I want to think it's because there isn't really a secure and stable way to handle web transactions. I say that because it really isn't secure; if you donate to Gendou at any Internet cafe, there's a big chance that someone in the cafe (be it owner or customer) will use your information and steal your money. Even if you have the internet in your home; ISPs can steal your information as well and use your money. With the amount of corruption and scams running around the Philippines it would be hard to establish a safe, secure, and stable way of transferring money through World Wide Web means. But I'm sure you could also pop by a Western Union and send money to Gendou by mail, er, that is, if you can? :p

Maybe paypal thinks about that Philippines is poor, third-world country. I think..... And our currency is Peso, not $'s...!

I feel so guilty for not donating... But I can't! If I do, I'd have to use my parent's credit card, and then they'd ask what Gendou is, and then they'd ground me... Must think of a way to donate! (maybe I should ask my grandma and pay her back?)

I only made 2 donations, then took my account off of PayPal because I had a nice amount of money in there and I didn't feel safe. I'll donate again when I don't have as much money in my account and I feel it's safe.
