Ten years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory altered the landscape. The theory of the "Imperfect" universe disappeared, replaced. During this time, people possessing various special abilities emerged, each capable of different supernatural feats. Granting them the ability to deconstruct, reshape, and crystallize matter at a molecular level using only thought and willpower This is called Aura A very small percent of children called "Vines" were selected, and put to the test, to see those who have obtained there abilities through genetics. There are two opposing forces of Vines: The Native a group of users who live outside the central city " Lost Grounds" and avoid any relationships with the government. And Oblivion, an organization of Vines called Holy . Users that are a subgroup of an organization called P.H.A.N.T.O.M, there functions as the Mainland government's super police force of the Lost Ground, while Oblivion, composed exclusively of Vine users, serves as the "special operations" group, aiding P.H.A.N.T.O.M in performing dangerous missions that might require the help of user. The government was forced to give in to the fear of Oblivion, not by their economic power nor by its global influence, but for their creations. Some of these individuals are known as cold, smothering unnecessary emotions with logic and rationale. Their incredible abilities, however, are gained at the cost of their humanity making it there only weakness. Now and at this very moment, Oblivion is Kept secret from humanity and the Native Vines are under constant persecution, lingering in a world tainted with blood. However, how long can they keep it up, and how will they bend there abilities to help each other against Oblivion.. To keep what little they have? Definitions Aura A power that can achieve and use to manipulate. The ability to use Aura power can be present from birth or genetics. The formed power takes differs between different users and can be upgraded through training and experience. An Aura can come in the form of an independent body, an element such as water, harmonious armor an intangible power such as telepathy, or a weapon. However, matter must be processed in order to use the energy or resources to crystallize or create the Aura. Often, Vines will take small chunks out of the surrounding environment to use as matter to form their Aura. The user can control what matter will be used to attain there power. "Vines" Aura users. With only 1% of the newborn generations receiving such special power, though this number rises steadily, some feel a superiority over normal humans. The Native Vines Is a genetic trait, dormant within a number of individuals within the human population. This Powers can be "awakened" in these dormant human at any time. The deference between The Natives and The Phantoms is that the Native Vines carry the "Genetics" and the Phantoms are Scientifically infused with the Aura Gene. Holy Vines ( Phantoms ) Are test subject to be given Aura Project-processing treatment. Only a few selected children survived this project and were then raptured by Oblivion to create "The Holy Vines" A "Perfect" human. These individuals are known as cold blooded, smothering unnecessary emotions with logic and rationale. They have incredible abilities, however, are gained at the cost of their humanity. But thats something Oblivion knows as a weakness. Lost Grounds An "abandoned" part of the Main Land ( City Overtaken by oblivion), were The Native and The Humans reside. The only "Link" they have with the government is getting there supplies by cargo from the City, managed by Phantoms & Holy. Which makes it hard to live withing each other, for there is constant conflict. The Main Land Is a Metropolis, a beautiful city surrounded by futuristic-like skyscrapers, Buildings and Homes. Ruled by the Oblivion empire, were all the "Perfect Humans" selected reside. Full with life and natural habitats, compared to The Lost Grounds. In the center of this Metropolis, The Oblivion HQ were it overrules with its magnificence. Been the first "New" born, she surpassed the standards and became the model to fallow for the other projects. She has no memories of her past, Her only knowledge is that she exist to serve Oblivion.  [EDIT] Name: Gusto Winda. Gender: Female. Age: 17 Role: Human | Native Vine Location: Lost Grounds Personality: Protective and Honest. Bio: Just a girl with nothing to tell. Her shrouded past may very well be the start of a chain reaction. For good or bad not even the gods know. Abilities: 1)Gun Expert. (The name describes it) 2) Aura Tactic 1: Using the aura around her, Winda can plan out her next 200 battle moves. This severely damages her mental sanity however. Aura Tactic 2: Judgement Zentsu - Fully unleashing the Aura power, Winda becomes somewhat like a Juggernaut. Giving complete control to her body and closing her mind. The only drawback. Name: Jack/Naoto No last name Gender: Male Age: 19 Role: Human | Native Vine Location: Haunted house on a hill next to cemetery Personality: Lightheaded, drowsy, lazy(except during work) Bio: Jack moved out of town immediately after completing secondary school due to family issues. He immediately found an advertisement on the newspaper and saw an old cottage for rent at a very cheap price. He talked to the landlord and moved into the cottage, paying a monthly rent of $200. Although the house had no electricity, it was better than staying outside on the street. Jack had no complaints until he noticed strange things occurring within the house. Footsteps, doors moving on their own, voices, whispers, living shadows, sudden earthquakes, and spirits appearing within the rooms occurred day by day. Naturally Jack was frightened, but he had nowhere else to live and became used to the phenomena after each day. Now, he has absolutely no sense of fear whatsoever. The restless spirits eventually had no effect on his daily life. Aura: Sword Archives: An ability using Aura to give life to swords from history or fiction. The sword will have its same powers from history and fiction. However, due to his incompetence, the swords that don't belong to him will turn into stone and their powers greatly reduced. His swords can block ranged attacks before they materialize. Since his swords are made of aura, they can't be broken. This ability slowly makes him hungrier. An example would be when he calls forth Excalibur, he will not be able to use the sword to its full potential (not even 5%). Therefore the sword could not emit bright lights or cut through steel as it should. Bio: A mass-murderer revived by Oblivion scientists 10 years ago. He was given capabilities that were deemed monstrous, abilities such as 60/20 eye sight, triple human strength and extreme agility. 9 years ago, his existence was used to combat vine users who threatened the people. Today, he is under confinement within Oblivion Facilities and can only be deployed to the battle field under Aya's order (head of the P.H.A.N.T.O.M.S unit). Abilities: -3x as strong as a normal human -Extreme Agility Weapon: High Frequency Chokuto (55 inch length) -The High Frequency feature of the sword vibrates the blade on a microscopic level to provide maximum cutting power.   |

Gender: Female Age: 18 Role: Human, Dormant Native Vine Location: Lost Grounds Personality: Saki is a determined person that will try her very best to achieve her objectives, and sometimes, perfection. Occasionally harsh towards others with her blunt (or honest) comments. Biography A foreigner working as a courier between the chaotic Lost Grounds and the metropolis Main Land, Saki always visit the Kourindou, a bar owned by Morichika Rinnosuke, for any news on the metropolis, not to mention hazards, P.H.A.N.T.O.M patrols and other stuff that could jeopardize her job, and her safety. No one knew how Saki lost her ability to speak, or her personal background. Nevertheless, everyone slowly accepts Saki as part of the war-torn land. She started to train a small group of couriers to assist her with the increasing orders from the public. However, Saki has no idea that she is one of the dormant Native Vines... Aura -> Glass Composition In layman's term, Saki is able to materialize blades, particularly with a pair or a single wristblade or knives, with the necessary ingredients as the major rule of the Aura dictates. The effectiveness of the Aura however, is much more dependent on the ingredients rather than Saki's skills and experience on the Aura. Saki could straight away and materialize a knife from the thin air, but the knife will be 50% less effective(can only wound or maybe kill non-armored enemies, weak durability). If she has a handful of sand or gravel, that will improve the performance of the materialized weapons by 25% (able to punch through certain light or medium, military grade armors, better durability). Lastly, if Saki manages to get her hands on a medium sized sheet of glass, she will be able to use her Aura at full capacity and create blades that are capable of cutting through most known military armors (unless it is an experimental stuff that is). Abilities -> Traceur Saki learned the way of parkour, which improves her agility (running to her objectives or away from the oppressive authorities) and traversing urban landscapes. Passive ability. -> Stinger A chargeable, single-hit attack that can cause heavy damage when fully charged (and perhaps breaks Saki's own materialized weapons). Punishable, if dodged or evaded, depending on the strength of the attack itself (stronger charge means longer range and power, but needs more time to recover). Weapons: None. woah. I'll be reserving as well. It's been a while