Although it came out years ago, I saw "Saving Private Ryan" in history class about three some weeks ago.
Spider-Man III and Rush Hour III come to mind instantly,
although I haven't seen any movies recently yet. I don't visit the theater like, at all. D:

=D Juno was really good. The screenplay really deserved that Oscar.
Enchanted was cool too.

O.o As for older stuff, I rented Fargo by the Coen brothers a few days ago.
=.='' Gosh, It was really good but so weird. Dark comedy stuff like that makes me feel bad for laughing. -.-;;

If you are interested in other language movies, there is one Japanese movie that I would suggest. Moon Child is the name, pretty dramatic, low budget, and features Gackt, Hyde, and Wong Leehom. Most of the movie is in Japanese and Chinese, but you can find subs for it.

300 is pretty awesome for effects and an interesting history lesson

but yeah, Moon Child. You could also check out Suicide Circle (or Suicide Club) that is VERY interesting. But very gory.

Ha the guys in 300 have too good bodies and muscles (enchanced with computer graphix btw) soo watching it makes me jealous, though it's a nice movie :D I want cgi muscles too!

I like most scifi stuff like original old Star Wars and Fifth Element. They both have cool and well designed spacecraft, costumes etc. and the soundscape is just brilliant and original on all of those!

I only watched 300 to see Gerard Butler kill stuff! ^w^

What I really want to watch now is No Country for Old Men. Didn't get to see it in theatres, but my dad's gonna buy the DVD.

Haha, I've had 300 since it came out on DVD, although I think I f'ed up the ending, lol.
I skipped through it and whatnot, and saw the ending by mistake. D:<

I want to get "I Am Legend" on DVD!
It comes out soon, if not already. :3

My all-time faves are ALIENS, The Rock, Field of Dreams, and Titanic (yes that is true XP).

As for current films, 300 was really good, suprised on how good it was. A very stylish film..although it was a tad controversial for their portrayal of the Persians. If you like kick @$$ stuff than this is perfect.

I am Legend was ok...the best part of the film was Wil Smith & the first hour or so. After that it became a zombie movie...seen it done it. I do wanna see the DVD for the alternate ending, the one they should have used rather than the cheesy cliche ending in the theatres. If you like an atmospheric movie but don't mind the letdown at the end than this is perfect for you.

If you like superhero movies than Batman Begins is THE one to see. The best Batman movie since the first Tim Burton one. Great storyline & a super cast. If you like a smart superhero movie than this is perfect for you....or until the next movie comes out. Heath Ledger is gonna rock as the Joker!!!!! A tradgedy that he's no longer with us...he was a brilliant young actor.

I saw I Am Legend in theaters and it was really good because It's a plot you don't always see. I also thought School of Rock was interesting.

I like the original Disney cartoon movies. Shrek was good, but I want to see Bee Movie so bad O_O
