My ESL teacher asked us a strange question( obviously for me only.) I manage to found out some of it in the internet the rest i was blur... Help out pls if you mind. GENERIC ESSAY 1. What are the features of the generic essay? (i have no idea what tat suppose to mean. Just one this to be sure. It's an essay.) 2. Sketch the layout of the essay on a sheet of paper. ( i find this, which i think is right one, http://www.library.spscc.ctc.edu/WritingLab/samples_and_examples/color_coded_essay.htm 3. Explain the feature of the essay like. i. thesis http://www.sdst.org/shs/library/thesis.html ii. Topic Senteces. http://www.geocities.com/fifth_grade_tpes/longfellow.html iii. Summary. Obviously i can find that in the dictionary myself. 4. What is a paragraph? (Hmm......what is this? i dunno how to explain. 5. Are all the paragraphs the same?(What is this question? Really i mean it! I never think of it.) 6. What are the features of the paragraph? (lll-_- HELP ME!!) hmm so just help me if you know them ok? Pretty pretty please? |