since I joined an RP + my final week swamped with assignments. free to RP after that XD EDIT well... here goes.. Name: Morichika Rinnosuke Gender: Male Age: 23 Role: Human (non-Aura user), owner of the Kourindou bar Location: Lost Grounds Personality: Loyal, thoughtful, alert. Bio: Born into a middle-class family, he loves his family so much that he wanted to give a better life to his family. So he decided to open his own shop in the future. He learn about business from his father’s old friend when he was 13. One day, when he was walking his way back to his house, a group of thugs ganged up on him until a Aura user helped him out. Her name was Chihaya. They became buddies for a while until Chihaya went missing mysteriously. Not too long after the missing of Chihaya, P.H.A.N.T.O.M came and take away his family from him because of the family contact with Chihaya which is later revealed as one of the Native Vines. He now swore to help Native Vines in whatever way he can to help them rise against the governments but he against the idea of taking another person’s life. Abilities: Quick draw. Able to pull out his gun and shoot in split seconds. However, he only uses this to protect himself by inflicting serious damage on the foe and not killing them. Weapon: Dual guns. Appearance:

Will fill when its complete EDIT Name: Echidna Stormblade Gender: Female Age: 29 Role: Native Vines Location: Lost Grounds Personality: Tomboyish, Emotionally Sensitive Bio: Echidna was born as a descendant of the tribe Stormblade, she was trained in traditional weaponry ever since she was little. Due to her rather masculine appearance and actions, she was usually mistaken as a man. The tribe Stormblade was known for their might in combats. She inherited their might as well. Her family never uses a firearm, Echidna sees it as a problem on war nowadays. She adds her own style by adding the use of firearms. Even though this could make her deadly both close and long range, she rarely uses it. She will only use it when its really necessary. Echidna, now a leader of a group of mercenaries, she do many dirty works around the Lost Grounds, but when it comes to doing something that is related to Oblivion, she usually finds Azel for informations. Aura: - Bound Weapons - Using Aura, she could summon weapons for her to use, but the weapon that she could summon were limited to traditional weaponry. Then, if used continuously, it could make her wounds to reappear. Abilities: - Stormblade - The Stormblades signature attack, where they attack their foe with every weapons they wield, Echidna's version was similar but she didn't brought her weapons physically, instead, she uses the weapons created by her Aura to do it, finalized by a shot from her shotgun to blast the victim - Defender - Echidna is proficient at defensive combat, she rather find a clear opportunity to strike than to strike recklessly Weapon: SPAS-12 Shotgun Appearance:  2nd Character Name: Azel Hawkeye Gender: Male Age: 25 Role: Human Location: Lost Grounds Personality: Laid back, Opportunist, Cunning Bio: Azel was an informant for the Native Vines, he had many sources. He mainly informs Echidna on Oblivion related supplies. His informations are 75% accurate. Azel never told anyone, not even Echidna about his real motives on helping the Native Vines. Azel stated that he only helped the Native Vines just for the fun of it But, his true motives for helping them are not for the fun at all. He helped them to get datas for his researches on the Vines. His researches could bring back what was lost to the Holy Vines, so far his researches are kept only to him, not one soul knows about his researches. Abilities: - Hawk Eye - Azel is the man when it comes to scouting, he could spot even the stealthiest person. - Locksmith - Azel was one of the best street brawler when he was younger, his wins are mostly tap outs, of course he specialized in submission locks, its hard to break free from his submission. @Mistress: I want to create a character that I thought of for a while, but I have a feeling he might end up a bit overpowered. No actual combat skills, but an ability to retarget his wounds back to the enemy once per hour. Like if that character is cut in half, he can recover completely, while the one who inflicted that damage will be cut in half instead. Doesn't matter how strong a wound is, after retargeting once, needs a hour before can use that ability again. If killed in that period, revives after a day passes. So basically, best avoid killing that character, but at the same time quite easy to capture, just entangle with ropes or such. Will that be okay? Sorta inspired by Avenger's Void Avesta from Fate/Hollow ataraxia. If that's okay, I reserve two characters in Oblivion |

