I have so many games it's not funny. PC: Half Life 2 Episodes 1 and 2, HL2 Deathmatch, CoD4: Modern Warfare, CoD2, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Zombie Panic Source!, Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction, and Guild Wars which will be gone in awhile on my computer. Steam: coolname32 or Chuck (whichever you need to add meh) Xfire: awsumdrummer PS3: LittleBIG Planet and whatever I get at Blockbuster xD |

Well Steam has decided that it's too good for me and currently won't let me play anything, as well as causing crashes, so I guess I'm out of all Steam Based games for now until I can get things running.    |

agreed about valkyria, talk about an amazing game right there. as for my psn id, Inuyasha8351. i'm considered online every time I turn it on, just send me a message when i'm on saying the game and i'll most likely get on. |

Yeah, before Valkyria Chronicles I didn't really care for the PS3, but one day I really wanted to play a good RPG, and after reading up on it and comparing it to the ones on 360 that didn't seem that great, I went out and bought a PS3 (this all happened about 4 weeks ago). The Blu-ray functionality is just an excuse for my parents if they ever wonder why I dropped that much on a new console when I already have 2 XBox 360s (one is Japanese). It's really sad it didn't sell well though...hopefully the DLC for it comes stateside. The next game I'm thinking of getting is either MGS4 or LBP, and although I'm leaning towards MGS4, isn't the multiplayer component of it a separate game?

I would get MGS4 over LBP. Unless you are super into creating things, you won't get much out of LBP. I play it with friends every so often, but just like the Wii, it's only fun when you have friends around and ready to play it with you. Metal Gear Online is included in MGS4, it's right on the main menu. I loved the online component of it, but haven't played in a while because of other games that I'm playing (Disgaea 3. 100 hours. -_- Curses on Izumo for getting me hooked. Although it is passing the time.) The DLC for Valkyria is scheduled to release over here, but so far the only time frame they've given has been 'early 2009'. So god knows when that is. Extra hard mode, a side story involving Edy and a mode where you can play 4 campaign missions as the Imperial soldiers (Including Selvaria, in both her regular form with the insane machine gun and in her Valkyria form where her DD's can deflect tank fire.) |

Gamers Club eh?...looks interesting, guess i'll be apart of this as well though i don't play online very often, perhaps Killzone 2 may change that thinking :P Anyways here are my info...PS fanboy here so no Xbox here, though i do go over to my friends place & at least try titles for it. PS3 username: izumo_kyrie Multi-player games: - Resistance 1 & 2 - Little Big Planet (will get back to it soon, around 30% trophies when stopped) - Strikers 1942 ~Joint Strike~ Non-multiplayer games: - Disgaea 3 (over 250 hours BOOM!!...leveling up Taro & Hanako now!!) - Eternal Sonata (finished it 2 times so will stay in my shelves now) Preordered - Kill Zone 2 - Maybe Resident Evil 5 (depends on my budget at the time) I still need to pick up MGS4, a must have for PS3 users i've heard.  |

I've got Killzone 2 on pre-order as well, but no Resident Evil 5 for me because the other portion of my cheque that week goes towards X-Edge. |

A question though, is it vital to go out & get a headset when playing online? I for one don't have one at the moment, thinking about it but since i don't play online that often i never saw the need for one. If Killzone 2 or when i get back to LBP i may get one just in case. So do i really need it? @ Jon-san Oh yes that is right!! Hahhaha!!! I'll edit it now! Probably my fave character in the game is Salvatore...love her german sadistic way of fighting. "i order you to transform into a giant mech"...etc..etc...i forget her exact words but they were awesome!!! |

I got my headset only because a guy I know offered to sell his Jabra Bluetooth headset for $20, and for a bluetooth mic that is a good deal. I honestly don't use it much, only when gaming with people I know like friends or in the case of the Gamer Club, Gendou members. For one, I'm shy about speaking either on video or to people I don't know. Second, I don't like hearing or being a part of the whining trash talk people get into during games when they are upset that they aren't the best player in the match. I would suggest waiting to see if you play Killzone 2 online with the guys here at the Gamers Club to see if it's worth it. I'd love to be able to talk to you, Lat, D.O and Inuyasha during a private match in Killzone 2 (Just the gamer club members, and that's if Lat, D.O and/or Inuyasha even get K2) Edit: I DO love Salvatore as well. She is awesomely hot. Shame she lost her womanliness. XD |

I thought the reason why people play with friends online is so that there's considerably less senseless trashtalk... er, at least that's usually how I play. I have one for my 360, but I still need to get a mic for my ps3.

Well from what i've heard from my friends is that it is ok to trashtalk if you are doing the pawning, otherwise it doesn't feel that great if you are the one being owned. I don't know about the idea of having someone say how great they are in a game numerous times, once is enough XP. Of course no matter how good you say you are there WILL always be someone better right? Playing with people you actually know is probably more comfortable i would agree, i may give it a shot about getting a headset, thanks for the advice. Jonathon, u definately know... that Killzone 2 will be in my PS3 collection & yes there is always someone better than the person talking junk, i don't even find it attractive. btw my LBP is gone 4ever nao :(
