Paŋdøra's Library The Victorian era was the most peaceful, but underneath all perfect, a young librarian named Lex Victoria heir to the Victoria dukedom, discovered a secret library withing his home. He began to investigate and after long years of researching he learn the legend of The 10 Phantom Books. With out any idea of its content he looked more into his past and found that for almost 10 different generations these books were hidden from all eyes to protect the balance of it all and each home guarded a gates to the Abyss. For they contain forbidden knowledge about mythical powers. The prohibited books, endanger the balance of the world, When read aloud, the spells are cast producing many effects, Creating illusory from the owners imagination. Indicating that if in the wrong hands it could end in chaos. Knowing this, he continued his research further more, and found that 9 of the books were missing. They were passed to one of each child withing the 10 generations, each child marked with the symbol in front of each book. Soon after that he discovered he also was an owner of a book. A few years after discovering that fact, Tragedies began to happen outside the skirts of his home town Sabrie. Another book holder name Erik Brake began to use his powers for wrong trying to find him, If for some reason the book is burned, the owner is forced to the Abbys and the knowledge is passed on to the other. knowing this Lex tried to battle this threat, but not knowing the full capacity of the power he withhold with his book he could not protect his Town and he burned his book and sacrificed him self. The town was dragged along with Erik Brake and Lex Victoria into the Abyss of Pandora's Library. But before this even, he made sure to leave behind some one that could finish his work... A few years after the Tragedy of Sabrie, a Young Girl named Amelia " Mia " Victoria inherited the old mansion of her deceased grandfather Lex Victoria and with it the book collection stored in there. However, there was one condition: She also had to inherit a Phantom Book. When she inspects the mansion, She discovers a cellar that is filled with piles of books. In the middle of these books she comes across a pedestal withholding a Phantom Book by touching it the symbol engraved in the center of it printed on her chest. Learning later that she is one of the gateway which contains one of the prohibited Phantom Books, and that she must learn how to use it, to find the other holders. Preparing for an epic and constant battle against nothing she or they have ever imagine or even seen. Confronting enemies every step of the way, were friendship, love and so much more will be put to the test. To safe the world she know it to be. Will the Tragedy of Sabrie happen again? or The End of this story will change it all? Terminology Pandora's Library: Is an Archives which contain forbidden knowledge stored in 10 books called "phantom books. These were Written by a Woman called Pandora, for what it takes the name of " Pandora's Library" Abbys: The world that appears when a Phantom Book is Burn. It exists in a different dimension as the world, and as thus, time doesn't truly exist in the Abyss. A person can find themselves in any random time period upon exiting the Abyss. The Abyss can appear as a prison for the fallen. A rumor has been around, that The Abyss has an escape, but it hold as only a rumor. Chained Shadows Beings from the Abyss. They must sign a contract with a human in order to leave the Abyss. If they are suddenly summoned by an unworthy the Chain will automatically make a one full rotation and the caster will die. Tragedy of Sabrie The city of Sabrie was once the capital city of the world. However, for unknown reasons to the people, Lex Victoria used a ritual to send the skirts of the entire city, with its citizens, into the Abyss. Chains Ties the Phantom Book to the Abyss, a Vine-like seal appears around the holders symbol, over their heart. Each time the Books powers are drawn, the seal moves like on a clock. Once it makes one full rotation, the holder will die. The 10th Phantom Books. The 10 Phantom Book, Created by a Woman Called Pandora. Each holds the secrets to many mythical knowledge and power that she once hold withing her Library. Hunted by this fact, she decided to Create the collection of 10 books to minimize the thought of there existence in this world. And the extraordinary powers the hold. Each Book contain different descriptions, and abilities. Example: The Phantom Book that was inherited by Amelia Victoria is called. The Book of Summoning. This Book enables her to psychically transport illusionary person, creature or object of her choice making them as real as life. This may also result from a previous summoning