Bwahaha, n00b problem!
Link | by S-a-c-h-i-e-l on 2006-09-07 21:20:22
*ahem* Well... Whenever someone embeds a song into a webpage, I can't listen to it and it shows a "Missing plug-in" icon there instead. I click on the broken song icon, and Firefox says it can't find any suitable plug-ins... But it works fine in IE and it plays the song with media player embedded in the page X_X

How might I resolve this issue with Firefox?

Hm... Do you have quicktime installed on your computer?

I'm guessing it does. I had a problem before, which was because i had quicktime. Whenever i clicked download button here, it never let me download it. Instead, it just previewed it. I solved that problem 'cause i removed quicktime.

No.

@Sach- I had that same problem, mostly with video. I eventually got it fixed cause it finally found the missing pulg-in's after I clicked it. Sorry I don't have much advice, I'd just try and click on the missing plug-in icon and hope Firefox can find and install it.
