Re: ar tonelico

The game plays alot like the first 2 Atilier Iris games. But i guess the graphics in the cut scenes are what ur reffering to? Over they're cool and all but the game play is soso in my opinion. |
Re: ar tonelico
|
yeah i just finished of playing the game and i just liked the first ending while the second ending was sorta of crappy.i also have mix feelings about the battles cuz they were too easy for me to beat.the major plus of the whole game was the MUSIC,i think they did a decent job at it,btw my fav song is from misha's world...whats yours? from a scale of 1-10 i give a 7 cuz there wasnt enough anime cuts scene in there as i would have like to ...i hope the next game atelier iris grand phantasm is better |

the game is very good.. The main focus of the game was Music They even made a new language just for the songs for example the OP theme's title had Japanese, English, and Hymnnos Words.. and some having the lyrics half japanese and half hymmnos, Hymn Purger. I love Aurica! Especially in her Don Leon and Bubble Passion! XD The artwork was good.. but do you think it could've been better if the original artist for the atelier series drew the character design? |
Re: ar tonelico

I think the game is not bad, and I loved the songs. The only thing that annoys me is that the loading is very laggy, even during battle. But I really enjoys the 2 character, Misha and Aurica they are too lovely! Especially when diving into their cromosphere. I bet they would look great on animes hehe.... |

they look a bit difffrent in the animation.. because a different artist took over the OVA since the Artist of Ar Tonelico can only do still images..for games heck the manga also received a different manga-ka diving aspect of the game hooked me up fast |

I walk into the game store and see a game on the shelf with the letters NIS on it. I then notice that the game comes with an art book. Not knowing a thing about it, I then promptly purchased the game and took it home to play. As soon as the opening started, I thought, "This looks and sound like Atelier Iris." Then as I'm running around and fighting I think, "This plays like Atelier Iris." Then later on I look at who made the game and have a "duhh" moment. I definitely like the cromospheres. I was running around for hours looking for conversation topics so I could continue diving. |

I had that game pre-ordered at EB. (NIS+ArtbookBonusETC) You know it's going to be pretty decent at the very least. [ =)'s for Aurika, then Sherelia, lastly Misha]. I played it straight for several days untill there was nothing left to do. =/ |

Easy as pie.The Leveling up system is easy and I easily reached lvl 90 in no time. But the Items Grathmelding system is quite hard to find...Still Havent found the strongest weapons for Lyner and the others. And the Dive system is quite facinating and ENTERTAINING...Heheheh |
Re: ar tonelico

The games got some interesting dialog too. Because Misha asking you to dive into her was not suggestive in any way. |

Funbun T-Shirts are bought in Platina only from the funbun seller there. (In the park-like area near the maid girl =) ) (Only at certain times though!) |

A little on the easy side....but it was a good & different experience. *If you have the money....you can purchase those "trading cards" in Firefly Alley....when you use them in the item menu they can sometimes reveal recipe cards. The later series of card A - L offer the more rarer recipes...like Lyner's Ultimate Weapon. Though like i said "If you have the funds"....expensive!!!! The endings for each girl i wish was abit more thought out....they were too short & barely showed anything. I do like the EXTRAs that you uncover when you finish the game....hearing the music from the game was a nice bonus. All the vocal songs were actually quite good....like "Re-nation", "Purger"...to name a few. This may be just me....but i find both Misha's english/japanese voices to be irresistable....main reason i sought her endings 1st. Fave costumes: Misha : China Dress, Sailor Girl, & original (old & young ver.) Aurica: Don Leone (AWESOME!!!), Holy Gaurdian, & Ceremony Shurelia: both original & Linkage....funny & cute when she falls after casting a spell. |

@ Ken No only Normal & Linkage are available in actual gameplay....Linkage is the stronger of the 2 but i like normal cause of her animations. She falls flat on her face when she releases a lvl 4 spell. Most of her other costumes are ONLY viewed in her Cosmophere....she has a cute Maid outfit *DROOOOL*, Yukata, School uniform, school swimsuit *YOWZA*, a wedding dress, white dress, gym uniform, & an Atelier Marie one...forget the name of it. Once you finish the game & gain access to the galleries you can see them there...same goes for the other 2 gals as well. |

I play the Atelier Iris series and I play Ar Tonelico too. I really like this game. But I don't really like the music, I like the game's story, battle system, and diving(I like the costume too, they looked very cute, except for the ecchi one, they look sexy hehehehehe). I think the graphic is good too. |