-Reserves Spot- Name: Alize Hozuri Gender: Female Age: 19 Role: Human | Holy Vine Location: Oblivion HQ Appearance:  Personality: Cold blooded, logical, rational. She will do anything in order to achieve what she wants. Biography: Like the other Holy Vines, Alize does not remember much of her past other than the fact that she had a younger brother and she was never cold blooded. She listens to her superiors but is difficult when she wants to be. Once she decides she want to do something, she does it. Weapon: Kama Abilities: Incredible hand-to-hand combat and Trained in using Kama for fighting. Aura: Vidite allows Alize to have her opponent see whatever it is she wishes for them to see. For example she could have her opponent see an army of spiders crawling onto their body. Using this ability however inflicts pain to her brain. |

Aizawa Sekien (last,Fisrt) Male Age: 25 Role: Native Aura Personality: Short Tempered, Loner, and Anger Easily Location: Lost Ground Bio: Sekien is a hot headed man and has been that way since his Aura ability appeared to him when he was a teenager.The slightest thing sets him off,like looking at him for too long and nudging him. But there was one person that always seemed to calm him and didn't care if he hurt others was his wife Hiroko. Seikien and her got married when she was seventeen and when he was twenty-one, even though there was a major age difference the two of them cared for each other and Hiroko did everything to make her husband happy or at least calmer. For a long time it seem to work little by little.They wanted to leave the Lost Ground ever since there first month together as a couple but neither of them had enough money for food let alone move out of there home in the Lost Ground but they did had each other.So both of them had to work many jobs Sekien got fired from many of them because of his attitude.But soon fines a job were he can use his Aura ablites and it paid well he could finally have his dream come true.One night Sekien came home late to find his home destroyed and his wife missing. All that was left of her was a blue ribbon that he gave her.From that day he has been searching the Lost Ground high and low for her.Its been three years almost four since she has gone missing and everyday Seikien anger and hatred grows. Ability: +He can make blade weapons that are masterpieces and because there are custom made by himself he can set them a blaze when he fighting. His signature is bented parts on all of his weapons,bented hilt or a bent blades. + He can use his flames to acceleration his speed and glide in the air. (so he can fly) Aura: Kaji: He can cause him self or objects to go a blaze. Weapons: Bented scthye (hilt bent, like a boomerang) Appearance:  --------------------- Ume Female Age 21 Role: Phantom (Holy Vine) Personality: Remorseless, Reserved Location: Oblivion HQ Bio: Ume is one of the latest Holy Vines to be created. She doesn't remember much from her past life all she knows now that she has to follow everything she is told by her superiors. Doesn't really care much about anyone or anything in that matter. She cares little for the people that she works for and cares even less for the people she has to kill. They made her so that she feels no sympathy for anything or anyone. Ability: -Excellent marksmen (Has great aim with her guns she is a huntress and sometime chases her prey into a traps or lets them run so that she can kill them later like a game.) -Absorbing objects in a 4 meter (13 feet) at a time and then release them and use them. Aura:Suikomu- The ability to absorb anything that as large as her. (she is very short so guns, short blades, bombs, riffles, and bows and arrows) She can absorb peoples minds leaving them with a lack of information and memory. Weapons: Riffles (her favorite weapon {Ruger No. 1 Varminter K1-V-BBZ} ) She can carry many of them in side of her all of the riffles have one bullets in them to save on load time. Appearance:   |

Ooh,seems interesting.Once again,hold 2 spots for me;1 for Lost Ground human and 1 for Oblivion(For this,mind if I make a Chief(something like Hyde Bohr of sort) character?I would love to play a bada** antagonist >D). Name:Snake Valentine Gender:Male Age:29 Role:Human(Former Oblivion soldier) Location:Lost Grounds Personality:Extremely optimistic to the end,even at the point of giving up.Has a love-hate relationship with anything he stumbles upon.Is a veteran otaku/Akiba-Kei,seeing his love for games and animes(and occasionally comics as well). Bio:Once worked for Oblivion military,and one of the best.Hyde,seeing his battle strength,gave him a nickname Human Battleship due to the firepower he wields and the durable mental strength,which he sees it like a Yamato-class battleship;a ship and her crews fighting to the end,never gives up until then. Snake and Hyde were once best friends during his military service,often time helping each other out most of the time.Even