contract, which creates a connection between the summon and summoner. Book Holder: A Person "Chosen to Own" a Phantom Book. When become a Holder extraordinary powers and knowledge is obtained. How to use it, that is a decision for you to make. The Trinity: A UN-operated research facility that specializes in research regarding the Abyss and the 10 Phantom Books. It has a heavily armed security force, consisting of armed soldiers possibly of various nationalities and armored vehicles, meant to protect its facilities and personnel.There duty is to Burn all Phantom Books leaving no trace of there existence including every one involved. Contractors: They work for Trinity, and are also Book Holders. The only difference is that there books are defects that were invented as a shadow to the Original Phantom Books. Yet they work almost exactly, and equally effective. The existence of Contractors is kept a secret from the general public by most governments around the world. Others: A person that stand in between. Becoming the best Knight the Dukedom had, Just like his Father and Gran father before him. When he was 12 years old he learned about the Phantom Books and the dark secrets behind them. That Evening he met Amelia. and was granted the tittle of her guardian. They befriended and became her loyal servant for whom he is willing to sacrifice anything,despite his constant arguing with her. Though at first hating the idea of living this "Type of Life" its shown that he has become close. Now he have moved to London, with Amelia, to help her along the journey she has inherited.  |

Name: Seth Clark Gender: Male Age: 24 Nationality: Canadian Role: Other/Book Holder Location: St. John's, Canada Personality & Hobby: Laid back and relatively deadpan. Seth is not very interested in the situation involving the books. His position on it is that the books and their holders should be left to their own devices as long as they are not causing severe harm to the public. He is very protective of his own book, despite the fact that he has barely ever used it. Seth has a cautionary approach to the book, and prefers the use of man-made weapons rather than spells. Seth enjoys watching movies and taking long walks to clear his head. He has a habit of getting lost in thought and staring off into space when nothing of interest is happening. He dates quite often, but for usually short periods of time. Abilities: The Book of Minerva - Grants Seth powerful psychokinesis that can be used in a variety of ways. He can move small objects, or stop objects from striking him for example. Limits - Larger or heavier objects put more stress on Seth's mind. Multiple objects at one time also put more pressure on him, depending on their weight. Too much stress results in several negative effects on Seth. He will become disoriented, which also causes him to lose focus. This severely decreases his psychic strength. Continuing to use his powers after entering this state will result in his vision blurring to the point of temporary blindness. Appearance:  Biography: Seth has lived alone in his house for the past few years. He has a job which does not require much of his time, so he spends most of the free time he has dating or watching movies. His habit of one-time dates frustrates even himself, since even he cannot explain why he does it. He has little to no use for the Book in his possession due to the life he lives, but he is still fiercely protective of it, going so far as to carry it in small pouch made of fire-resistant material when not needed. He is aware that other book holders exist, but he has few details on the specifics surrounding them. His first experience with the book's power caused his hair to turn silver, which was partially why he refrained from using it as much as possible. Due to his rare use of the book, the seal over his heart has barely moved at all, looking nearly identical to how it looked when it first appeared.    |

I'll reserve for now~ EDIT: aaand I'm done. pretty much used rurouni kenshin and Tales as reference ~.