Just replies.. @ich: thanks ^^ @imp: lolz.. imp is so cute <3..and shiny XD @blur: the first one is great~ gothic loliness! the send one is cute! @Red: I already those ones.. 1st pic: wonderful concept ^^ I like the coloring! 2nd: nice and calming feel is nice but the colors are too strong.. well that's what I think @sleepyforest: looks like konata =w= cute! @Kate: you're coloring is great~ ^^ but for me~ I don't choose the black for the base color of black haired characters.. usually something a bit lighter than black but not gray/silver.. just enought to distinguish midtones and shades

Epsecially Charmander. *Eats him* Would you look at that, he's spicy too! @ Everyone: Great art! Keep up the good work. I get surprised everytime I drop by! Yeah, I've had this for a while now, but I couldn't find someone who could read Korean to check it for me. Now I did! So yeah, I'm still not sure how I'm gonna color it... What do you think? It reads, "Is this what they call love?" That's my male character Thuan the one I said I was working on. I came close to finishing him too. Then I messed up the lips! @all Gwah...some great drawings popping up when i'm go just for a while. Let's see... @Sleepy Forest Woho...M.O.E. ! Is she Kanata ? @kate YOu really great ! Your drawing+coloring skill is beyond mine. I really like Tristan and Eigel. @blur THe first one is cute...but the second one...i think you make a mistake in drawing her face. The face proportion somehow is wrong (at least for me).... @ninja soup Waha ! Very well done drawing (and it's cute too...^_^) Anyway...i always wondering why i can't draw a smooth line art like yours ? Okay...maybe that's all for the comments. Now, i'll show my drawing...it's still lineart but i'll post the full color version soon. Feel free to give your comments.    |

@ Yagami Yui: Some of the drawings are fanart some are original. You can post either as long as you're the one that drew it. Hope to see some stuff by you soon! @ Red: Thanks! Uh, as for the line art, well I recently realized inking my stuff wasn't working for me. But I tend to either erase a lot until the lines are smooth enough or photoshop the lines smooth if I can't seem to erase anymore. But yeah, that's all it takes. Let me know what else I can help you with! |

@ Kate-san Again very excellent skills using color....i SO envy that XD Very cool original characters!..i really like the occasional mirror images of them in the background. Hope to see some more from you ^__^! @ Blur-san Very delightful characters! I like the pencil version better...probably cause i use it alot. The outlined one will probably look sharper & clearer if you used a thinner marker instead. @ Sleepyforest-san Once again you grace us with another of your cute & very original style of art. To be honest it really feels like a Nippon Icchi character design....i bet that style has influences you...good choice cause they do some unique yet cute designs. @ Ninja Soup-san Wow! something totally out of the ordinary!...it seems you have various methods of art as well. Not only can you do complicated & colorful character designs...to photo-realism ...now you present us with your 'kid at heart' art style. It's very cute indeed....kinda feels like something thatt can be used to tell an ancient story...if that makes any sense. A page from a story book...i guess. @ All Sorry if i missed anyone but the ones i commented on are the ones i can see on the page. Next time i'll do a more thourough commenting. *********************************************************** It feels really nice to be back here posting on a more regular basis....i missed this thread alot while i was searching for my confidence. I always wanted to post a picture I made in this thread, but I didn't think I was good enough >.< Well, umm, I know the lighting on this one sucks because I had to take a picture of it and I tried making the contrast and lighting brighter, sorry if it sucks >A< :  For my first pic here, tell me what you think  |

@All: Hey, thanks for the comments! ^_^ Yeah, It's Konata. I wanted to do her in a cosplay outfit and this was how it turned out in the end... XDDD @Kate: Ooh, very nice colouring! :3 The drawings are nice, the lines even look coloured! Did you ink this with pen? @Ninja soup: That's so cute, I love it! I think you should colour it with bright colours like in a storybook. I'd really love to get this as a postcard XDDD @Red: Very cool poses and clean linearts. But the girl's right hand looks a bit odd... ^^; I'd love to see the coloured version of ths soon. ^^ @Izumo: That's flattering... ^^, You really think my artwork looks original? Yo everyone! Hope everyone had a nice New Years! Here's something new, a group pic for all my old favorite anime. Right then, sadly, school resumes on Monday, and I have a paper to write...so this'll have be short... @Imppy, I meant every word, love your art. Thanks for the comment too! Pic 1: It's really cool to see that little purple guy again. I'd be happy to see an Imppy videogame some time soon...as for art block...hmmm...I recommend you take a break, see a movie, listen to music, just open your mind to all kinds of creativity...something cool will happen...I hope. @Darky, thanks so much! Glad you liked it! Pic 1: Commented on DA, though I must say, I love the cell-shaded look a lot. Pic 2: Very well done sketch, with a great focus on pose and expressions! @Taura Melchior, Pic 1: What a stunning work, excellent piece! @Suzaku, Pic 1: I've never seen Fruit's Basket before, but you've chosen a really well done way to start the year. Pic 1: I love the ink hues here, and the character is terribly charming and sweet, great work! @Kate, I remember these! Pic 1/2/3: I commented on each, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of quality. I like the Gunslinger Girl-style animation here, quite impressive actually. Eigel especially is my favorite. @Ninja Soup, Pic 1: The level of detail here is really impressive, especially for a chibi piece. I really love the patches on the hearts and stars, and the character design elements you kept. Very cool and creative! Can't wait to see Thuan too. As for coloring, your skill at that already guarantees a very stylish result. Looking forward to more! @Apple, WELCOME TO THE THREAD! I take pics of mine too, and I assure you, yours are rather well done! Pic 1: The character is really well drawn, and the headdress is very creative! @ROQ: That is so cool, I think you did an awesome job on the characters. They look great!^^ Oh, um, I've heard of Devian art, but what is it exactly? I never really looked at it, just wanted to know. Well, um, here are a few of my favorite manga that I drew last night during boredom lol:  Alien Nine's Yuri Otani~  Yotsuba's Yotsuba xD  And Pita-Ten's Misha~ Well, I hope that this thread will expand my art further now that I have someone to show them to. This will be an interesting experience~ |

Again i'll only comment on those i can see on the page....so sorry if i missed anyone...it is not my intention to do so. @ Apple-san I see you really like Alien9 :) Very nice pencil sketches....very good likeness to the original characters too. The lines look very clean & sharp. Some shading could make the picks stand out more but not overly important though. It's only if you wanna add more detail to them. Overall very well done! @ Roq-san What can i say....absolutely perfect! The likeness for each character is very impressive. Shading is well done...you made a complex group pic look easy....drawing multiple characters on the same page isn't easy & takes alot effort. You also didn't go stingy on the details too. @ Immpy-san Well i guess your art-block didn't last too long. Some cool effects...i figure you just added 'Immpy' to the background & than merged the layers? It kinda looks 3D too! Nice! **************************************************************** Okay...an update on my projects. 1:  - i'm just posting this for those who said they might be interested in coloring it (flattered)....after some fixing i think i sort of made Nagisa look better. Still seems off though...oh well. 2:  - this i did awhile back but is finally able to finish it. Some reference was used so not entirely an orignal pic. The background is though....a nice quiet day for Saber & Shirou. |
