w/e anyway.   How do you feel about Maria†Holic? ♥ which character did you like the most? ♥ did it "end" how you expected? ♥ do you think there will be a 2nd season? or are the producers just messing with our heads? [after all it IS a really crazy comedy and it did mess with my head a lot throughout the whole thing anyway >.>] For me, this show was so ridiculously crazy, and well, retarded too, at times. This is the most I laughed out loud at an anime. :< /can relate to kanako a bit too. except I never got nosebleed. XD |

Maria Holic *-* A too much of yuriness for for my taste... BUT I LOVE IT Grafics = 10/10 XD And i even like the first pic XD Mariya RULES! hahahaha and i haven't seen the end yet! DX   |

Had to re-dL episodes since I lost them in the restore. :/ But I'm back up to date, pretty much anyways, but yes I saw its debut and loved it. If you love Negima!?, especially as much as me, then you'll love Mario Holic, and I love it, even though I haven't seen it in a little while and I still need to finish dLing the episodes. It's like Negima!? + Utena! And, it's pretty friggin' hilarious. Definitely gonna catch up this weekend, hopefully. :P

It was definitely a fun series to follow just cause of the insane wakiness of it. It is so over the top in terms of comedy that i enjoyed every minute of it...though i have yet to watch the last episode but will do so later today. The series was sort of like a crazier version of Otoboku (Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru) since the premise was sort of the same. What made the series so delightful was the role of Kanako, i think she was an awesome main character. Just cause it was so cool to see a perverted female character rather than a male one. Also her imagination was awesome, i don't have to describe it cause you have to see it to appreciate it. The opening was catchy & the ending animation was extremely cute...the song was great as well. Having this 8bit NES vibe to it. Not sure if there will be another season since like many series lately that have 12-13 episodes (like Sekirei, Asu no Yoichi) the manga is ongoing. Love to see one though!  |

You should put the gif instead of a picture! What izumo said about Maria Holic, but yes I still do feel that its a big disappointment overall. I just want more Maria, and not Kanako or that damm priest. Yes, I hate him for being as long-winded as Kanako. I mean, just one is enough, dont have to make it two like Haruhi(Kyon and Koizumi, their dialogues are long and gets irritating in the novel) Well Otoboku(I only liked the OVA) is more of a harem series so dont go off comparing the two main characters. The opening was really epic because it came in at the exact timing during episode 3 and 4. The ending was cute for its 8bit characters, and the 8bit remix of the song, with female voice actors as the singers this time around. XD In case you dont know I Got A Crush On You was originally by YMO... and the PV is three guys singing and chasing after a girl.... Well it was entertaining. This series ended off well, since its a original SHAFT episode for the ending after all. Following the manga/original content can be quite a disappointment, as shown in Maria Holic. So, if SHAFT were to get the IP for maria holic, I bet they could do much better! More Maria!!!  |

Yes, very much that. I am entertained by kanako's crazy imagination, and the cute art from time to time. The ending was, well, asking for another season. Would be delightful if they make one in the near future Apart from the ending scene, last ep was gold. Damn i lol'd a lot at how kanako fails to attend swimming classes day after day. And finally her nosebleed covers the galaxy. Sweet |

@ Xiao-san No i wasn't comparing the characters, all i said was that the idea/premise of the series were similar. About having a male character dressed in drag attending an all female school. You didn't like Kanako's character?! Wow!? Sure Maria was a cool character but often times i found her character sorta repetitive, meaning most of her act felt the same in every episode. Kanako i found was different throughout the series, i guess it was cause of that perverted mind of hers. Just seeing a female lead act like that was refreshing. We usually always see a male character having nosebleeds, having their mind wander off in dirty ways, & touching bodyparts by accident. It was just cool to see it from another pov. The series felt short cause it flew by so fast, probably cause of the wackiness & antics in each episode. It was constantly bombarding you with images of hilarity that you often forget about other things. I'm not so diverse in the manga but it definitely stirred my curiosity about it. |

I just finished watching the series today, i thought it was overall pretty good x3 i do hope theres another series cos i guess it didnt really come to a proper end, but whatever! i liked it ^-^ kanako was so funny as a main character xD  |

Zaziu- Yeah, I also hope that there will be a 2nd season xD Izumo- I agree about Kanako's character being dynamic, that's what makes her my favourite character XD and I LOVED the fact that she was a FEMALE pervert. ^__^ -- I also really liked Matsurika and God! Matsurika always maintained the same composure and emotionless expression even when Mariya had ripped her blouse XD and yet she's still able to dish out cutting remarks at both Mariya and Kanako. God, is adorable annnd kinda freakin scary!! such a small cute person, [even with cat ears, for crying out loud] was able to intimidate everyone by her fearsome presence. XDDD |