~ Character 1 Name: Soma Sakaki Gender: Male Age: 25 Nationality: Japan Location: Macklin St Role: Other Title: Saigo no hitokiri Personality: Cheerful, a bit of air-head but focused when he’s serious, loves to cook and reading, protective Hobby: Meditate, cooking, reading, practice his swordsmanship Bio: Since he was 14 Soma learned about swords and swordsmanship from his grandfather, Ryuji Sakaki, a master swordsman known for his fierce Houou Tenshouku back in the Era of the Samurai in Japan. When he was 24, being too confident, he was raring to test his swordsmanship, He left the house quietly to seek the meaning of true strength. Underground he had heard about mysterious books roaming around London, they contained powers unimaginable. Learning this he hunted down anyone how knew more about these books. That lead him astray when he committed a massacre on The House of Nura members. His grandfather had no choice but to step in to stop the madness. Unfortunately, Soma killed Ryuji in the process. Soma broke down due to his grandfather’s death and swore not to kill people again. House of Sakaki and House of Nura discussed on the punishment and decided to dispatch Soma to burn the remaining Phantom books which they heard re-surfaces around London as a condition for his atonement (phantom books are considered as a threat to the two main houses in Japan since they have bad past with the phantom books). With two reverse-edged swords, handed down from both House of Sakaki and House of Nura each, he sets out to London with his sister, Yuna to burn the remaining phantom books. Appearance: 5’7 tall, carrying two sheathed reverse-edged sword at both side of his waist. Black hair, red eyes. Ability: Default (or passive): Master of swordsmanship Soma transcended The Sakaki Sword Art’s highest level, enabling him to use two katanas instead of one with ease. Majinken (demon fang) Soma sends shockwave with his katana. Sends two if both katana are used. Can be used on ground and mid-air. 50 meters range limit. Shukuchi step Soma goes into flash step mode, which is invisible to normal persons’ eyes. Cannot attack when in this mode. Requires 1 second cooldown before attacking. Houou Tenshouku (razing phoenix) Soma’s katana(s) engulfed in flames, incinerating anything it slashes. This requires plenty of Soma’s stamina and mental strength, enabling him to use only twice in 24 hours. Exceeding the limit will cause Soma to lose his rationality, running berserk and might kill himself in the process. Anji was reluctant at first to take Yuna as his student but seeing her amazing level of determination, he decided to take Yuna under his wing. Anji even passed down his secret technique in the process, he also had knowledge about the Mysterious Phantom Books and as well shared some of it to Yuna. Letting her know the danger that they hold within the pages. After her training ended 3 years later, she went back to House of Sakaki. Just as she was planning to apologize for the disappearance, Soma asked her to tag along in his quest and she accepted. Knowing that for this quest, both of them will use what they have learned. Appearance: 5 feet tall, wears leather glove on both of her hands, black hair, yellow eyes. Ability: Brawler (default or passive) Yuna fights with her bare fist. Scarlet eyes Yuna’s eyes turns into scarlet-colored eyes. Granting Yuna the ability to see the person’s pressure points. One person at a time. Feint attack Yuna fakes an attack, disappear and re-appear behind the enemy and attacks. Not usable twice in a row. Garyuusai (dragon crush) Yuna closes in and knock the enemy high into the air. Earth fist Yuna focuses her chi into the earth, hitting her enemy far away. 50 meters limit. Mastery of the two layers It is a series of two hits that are within 1/75 of a second. The first hit nullifies any resistance the target has and the second destroys the target. This requires Yuna’s full focus, enabling her to only execute twice a day. Exceeding the limit will cause Yuna’s fist bones to break or even worse, shatter. This skill can be improved into 3 layers but It’s too much for Yuna to master right now (will learn if the story goes long enough).

He is constantly alone. Some say that withing his shell, he is kind and gentle, but that is to see. He enjoys reading and writing. †Abilities: The Book of Geiden: Possesses the ability to generate and discharge electricity through conductive media. The power is more than simple electric shocks, he can alter matter on the quantum level. Sufficiently high amounts to kill grown men or short out a building's electrical systems. †Limits: He cannot discharge it through air or concrete. This take a large amount of physical energy so is difficult to preform quickly and affectively if is not in close range from the objective. †Appearance: †Biography: Elliot began his search for the Phantom Books when he turned 13. He detests the very existence of Phantom books and has sworn to burn each single one of them. His Mother became obsessed with them, a family feud grew withing his house hold ending up with her death. The story behind him around the Trinity Facility is that he is one of the descendant of Erick Break, the man from The Tragedy of Sabrie and with it all the hate passed on towards him. Not may things are known about Elliot. His life is such a mystery. He is recently the one that helps create the Shadow Phantom Books, that are used by the Contractors like himself.

