent romanization standard:
Kelsey Teague
Katakana: ケルシー ティーグ
Roomaji: kerushii tiigu

Yes it matters. Hiragana is only used for Japanese words not translated words. Katakana is used for foreign words, names or emphasis of a Japanese word/words/phrase (mostly used in nowadays J-POP songs). That is why I don't include Hiragana when I'm asked to translate foreign names other than Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese. Please use what I used above.

@red_13
you forgot that you should use ー instead of adding another letter. And you forgot that now there are new katakana and compound katakana, like ヴァ ヴィ ヴ ヴェ ヴォ ウィ ウェ ティ ディ トゥ ドゥ (va vi vu ve vo wi we ti di tu du). Another one, words ending in -g uses gu. not go, as for -t uses to.

@whirmon
zunigapaburo? what should that mean?

@r3ck0rd

Pablo

Katakana:パブロー
Hiragana:ぱぶろー

Zuniga

Katakana:ズ二ガ
Hiragana:ずにが

I'm unsure if your surname's right, but I hope this is ok. I can only translate your name in Katakana & Hiragana. In Romanji, your surname has the same pronuciation. But your first name in Romanji is Pabulo-.

@naru
I'm not asking for translation nor transliteration thank you... check page 23.

correction for u: not romanji but romaji or roomaji. and Pablo is not paburoo, but it's paburo (there is no ー). Do search in google or wikipedia.
one more thing, it's impossible for ー to be used with hiragana.
