Just saw episode one, after dLing it when it first came out finally. Man, what a series it's going to be. The ending made it seem like a movie. Some Elfen Lied stuff there in the ending, but wow I love it! Might watch episode 2 now if I have time, cause it is late currently for me. :/ Also, the music rocks! It's going to be a nice soundtrack. And about Natsuki, she's friggin' HOT!! [EDIT] Just saw episode two now, and I guess the storyline kicks in after this episode (as I read above here), cause in this episode, I still have not figured out what the main storyline for this anime is so far. It's a really awesome anime so far though. Intense drama and action scenes that are really fun to watch, though everyone is like, getting killed by this Yomi girl. Kagura has a sweet 455 sword, it's like a trigger type sheathe... thing... :P The use of weapons and different types of guns and whatnot in this anime are pretty awesome. That move that Kagura did against her fight with Yomi was pretty sweet. The anime has a very smooth sequence and balance to it. The animation and artwork are both smooth and colorful, but very clean, I love it. Looking forward for three and four which I'm going to watch now. :D Episode three has this really cute feeling for it. It's a flash back episode, reflecting on Kagura/Yomi's childhood to the day and after the day they met. They're really a cute couple, I fell in love with Kagura during this episode before she "changed". Gotta see episode four left here, but it's pretty darn awesome. Kagura is extremely lovable! =^_________^= Watching episode four now, before I go to bed, starts with an OP theme now, which is from Minorin! =^_________^= The first scene is pretty seductive (if you can call it that), but then it gets really hilarious. You'll laugh. You'll love Pocky more in this case, and speaking of that I need more. I buy that same brand in Philadephia all the time and this weekend I might get some driving down there maybe! :3 It seems this anime will be running through arcs, and this is currently the "Yomi Arc". Since it's her arc, it's still in the "past", a flash back period to say the least. It's still cute, their relationship from back then. I'm anxious to see how things changed, and if some of the people who died so far, return or something (but aren't "zombies", basically). Kagura's father's Ga-Rei is beast! That thing is like SHENRON from Dragonball Z! total pwnage. There's an ED theme now, too, but can't wait 'til episode five. Oh, and Yomi has a fiance (during this period), wtf? Noooo~!! T-T`

Hahahah! I'm watching it too. Things are getting interesting after the first couple of episodes of intense killing. Finally I'm getting more light on what this anime is about. I want more of Yomi & Kagura... *Ponders what really happened to Yomi that made her changed...*  |

Man the more I see the anime, hte more I want to read the manga ahahahah /o/ Seriously, the anime tells what happens some time before the manga. I won't spoil here, but I think Kagura's much more beautiful in the manga. I hope to see the manga series animated, since the anime name is Ga-rei ZERO, I think I can hopefully wait for the Ga-rei main storyline heheh I just would like to see how cosplayers would do Byakuei ahahahahahaha!!! lol

*cough* Okay, so I Couldnt resisted myself and this morning I Decided to watch GRZ cause of this thread (I have to admitted, I have viewed this thread quite a few times now) anyways,, I just watched Episode 2 and 3 (Skipped episode one cause of a corrupted download -.-;;) It's a nice anime,, at first it reminded me of a series where a teacher and a student part ways with the teacher becoming the villain and the student becoming the good one and in the end the student surpassed the teacher.. (I Forgot what series is that, though I have a feeling I Saw this kind of storyline before) I like this scene where Yomi appeared with a phone and calling all of the members at the same time XDD That's sooo darn COOL! the fighting scenes are awesome, it reminded me of that chilly and grim aura of Kara no kyoukai. DL-ing Episode 4 and re dl-ing episode 1 now XDD oh yeah,, bout the manga... at first my reaction was "ZOMG!!! ENMA AI!!" I Reacted that way cause I havent seen the anime yet. rofl  |

for me still the first episode really took me in. I was WOW... but then when I realize that this is the prequel of Ga-rei I'm stop watching it (realize it on second episode near the end) why well because I already read ga-rei manga. and utterly now what will happen in the end and as what renma said. that is the other reason coz I felt that this anime will revolve around that matter of why yomi defect...