His hobbies are what happens to catch his interest at the time. †Abilities: Shock and Awe: Elim can can store electricity within him, he is constantly collecting minute amounts of it from the atmosphere, but can also tap into other electricity sources to charge himself. He can release the electricity as a static field that disrupts technology in a space around him. The side effect of the extra electricity is that his speed and reflexes have been greatly augmented along with his mental faculties. These effects get stronger the more he stores electricty. †Appearance:  †Biography: No one knows where Elim came from or how he was hired into Trinity, one day he just was there acting like he had always been there. He can be caring, but he usually ignores others feeling towards him. He enjoys reading books and learning new things. Ability: Book of the King The book of the king allows the user to overpower the soul of any foe. With a loud voice, the owner of this book will be able to do the following: Will of the King -Cause any foe to faint -Stun all foe (three minutes) Limitations: He can only use his ability if is willpower is as strong as a king. Biography: Culpa is the son of a rich duke in (location pending). When he was raised, he had learned many things regarding the current world. He was interested in all sorts of knowledge, especially from foreign countries. He wanted to be a writer and chose to explore the country at an early age to give himself an idea on what would be best to write. She is very difficult to approach and talked to. This ability can only used with full stamina. It will take her twenty four hours to regenerate. †Biography: Avery has always been fascinated with the Phantom Books since childhood. This fascination branched out from her family working for Trinity for numerous years. If used in maximum, it causes all her readings to be faulty. †Biography: It is rumoured that Reign is a descent of the Victoria through the second generation. I already PM Minstress bout it so here I am to reserve two characters, both Trinity members with one of them as a contractor and the other a book holder †Name: Destiny Potter †Gender: Female †Age: 22 †Nationality: British †Role: Book Holder/Trinity Member †Location: London Streets †Personality & Hobby: Collecting cute plushies and cooking. Destiny is a is a very strict person, often criticizing the bad behavior and habits of others. Despite being a very strict person, she seems to have a clumsy side to her. She has been described as being warm and full of passion. †Abilities: Morello's Evil Tome - This book grants her the ability to manipulate space and darkness. She is also granted the ability to move through shadows. The powers she receives are tripled when at night. Limit- Any book with the word "Evil" in its title would raise plenty of alarms. Continuous and rapid usage of the book affects her mind. The book naturally corrupts its user with more use in an attempt to make them succumb to their own darkness. It starts by generating minor far and paranoia, leading to unstable anger, continuing to hate, and finally reaching evil. Long periods of rest and relaxation is needed to remove the corrupting effects of the book. i'll be reserving a trinity spot EDIT †Name: Donovan Bale †Gender: Male †Age: 34 †Nationality: British †Role: Trinity †Location: Trinity Facility †Personality & Hobby: Serious, often rush things, likes to gamble. †Appearance:  †Biography: A sniper, once messed up a mission due to his tendencies to rush. He had a family. Which was dragged to the Abyss few years ago during the tragedy. He was away while the tragedy happens. He joined Trinity for some reasons that even he is still wondering about. One reason is to know about how did his family disappears. The other reason would be to make the culprit pay for what he/she is done. He started to wonder if the effort is even worthed it or not. For now, he continues to serve Trinity until he found a way to start over. Forgetting all that have happened, to stop his suffering of the loss of the peoples that is important to him.  |

Chapter I Revelations London | Night | Victoria's Family Manor | St. Giles High | Withing the walls of The Vitoria Dukedom, light began to hide. The hallways, Gran stairways, every corner, finally reaching into a location inside it. At the other side of two Victorian wooden doors twirling steps could be heard, Strong, forceful, alone. I will be waiting for you outside. and with that silence once again consumed the Velvet dormitory. With out any hesitation the young female changed into her Victorian clothing and headed out. Mia kept her pace to the end of the hallway, where she perceived the Gran stairway, Mia descended swiftly and just as fast exited her household. Outside this, a young man with dark hair and amber color eyes awaited her presence. As she arrived before him he spoke Shall we.. The young female entered the vehicle and so the exited the Victoria Household. Inside the vehicle Mia spoke So.. Tyler a Chained Shadow has been track down.. Reaching the end, a black warp was creating something, and behind