though Snake literally retires from his service,Hyde still contacts him now and then,asking him back to work with him once again,though Snake rejected that most of the time,saying that Aura users weren't like soldiers,and has no battle experiences(But the real reason of leaving Oblivion is that Snake hates the human experimental process done behind the Aura Project;he mentioned that such experiments that involves losing their humanly soul will only lead to destruction and brings no real peace). Now living in the forested area of the Lost Grounds,he built a secret base known only to those who came in and welcomed by him,teaching a few how to be strong and survive in the battlefield.During his stay there,he also made many good friends with the residents,often time sharing information on current situations.Any time he steps out from his place,he'll go to the Kourindou bar,knowing that it's the best place to do most of the things there(not to mention,the owner of the bar was actually one of his good friends)(OOC@Cheh:Hope ya don't mind ;P). Abilities: Military skills - Being in a military for years gains him experience and strength,both physically and mentally.Even though a non-Aura user,he definitely outwits them rather hard,knowing a few of them has little to no battle experience.He was the only one who were able to carry his PBC single-handed when it takes 2-4 men just to carry her due to her massive weight.Mind-affecting Aura abilities has little-to-no effects on him,and are highly resistant to it(Snake had seen worst military cases during his time,therefore only a very few powerful Aura abilities can hurt him enough to bring him down.As he often quoted,"It takes more than *this* to take a battleship down!"). Artillery expert - Though he never actually owns a artillery weaponry,his skills with his favorite M203 grenade launcher(which he often calls it the PBC's main gun) are exceptional,capable of firing a grenade really far off the area.In fact,so good,he didn't even need to use the ladder sight to adjust his aiming for it(The ladder sight was used to estimate the grenade's arching distance after it leaves the barrel,falling off the further the grenades goes).He's known to never let his enemies survive from the grenade blast,leading him to learn how to lead his shots and actually studies their movement firsthand before firing his grenade. Weapon: Patriot Battlecruiser(A heavily modified M4A1 assault rifle with various attachments;noticeable equipment includes M203 grenade launcher,a large 100-rounds C-Mag and ACOG-Holographic combo scope(a.k.a the Hybrid Sight;the ACOG scope is flipped down when not in use,or when going up close and personal.Although very heavy,Snake seems to be able to carry "her" most of the time.) When Oblivion begins the Aura Project,things begin to change.At first,Snake sees it as a nice addition to the military forces,and sees through it happily.But as time goes on,when the people involved in the experiment begins to lose their humanity,Snake starts to hate it,saying that it'll never benefit the mankind by giving them Aura abilities and leaves them untrained in the battlefield,and can only die for nothing(though he never told Hyde,he,more or less,knows the real reason of Snake's leaving). Now a Chief,he was assigned to take care of Aya under his wings,and with his assistant Blank(an NPC),takes the research to the further level. When Snake and Hyde were still together,Hyde was actually one of the few Aura users(now dubbed Vines) seen during the time,and was one of the strongest one ever seen.Snake was the first man to witness his ability in the battlefield,and as such,takes precaution the next time they meet again(now that Snake left the military). Aura: Energy Bender - At initial,it looks like a weak Aura to many who first witness it,but as battles grows intense,however,they soon learn they were wrong;he's capable of bending anything,including his own body,to an nearly impossible ways capable of doing supernatural feats(he even bends his shots at them,too,which surprises them the most).Occasionally,he will also approach his enemies,twisting here and there(or sliding about) rather quickly(even Snake had hard time aiming when Hyde does this) and whacks them hard when he gets close.This power,however,often saps his stamina so much,he rarely use it unless needed otherwise.Also,only Aya and a few friends of his knows such Aura ability,as he rarely use it in front of other members(other than Snake).When he use it to bend his shots from his handguns,it'll be shown as energy shots,and therefore visible enough to dodge from them(though given the bullet's speed,it's still hard to dodge them).While capable of bending his own body,bending too much will cause his parts to be less elastic,and as such,should they went loose,he needs some time to retract them back to normal,leaving