new Studio Ghibli "Fan"

Let me first say that I'm not the type of person to just see a film, like it and become a "one week fan" or something like that. I have seen almost all of the studio ghibli "movies" in a span of 5 or 6 years; maybe even more because i saw nausicaa when i was little, not even knowing what it was or who made it. I must've been 13 or 14 at the time and i just loved everything the screen showed me, the animation, the backgrounds, the story, the music. It took a few years before i ever saw another ghibli film, this time it was mononoke hime, and from that moment i just wanted to see what other movies that studio had made. Fortunetly i found out that they made quiet a few, and i started to see them all, always trying to keep some time between each one, because i wanted to keep that feeling every film gives of warmth and hope. Well, i know this intro of myself might be a little "much", but i just wanted to be honest because i want to find honest people that enjoy these kind of films too, not just from stugio ghibli(although they are my favorites so far), but in general. So if you are still reading this, it's because you kinda het what i'm trying to express here. I would love to chat to someone that might be as fascinated as i am, so send me a line or something!, ok, ce ya soon. |

Hello~ I've seen Mononoke Hime, that show's awesome! A little bit on the violent and strange side (heck, it's way more than a little X_X), but strangeness is cool... It makes you think... yeah, spirited away is a ghibli film, has anyone seen the new one Howl's Moving Castle? Welcome to the forums dennisu

Hey guys, Im a newbie on this site and am a mad fan of studio Ghibli films. My faves are Spirited away and Kiki's delivery service, which i own copies of, how is Howls moving Castle? It hasnt come out yet where i live. |