it, a Unknown Trinity member, that some how became a holder of a Shadow Book. Mia's ruby eyes ascended to meet the young man's amber eyes Tyler.. The Book Of Summoning... She revealed her left sense of touch, as the young man placed the book before her, and said Be Careful.. and suddenly he was nowhere to be seen. She stepped forwards facing the threat that stood by to cause harm to others, and it was her duty as well as her grandfather to maintain the knowledge of there existence hidden beneath rumors. Her expression changed into a serious one. The Unknown Trinity member shouted out You're that girl that Trinity has been looking for.. To bad they wont get to see you.. He had opened the book and casted out a Chained Shadow.Mia with concern for his life tried to warn him You must end the contract with that Chained Shadow or you'll die... But the man was consumed by the power, Mia could see the Chain marked over his heart, and it had already made a one full rotation. Her eyes widen to the portrait of her ending, but she had to shake it off. Suddenly the Trinity member decided to send the Chained Shadow to attack her. Yelling out Kill Her!!.. Mia reacted to his unraisable decision. ... It is to late for you.. Suddenly a seal in form a the Chain she had over her heart began to light up under her feet, her book began to hover not to far from her hand, and opened. I am Amelia Victoria, and I summon you from the Abyss, Castiel!. Suddenly a Person began to appear, and quickly before her stood Castiel. A summoned Chained Controlled by a Victoria heir, and holder of The Summoning Book. Her voice commanded Castiel, End this.. burn his book.. So said, so Done, then a loud scream was heard around the area and a bright light shined the skies, but just as quickly dissipated. The Trinity Member, was sent to the Abyss, to no longer return. The night was again silent, No trace of any kind of fight was left behind, or so it seemed. Mia walked out of the alleyway to meet Tyler but he was not there, then suddenly he appeared behind her Hey.. you ok?.. She placed her book on his hands and just said Lets Go Home.. Both of them got in the vehicle and headed back. Mia's petite body rested sound asleep. Slowly stopping in a red light, with the corner of his eyes he looked towards her chest were her Chain marked her fate and saw how, like a clock moves it's timer, it moved revealing a piece of the symbol that someday will be one full. The young Amelia gestured pain when it moved, but not strong enough for her to awaken. The night grew old, and as the light changed to green, he whispered to him self. Avery & Reign & Trinity Research Director | Trinity Headquarters - Trinity Research Conference Room 346 | Night Three wall was embedded with black marbles. It's shine reflected upon the luminesce depicted from the lights drawn on ceiling. The fourth wall was constructed by an opaque glass, admitted to draw the beauty of the rose, earthy and topaz hues of the sky, which embraced the sanguine and orange lights from lifeless concrete buildings and automobiles. Two pallid plastic modern chairs were stationed before a white marbled finish desk. On the left seat, a young woman in long silver hair, blue coat sat cozy into the support, arching her body to curve against the plastic seat, with her lean legs, covered by the ivory boots dangled. Her right arm stationed on the right arm rest. Her fragile hands twirled the paper stick that supported the candy. Her taste savour the violet lollipop. Her piercing eyes narrowed straightly at the midnight leather ground. Her expression violent and bored while perceiving echoed within the room. On the right side, a young woman with pixie silver hair and a anarchic black widow battle suit sat elegantly. Her smooth legs crossed in a princess posture slanted on the right. Her gentle pale hands rested on lap. Her eyes glowed radiantly, as both hues differ. Her facial gesture remained calm and patient. She was like a goddess. Before the pallid marble table, another ivory plastic modern chair rested against it. A man with black hue locks, tailored in tuxedo, rested his elbows on the arm rest. The back of the chair faced the young woman. Director: "I admitted your presence within this conference to inform you two significant messages. I do also wish that you are able to pass this message to the remaining staff of the Trinity. One, it seems that the lady Victoria has found another target. According to the sources, she was able to dispatch the Book of Summoning. Two, new recruits have been deployed in this branch and they will here shortly." Instantly depicted by this message by youthful cheerful voice, Avery's expression defined irritation and shouted, "Haaa?". Reign shot a smile at Avery, requested her to be more refine. Avery groaned and looked afar, annoyed. Reign turned her cranial towards the director's way. Director: "Dismissed." Both women silently lifted their physical structure from the seat and executed themselves to the charcoal gray metal doors. Avery reached for the pallid doorknob, twisted it and pulled it open. Underneath, a white marbled