him vulnerable for some time until he fully recovers.The Aura ability's name was given by Snake after seeing how it looks like when Hyde bends his shots in front of him before,saying that it looks similar to the energy shots from the game he played(a reference to the Parasite Eve game series). Abilities: Acrobatic - Some said that he may have learned it from yoga lessons,but despite his age,he moves around rather actively(more so in the battlefield).Used in conjunction of his Aura ability. Marksmanship - Once a marksman before becoming a Chief,his shooting skill are up to par,scoring a lot of points in training runs(Snake mentioned that he hits the center point a lot of times and rarely missed).Likewise,used in conjunction of his Aura ability,and were really deadly,though his "energy" shots were a bit too slow sometimes. Bio:One of the earlier batches of test subjects that didn't fail. He prefers to work alone and primarily keeps to himself.Not much is known about him.He also prefers to use blades rather than guns.He has no qualms about killing unnecessarily and often cuts down anything or anybody that stands in his way,sometimes even those who are innocent. Aura:Dark Slayer-A condition in which the user is able to bend the shadows to his full will.He is able to create worm holes and therefore teleport.However this ability can only be used at short distances.He can also use the shadows to create a few attacks such as "Shadow Edge","Reaper", and "Dance Macabre" Attack Explanation: Shadow Edge:Creates a wave of shadows blades from the ground attacking horizontally(think shark fins on land). (As there was no response, I'll assume this as an okay) Name: Tyrant Gender: Male Age: 30 Role: Oblivion Member Location: Lost Grounds Personality: A half-mad man with a chaotic personality. Bio: Due to his ability, Tyrant is always living near death, which drove him to madness. He was scouted into Oblivion, and, before noticing, became a member of it, though he mostly remains neutral to most everything that happens. Despite having a weapon, he can barely use it and it serves mostly as a provokation for the enemy to fight back. Weapon: Dual Kris Abilities: Pain Ignore (he no longer feels pain, after dying countless times) Berserker (can move, as long as he is alive, even if he has two legs and an arm teared off) Aura: Void Death: Allows Tyrant to null any amount of damage (even if he is already dead and incapable of any other actions, even thinking) once per hour, recovering back to full health. Any wounds he nulls are shot as a black bullet-like ball in a direction of his choice, or at the one, who inflicted those wounds. Any target hit with that bullet is inflicted all the nulled wounds instead. Though that bullet can be dodged, as it has a speed of a regular pistol shot (but comes unexpected, so dodging it point-blank is almost impossible, while ranged attackers can evade it). After using that ability, it cannot be used for a duration of hour, being replaced with an ability to resurrect at full health at midnight. Appearance: Tyrant has semi-long messy black hair and a thick beard, that ends at the same height as his hair. He has a frail body and is wearing a dark-gray robe and a cloak to cover it. |

However in reality Nocturne is one of the deadliest men alive. He is mainly a hedonist and the jobs he takes are chosen exclusively for his own amusement. He likes to decapitate his enemies while engaging them in battle. His other habit is to cut up anything between him and his goal, whether man or beast. He demonstrated his skill and superiority by slaughtering every single one of the Vines. He was then accepted as a member of Oblivion and given Nocturne as his new codename. He has spent the years under Oblivion as a cleanup man. Troublesome issues are sent to him to be dealt with extreme prejudice. He posses a very high command rank that enables him to command any Holy Vine in the field up to S-Rank Clearance. He is quite familiar with Hyde Bodor, the chief of Oblivion and is one of the few who knows that he is also a Native Vine. In recent times he has been partnered with Tyrant. The main reason for this is due to his aura ability: Paranoia. With it, he is the only one capable of calming Tyrant down and hanging him on a leash of sorts. The pair have proven to be a surprisingly fruitful partnership who have never failed a single mission together. In fact, Tyrant is one of the few people that Nocturne says he honestly does not mind being around. Even now with his new name of Nocturne, many people still remember and fear him and his former name. The sight of the infamous "Dr. Jackal" is enough to give weaker men a heart failure. Abilities: a) Knight of Honor - Once Nocturne grabs hold of anything that can be even remotely conceptualized as a weapon by his own recognition with his hands and he