im so happy for this remake i reallly loved this series of pokemon games there were soo many gyms and such a big story everything was so cool and they introduced breeding and stuff =D so happy i might buy it instead of just downloading it =D |

Hmm, I'm thinking this is the last remake of Pokemon since the Kanto region has been merged in this game. Johto arc is still the best arc for me. :D And lol, have you guys seen the eyecatch remake of Misty? She looks hotter now. :3 Trainer Eyecatches. I'm still patiently waiting for the English version. And damn you all ROM patchers. Impatient bunch. D: joking. xDD     |

I heard a lot of Pokemon theme song remakes & they sound wicked. I'm so looking forward to get this game as soon as it is released in the UK.  |

I know all these people are gettting impatient and are patching ROMs. I'm waitig for the NA release as well, getting a couple games to pass the time, waiting for SS/HG to release theyre going to go really fast cause of all the Poke'maniacs in my town.

Lol wow, I never even knew these had released already in Japan. I thought it was still a couple months off; shows how much I knew, haha! But anyway, I can't wait to get these games. SoulSilver will be my first game, so I can get Lugia! I wonder though, will they remake Crystal? That was and is still one of my top 3 Pokemon games to come out, all because of Suicune. It was too hard to catch the three legendaries in Gold and Silver, so I hope it's made easier somehow. I can't wait to get my Cyndaquil starter though; He's like my all-time favorite starter, lmao. Up there with Charmander, Bulbasaur, CHimchar, Chikorita, Pikachu! :D |

I'm gonna wait for the english version. The GSC series is my favorite. Spring of 2010 seems so far away.

I'll prolly get my hands on Soul Silver since I has the Silver Version back then anyway. Never liked Ho-oh much. Dunno why. Maybe 'cause I think he looks fugly. XD Either way... Time to save up!

im playing SS right now and im at the part where i have to go to one of the caves lugia was in but i played silver soo long ago i forgot which cave it was. ill probably buy the english version so i can understand wat is going on with the new stuff. i dont like how they changed some of the puzzles like the ice gym one turned out easier and some of the other gyms looks nicer but it doesnt feel the same. anyone know where that lapras cave was i forgot? well cool games tho, wats the next remake? shiny crystal?

@Poster above me: Awesome that you're playing Soul Silver Version!! XDD *Highfives you* Let me clear up the place names for you, lol. The place where you go and catch Lugia is in the Whirl Islands, which is on the shore of Oliveine City, using the HM Surf, to get around the Water parts and using the HM Whirlpool, to get around the cave entrance blockages. The cave where you go to catch Lapras is Called Union Cave, (If I remember that correctly) and the location is South of Violet City. I hope I helped you out some! :D I'm happy to help anyone remember what the Locations the places are!! XDD I've got both Versions of the orginal Silver Version and Gold Version, as well as Crystal Version, game maps, Pokemon, Locations, and Items ALL Memorized! XDD If you all need any help, state them here, or PM me for help! XDD I'M HERE AND HAPPY TO HELP ANYONE!    |

I wonder if they're gonna come out with some Limited Editions like FOR A LIMITED TIME get the Soundtrack, Comic, Push Doll =D, etc, etc Might as well wait and see

i have a friend who got a "patched" version of the game, most of its in english but it still has alittle japanesee in it, and he said its amazing. I still dont know how he got it though

English patches for ROMs can be easily found throughout the net. However, I think it's still best to just wait for the official (U) version of the game to be released. |

I'm looking forward to get the Japanese version of Pokemon Soulsilver for Christmas from my dad. Although I'm learning Japanese, but I like to learn more through manga, Japanese video games and sometimes J-Drama and anime. I watched a few walkthroughs on Youtube and there are very helpful to get through the game even you're waiting for the English version of it next year. |

I'm looking forward to going up Tin Tower and getting my Ho-oh. Lugia's kinda cool but I'm more interested in getting Ho-oh at lvl 45. Anyways I should pick up my DS again and continue breeding some pokemon until HG/SS come out. So who's getting what? I might consider pre-ordering both copies just so I have a chance at catching Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza. Oh quick question: Will the new Pokeballs in HG/SS be able to transfer over to D/P/Plt? |

@Mr. M Yes, they are transferable if I recall. The apricorn balls will only be featured as a regular Poke Ball in D/P/Pt due to the lack of data. |

@JC I'm pretty sure they'll be some limited edition stuff. Though I hope they include the NA and EU Version of Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver with Pokewalkers. It would be really great and all.  |