table elongated against the wall, connected to one another. An optical illusion of one long table. The table supported the scattered keyboard, educational books and papers. Her footsteps echoed greatly. Reign approached an ebony and amethyst Victorian couch. She was halted when she witnessed her male assistant approached her in great nervousness. Suddenly, Reign's features changed from humble to sadistic. Her eyes narrowed at him. "Ms. Savante.. I'm so..so..sorry. I miscal.cul..lated..on.. the..statistics.", he announced. The sweat dripped from his fair skin weary face. Reign slapped him across the face. "Tsch, you pathetic insolent. Do your job right.", she yelled. In fear, the attendant, stumbled against the floor, picked his weight and dashed away. Reign's right eyebrow arched upwards as she bite her rosy soft lips. She, once more, walked towards the nineteenth century seating. [Elim - Trinity Hq - Reign's Laboratory - Night] Elim hadn't met this particular researcher before, though he had taken a cursory look at the work she has done. He had been impressed by it, there was dedication and hard work behind her studies, something Elim respected. So now he had been told to report in despite the late hour and so he had made his way to her lab. When he arrived he noticed her leaning back on her chair eyes closed. He grinned as he quietly opened the door and sneaked up to her. When close enoguh he leaned over and gave her a light kiss straight on the lips. She stood up quickly shocked at his actions and tried to slap him. Elim dodged the slap and grabbed her hands giving her another quick kiss before letting go of her hands and moving away from her standing close to the door. TAP! were the sounds emitted by her ivory leather boots against the floor. Then, she reached an ebony glass door. Avery held on the golden brass doorknob, twisted it and sprang it open. She witnessed Elliot confidently kept his posture to greet her. Avery's facial expression exhibited from cold to a sanguine flushed embarrassment. One of Elliot's secretary marched forward to him, supposedly reaching a pallid folder of reports that needed consultation. This young woman kept her physical stature close to him, wrapping her pale smooth arms around his muscled triceps. Her red nail polish contrasted to the light. The woman leaned in and whispered, "So, do you want to go somewhere tonight?" Avery | Trinity - Avery's Laboratory | Dawn Avery was already walking calmly towards her office door. The clear glass door depicted a scenery of an indigo butterfly. Her name carved in a Victorian Hand writing of the mosaic glass, "Avery". She already knew the woman's intentions the moment she saw her. Avery was filled with jealousy and disgust. Rage quiclkly heightened, yet, she played a non-caring facade, an emotionless expression. "I'm not your love.". Within her existence, a pang hit her chest, knowing that her and Elliot's relationship was a secret among them. She held on the clear glass doorknob, turned it counter clock wise and pushed it open. She stepped in twice before closing the entry. She threw herself on the pallid office chair, with her feet rested on her table. Her legs crossed, beside a picture frame which contained of her and Elliot. The picture depicted their teenager years, around 18 years of age, just before the graduation; when Avery sported the black and red kilt, black knee-high socks and dress shoes. Her pallid long sleeve blouse buttoned except the two on the top, with the red/black tie tied a classic look. Avery looked shyly blushed within the picture. Behind her within the image was a tall man, with brown locks, his hair was shoulder length, spiky and stylish. His seductive emerald eyes focused on the young Avery. His face depicted a smirk within the photo. His slender arns wrapped her, crossed on her chest, his hands possessively locked on her shoulders. Glimpse of black pant appeared and it was obvious that his long sleeve blouse was fully open. Avery glanced at this photo and reminisced the memories. She sighed and allowed her arms to submissively fall on each side of the arm chair. She bit her lips out of jealousy and disgust and pain. Avery ran her fragile pale hands on her long smooth silver locks, and sighed once again. She thought to herself, "Mia.. What are you doing here..?" Reign| Trinity - Reign's Laboratory | Dawn Her expression depicted anger. Her eyes glowed with passion as she stood up. She couldn't help herself stare at Elim; secretly eyeing and loving his structure. She suddenly realized what she was doing. Her anger heightened and she began storming to Elim, with her hands swaying on her side. "You, who do you think you are, thinking of coming here and doing that?!", she yelled. With her devious smirk, her arms crossed and began tapping her shoes, awaiting for an answer. With Elim's face so close to her, she lifted a mischievous smirk and gave Elim a long passionate kiss. She lifted her right leg and enveloped his left. Before she pulled away, she lifted another devious smile and whisper in his ear, "I want you to be my toy". She began marching away. |