recognizes that he wishes to wield it, it instantly gains the property of "becoming his personal weapon." It allows for something as worthless as a piece of scrap iron to be turned into a demonic spear or sword capable of damaging powerful enemies and striking empowered weapons. He is able to naturally control any weapon that he wields as if it were a favorite weapon with which he specialized in and polished his skills for many years. He can give up the weapon at any time, returning it to its natural state, and immediately switch to another without any trouble. b) 108 Surgical Scalpels - Nocturne has 108 scalpels that are hidden within his body and they are made of his blood, but they are also infused with a ceramic, titanium alloy that doesn't conduct electricity, and then diamond. His scalpels can easily break through large pillars, diamond, large hills, and various targets instantly. In reality, the power is in the blood, not the scalpels. Aura: †Paranoia - Paranoia is a mental type aura and possibly one of the most powerful auras known. IT consists of two parts. Passively it grants Nocturne the ability to mentally influence anyone within a range of 40 meters. He can also discover what are their greatest fears and weaknesses. Part 2 of Paranoia is when it is switched to 'Active'. When activated, Paranoia removes any and all sight provided by sources other than each individual enemy and shrinks the sight radius of all enemies in an area range of 3.5km. The sight radius of each individual is reduced to 1.5 meters in a circle radius. This effects lasts for 35 seconds and cannot be reactivated for 160 seconds. Also, while Paranoia is active, the ability can be used as a targeted spell that causes Nocturne to rapidly dash to a single target's location, dealing physical damage when he gets there. OCC: Well I've received a few Pm's... Just to clear this out. I had very personal issues regarding me. After that i was unable to start the Rp because I had Bronchitis, which im still dealing with... Please bare with me and this post, Im REALLY sick. People here that know me, very well know that im not the kind of Rp'er to leave things hanging just "Because". Thank You for Understanding.. Now that i got that out of my system.. =================☆==============☆===================☆====================☆ Withing the global empire known as Oblivion, steps and quick movements could be heard, Strong, forceful. The deep breathing of someone could describe the intensity of the movements. Inside it a youthful female figure moved from one location to another, her eyes with a piercing gaze focused in every target. Watching from the mirrors outside, Scientist monitoring every movement of the young female, and with them is Hyde Bohor One of the scientist withing the room that was monitoring her exclaimed: Sr. Its outstanding, she is just outstanding, no matter how much time we test her, how many times we upgrade the targets and scenarios, she just waltz right by them. Its.. "Perfect" The young female hold one customized M9 that had Oblivion's symbol engraved on it, targets began to appear from hidden places and then, the loud sound of gun fire began to engulf the silence. The young female began to shoot non stop, hitting every target at point. She jumped into the air, as her petite figure made a turn shooting the target that appeared on the sealing, hitting the 100 point target. Landing gracefully on the ground, her small and fragile body began to move quickly reloading her M9, by quickly choosing the magazines that were tightly gripped around her waist. Some of her black and silky hair settled it self around her rosy lips. Her eyes just gazed at the man behind the mirrors, She assembled her body and rose from the ground and spoke I am But One Bullet.. The words escaped her rosed paled lips as she crossed her left hand resting it above her right shoulder and pulled the trigger and eliminated the target behind her, smoothly. After that the Test was over, one of the Scientist pressed the intercom: Subject Aya, you are done. And so the young female began her exit out of the room, the door before her slided opened granting her freedom. Two guard waited her exit. Gracefully she stepped out divulging her petite physical figure in a violet silk hooded jacket and a balck full body leotard. Fine small hands and feet with pale smooth and youthful skin, violet hallowed eyes and rosy lips. She stood upright, confident upon the balance and foundation of her feet. Her piercing gazed looked through the sense of vision of the guards that stood before her. She hunted there emotional façade and intellectual judgment within there physical exterior. Both of them gulped and stared down: Subject Aya.. its.. Its time to return to you're dormitory, you must get ready.. There is a supply cargo assigned for today. You will meet with