Whats your favorite mythical creature?
|
I havent created a thread in a while so here goes. What is your favorite fairytale, mystical, mythical, legendary creature? It can be from anywhere like Greek stories, Bible things, Japanese monsters, medieval creatures, video games, movies, animes etc. As long as they dont exist its fine. Examples: Dragon, Demon, Unicorn, Kappa, Medusa, Behemoth, Fairy, Genie, Angel, the Boogie Man, Ewoks, that monster in FF, Godzilla, etc Ever since I played Heroes of Might and Magic 2 my favorite would have to be the Titan. (M&M series has many of the famous mythical creatures in it, look into that if you need some inspiration.) |

You shouldn't categorize the Bible under mythical things. But, anyways, my favorite would be EVAs or ANGELs from Neon Genesis Evangelion. That would include Lilith and Adam. With them, I shall include the speed of Longinus. ^^ I'm also a big fan of witches, wiccans, wrlocks, dragons, phoenix, gods and goddesses of ancient mythology. And, also the stuffs from Fushigi Yuugi--- you know, Genbuu, Suzaku, Byaako, Seiryuu... wahuhuhu^^ m y . L i F E . i . t r a d e . i n . f o r . y o u r . P A i N . |

Pegasus, wouldn't it be cool to ride a horse that flies? and Phoenix, the coolest one I've seen is from the original X-Men series, when Jean turns into Phoenix. ^_^

I'd say Odin. He rocks! And it'll be great fun to straddle along with his flying horse on midair. =) |

Dragons. After checking out RPG dragons, even more so. After checking out "Changeling: THe Dreaming", I'd say Redcaps are now my favorite fo European fae. But the anime versions of faeries (like Rani of "Maze") are still cute. |

EVAs or ANGELs from Neon Genesis Evangelion, witches, wiccans, worlocks, and Odin, are NOT mythical creatures. EVA or ANGELS from evangelion: They're from an anime, not a myth. Witches/Wiccans: They're real, wiccan is a widely practices religion, especially in the US, orginating from alchemy. People who practice the religion are refered to as Witches. Worlocks: They're people, not exactly mythical creatures, besides, they're real, people were officially warlocks, by profession, during the middle ages. Odin: HE'S A GOD DAMN IT! I'll eat you. |
