About Me section

I made a template click for profile, profile content etc, though it shows as a scrolled thing on my page in the about me section. Is there any way to enlarge the About Me section? The code for my content in the About me section is thusfar; < iframe src="http://dreamangel0802.webs.com/Gendou/template%20angel%20temporary6.html" width="640" height"480" frameborder="0"> And as you can see it's contraining scroll bars at the outside while I only want the scrollbar on the template itself.