Mr. Bahor to assigned you're group and destination. And so she stepped out and began her way down the glassed hallway. Barefooted she waltz down the halls. The guards behind her whispered to each another Her eyes.. did you saw her eyes.. there so cold.. and empty. His partner nooned in agreement and also commented I've heard that she was taken under Sr. Hyde Bohor... As they were to passed by the entrance of the Monitoring Room, were Bahor and the other scientist were the young subject made a sudden halt slowly turning towards the guards escorting her, suddenly her eyes made contacted with one of the guards. He began to complain about a pain in his chest and quickly his body twisted in pain, and he began to scream with excruciating agony. Aya just tilted her head to her left as the other guard just watched in horror. |

[Nocturne][Lost Grounds - Sector 5][Dawn] Even as the sun rose over the edge of a decrepit building, few people would be up an such an ungodly hour. Normal people would not be humming a jazz tun at the crack of dawn next to a possible psychopath. That's normal people and Nocturne is definitely not normal. Walking next to a CONFIRMED psychopath, Nocturne hummed a jazz tune he heard back at one of the lounges in Oblivious HQ. As dawn brought the shine of sunlight on them the smile on his face never left as he enjoyed it. He and his partner, Tyrant had been given orders to take out some kind of enemy base in this sector. 'Well in reality, the mission was search, investigate, and THEN destroy but where's the fun in that?' mused the legendary Dr. Jackal to himself. Next to him was the lumbering hulk named Tyrant whom most sane men would not want to even be in the same country in. And yet, he found that he actually liked the big guy and got along with him spectacularly. The more interesting thing about this mission was that the big boss himself had warned them that the enemy strength could be higher then anticipated. The very thought made his blood sing as he would have another chance to possibly find a good fight. "This might just be an interesting mission. Something to break the boring normality of having to fight weaklings. Azel Hawkeye - Lost Grounds - Sector 3 - Kerberos Mercenary Group HQ - Dawn Azel arrived at a worn out building. Azel approached the door, he knocked on the door. Soon a voice was heard. Voice : "Password?" Hearing that, Azel just smiled and asked. Azel : "Do I need a password?" The slide on the door opened, revealing an eye. ??? : "Identify yourself" Azel : "Matthew King, a friend of the lady." ??? : "Please wait for a little while." The slide closes. Azel waited patiently. Echidna Stormblade - Lost Grounds - Sector 3 - Kerberos Mercenary Group HQ Echidna was relaxing on her room as a mercenary came in. Mercenary : "Milady, a Matthew King came to see you." Echidna : "... Who?... Oh, right, I'll deal with him myself." Echidna stands up, she walked to the entrance. Echidna : "You, get in." With that Echidna unlocked the door and Azel entered the HQ. Azel : "You're a lot manlier the last time I saw you." Echidna : "Was that a compliment or an insult?" Azel : "Depends on how you take it." Echidna : "So... what are your purposes being here?" Azel : "Oh right... My sources told me that there will be an Oblivion supply cargo shipment today, it appears that the P.H.A.N.T.O.M will be guarding it." Echidna : "Intriguing, how can you be so sure of that? And tell me one personnel of the P.H.A.N.T.O.M that will escort it." Azel : "Because... I have someone doing the inside jobs for me, and here..." Azel shows a picture of Aya to Echidna. Azel : "She is known as Aya, she may look young and inexperienced, but believe me as one of the first Holy Vines to be created... She is incredibly powerful." Echidna : "I see... So what about her powers?" Azel : "Her powers? It gives her enemies pains without any physical contact, painful, I know." Echidna : "Any other... particular enemies that I should be aware of?" Azel : "My source was one of the scientists working on her, if there were others I'd just know vague hints that you might already knew." Echidna : "So, you have the research notes about her then?" Azel : "Nope, Oblivion's security is real tight, I might need her help to get that research notes." Echidna : "And who exactly you'll be asking for help?" Azel : "That courier girl... Anyway, if you're up for the job meet me at Kourindou later, bring some of your boys along, I'll need some preparations to be made." Echidna : "Right... be seeing you then..: Azel." Azel then leaves the building. Mercenary : "Milady, earlier he said his name is Matthew, but you just called him Azel just now..." Echidna : "Ah, you never met him do you? He's Azel, an informant, he loves to play with names, especially to rookies like you. Anyhow, we're going on a mission, fetch 2 other rookies.
