New releases, holiday '08!

The holiday season is a time of giving. It's also when game companies release their most anticipated games in an effort to cash in on the holiday hype! What new games are you guys anticipating this year? What games are coming out that you can't wait to get your hands on? What do you pray your mommy buys for you this Christmas? I've already just bought Fable 2 and Dead Space, and I have Call of Duty : World at War, Gears of War 2, and Tom Clancy's End War (lots of games this season have a similar theme...)on reserve ! Also, I really hope Capcom plans to announce a release for their alleged North American version of Monster Hunter Portable 2 G (Monster Hunter Freedom United) for December, as rumored by several sources, none of which I can remember... And I'm still debating whether or not to get the following, although I'm sure I'll pick them up anyways: Left 4 Dead, Mirror's Edge, and Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts. I'm going to be pretty broke over the next week and a half, and into the coming month.  mmmmmmmmmmmm....... |

Chrono Trigger rereleases on the DS in a few weeks. Got mine ordered already, with at least 3-4 new bosses. Other than that, all the games that I've been following don't release until next spring. |

Hey does anyone know when the release date for Final Fantasy XIII is? im dying to get the game but i hear the release date keeps getting pushed back....

Will get: Resistance 2 Collectors Edition (Got today. PS3) Valkyria Chronicles (Out next week. PS3) Little Big Planet (Got last week. PS3) Might get: Mirror's Edge(Multi platform) Far Cry 2(Multi platform) Star Ocean First Departure (PSP) No chance of buying but will get a loan of: Resident Evil 5(Multi platform) Fallout 3(Multi platform) Well there's my list. Thanks for sucking the holiday money out of me game industry. @RiKuxD- It's Square Enix, don't go holding your breath for it to be out anytime soon.    |

@Tenspot: The remake of Chrono Trigger on DS will be EPIC. I can't wait to get that, though it will be Christmas before I do end up getting it. No job = No Money until Christmas and birthday in January, xD! I love the fact it will have the PS1 animated cutscenes! :D |

the games that I am waiting for that would be released this Dec '08: (though I only want to see... and not really buy.. XD) +SMT: Persona 4 (PS2) +Rock Band 2 (PS2/WII) +Tomb Raider: Underworld (PS2) +Guitar Hero 4 (DS) +Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion (Arcade) this post is only for teh Dec 08 release...