I have a feeling that has something to do with that White haired kid,, The Son of that Taoist I Believe (See Episode 3 and you'll notice him) |

I've only watched until episode 2, but I still plan on continuing with the viewing, now that there's a the ever significant entities such as "Imouto" and "Onee-chan" are involved. Ah, yuri. It's better that way. |

Just finished watching Episode 4... XDD POCKY!! MAN I Wanna do that with Yomiii!! rofl, whaddya know.. That old man comes from the "other" World XDD I laughed really hard looking at their Arsenals, seriously XDD Iron? Chainsaw? DRILL!?? wth? Though If I have to choose, I'd choose chainsaw.. naturally.. well, that explains the Hand Drill and the Briefcase then XDD No wonder their weapons are mostly weird... oh btw, DA... It's not Kagura's :D That dude is Yomi's Fiancee |

Episode five is another relaxing episode and yeah I found out my error back when I made that post or so, haha. Moving along, there's a set up during the middle and ending of the episode. I think this childhood arc is going to end soon, maybe? Remember this is all some sort of flashback so it's not what's currently going on right now. I hope the entire series isn't like this. The guys on the cover are what, all dead now? O.o` That confrontation in the office between Yomi and Noriyuki was awesome, haha. Kagura is still as cute as ever. This anime is another very consistent one. Gotta found out how long this is, too, cause I want lots of it.

Nah.. the guys on the cover.. I mean the dude who's using Dual handgun..he should have some important role.. Remember that Yomi is there before her inversion? The one where he's having a flashback before he was killed? But yeah XDD The crews are just there for the cool of it.. Heck, they only lasted for 20 minutes or so rofl episode 5 is hillarious though.. Nori seems to be an equal match in terms of power to Yomi... He's scary.. wait.. both are scary XDD |

Just saw six now, nothing's so different so far in the series. Yomi and Kagura are such a hot-cute, perfect couple in anime man, seriously. Kagura's two friends in the locker at the end of the episode reminded me of... ahem... And too bad for that nurse. Why's it in anime every time a student might like older women, she agrees without hesitation? Haha, maybe there's some h***** in any series like this. XD The series is excellent so far, though I'm going to expect a change within the next few episodes or so. [EDIT] Well, wondering if anyone else is still following it, though it ended so quick! Saw episodes 11 and 12 today, and I'm hoping there's another season since that little kid with the silver~ish hair didn't die. Or, is he supposed to die? I'm not even sure if I can classify him as an "enemy". The ending though, was pretty nice. Two years have passed and people have gone down a path they desire. Some are still exorcists and Kagura looks cute two years older. It's sad seeing Yomi die, since I really liked her but she was still true to herself by controlling the Death Stone to some degree. It seems there could be a new season but some people who nearly faced death might not want to return anymore. But the main enemy was Yomi, unless they hunt down that kid who they don't know of yet. That first team in the first episode really didn't come back, guess it was just a flashback to the past (where Yomi was). There seems to be more characters and content though so I'm not counting out the possibilities of a new season just yet. If there is a new season, I'm wondering what the main storyline would be then.

Well, just finished to watch the series I didn't expect "Ken-chan" to appear in this series, but he was more like a cameo than anything But, omfg those final chapters were really strong, I could feel the pain of the characters, even Mia, the white-haired Isayama girl, by the moment of her death. And Yomi, she was really magnificent! In the end, it was "for Kagura's sake" as everything she the whole series. With that much of the first part of the manga series was explained and really well. I hope that there will be a "Ga-rei" series, since "Ga-rei Zero" was a prequel for the main storyline.

Trying to get this show. I read about it in a magazine of mine.. And all i could think of was "ZOMG, I gotta get this show!!!" oh no..! *computer crashes* noooo....!!!! sobsob I guess I cant then .. T^T   |
