Firstly, I am only trying to learn what has really happened. I'm not out to make anyone hate anyone, make people not trust others, or anything at all. I'm only trying to make the truth known; What you do with that knowledge is your responsibility. Second, I don't want all sorts of members making posts like "I don't like that member now!" or "That's a mean thing to do!" I want all posts in here to be directly related to solving this matter. Meaning everyone feels more or less at peace after this is over. Third, I can only say what I've heard; I wasn't there to see or hear many of these events, so if you have more accurate information, please let me know. The hot issue of gendou.com right now.... The events regarding Itachi's zapped signature, the Akatsuki forum, the de-moderation of Michiyo, and all the bannings going on. -= The story =- With Michiyo being a new moderator, she zapped Itachi's signature which was over 100 px. Reich said that she was biased, Shishio said she was abusing her priviliges, and enemies were made. For more detail, check this thread. Since then, I've heard people talking about disliking Michiyo for being a biased moderator (and it looks to me like she is perfectly fine), and thusly Reichstadt was banned. Somehow, the Akatsuki forum was involved in this and ranted/flamed about gendou.com, Gendou himself, and Michiyo. Gendou promptly gendowned this forum, and pretty much controls it now (from what I've heard, correct me if I'm wrong). Throughout all this, some members have been banned (eternal torture, for joining Akatsuki, Shinji, for reasons I don't know of as of yet, Itachi, for reasons I don't know as of yet), and it appears that gendou.com is beginning to receive a hate crowd. -= The members =- Reichstadt was banned for insulting Michiyo and saying she was biased, and (possibly) started this whole issue. ItachiX has told me everything he knows and wishes for this to simply end. It appears he has done little wrong. Shinji has possibly received the worst of this, from losing his yahoo account from gendownage (once again, this is hearsay, correct me if I'm wrong) to getting banned to get getting gendowned at a few forums. Eternal Torture has been banned for joining Akatsuki, one of the core places of gendou.com flaming. Shishio made a few comments that, although were meant to simply make a statement, may have been misread and afterwards used to fan the flame (he appears innocent to me, though, as you can see him trying to get people to calm down later on). S-a-c-h-i-e-l (me, yes this is in third person) tried to get people to shut up and think, though might've said things too harshly and didn't do too much good. Gendou has done some thorough ownage, especially on Shinji; As far as I've seen, Shinji did nothing more than get mad at Michiyo (like I said earlier, I haven't been following him, so don't depend on me to get that right). It also seems to me he tried to "crush the seeds of rebellion" in order to keep his site intact. Michiyo zapped Itachi's signature for being over 100 px, and thus got some people angry. She is no longer a moderator due to having too many enemies. -= Overview =- If Reich never made his view of Michiyo being biased public, much of this would have been avoided. If the members of Akatsuki never flamed gendou.com, much of this would have been avoided. If Gendou didn't do so much gendowning, much of this would have been avoided. If half the population of the earth just sat down and proceeded to shut up and think, much of this would have been avoided. If only, if only, if only. If there was some more kindness on the earth, much of this would have been avoided... Please, would anyone with any helpful information (especially those directly related) post here? I'd like nothing more than to get this issue cleaned up and leave everyone happy; this removal of a signature has gone too far.  |

wow... so much problems due to 1 moderator... you should think hard on who to chose as a moderator... As so to prevent such commotions in the croud as this one... (dam... i was wondering where the main players of gendou went... Some information should be kept inside the Gendou people, but this one perhaps should be told to the public)

Sorry, I forgot that H was banned. I dunno how he's involved or why he was banned, but add him into the list up there. And Michiyo did nothing wrong. She zapped a user's signature which was breaking the rules; something that any moderator would have done, if they but understood the rules completely (After I Gendou said that 100 px meant images AND text, I was about to go on a zapping frenzy :P). Sometimes you need young eyes to teach the blind... |

@Ayu- Couldn't agree with you more. It's amazing to think all of this stuff happened just because of a single sig. Man have I lost respect for some people here. Really though, I don't see how a little thing like that[which could have easily been solved by talking to both people calmly] could turn into such a big deal. Discussions and things like this shouldn't be needed. With all these people being banned and the talk about flaming Gendou.com, I'm starting to get the feeling like I've slipped into a kindergarden class where-as Gendou is the stressed out teacher ready to snap.    |

Sachiel, do you really think disscussing this or even mentioning it is important? Perhaps we should talk about the future of this forum. I am most dissapointed with the way things were handled especially because I knew and liked one the implied members, but I am also dissapointed at what this forum has turned into. Everywhere I see pointless and annoying threads. It's true that I tried to join them but it bored me. What happened to the good disscussions? What happened to the good role-play threads? What the heck happened to us the members? When did this unique forum turn into something meaningless? Let's discuss this instead of the banning or loss of memebers who probably felt the same way I do.     |

@SkyAlchemist- I agree with you. Remember when there were only 4 or 5 RP's around? Now there are what, 90, and at least 80 of them are dead. |

I see that all of Critics efforts were in vain. What makes me mad is that the few active RP are just dull. If this keeps going on, I highly doubt any new members are going to join the forums. |

@Xistove- Gendou City is where all the RP's are too. @SkyAlchemist- Maybe we should try Critic's metheod again. I'd love for things to go back to normal. At least in RP's around here. There's just no need to have 90 RP's when only 10 or so of them are actually active. If anyone is willing to join me I'd like to try what Critic attempted to do. |

@ ALL OF YOU HERE: Hmmmm, I'm trying hard to welcome Gendou members to the forum through a welcoming commitee that would introduce them to the best aspcts of the forum. The ulitmate goal is to give people a good time, which does exist here, and ultimatley bring DONORS! But does anyone else seem to care but those involved, no, and you all can bring something special to the table, this is a community where everyone matters, from Johnathan the Debate/RP master to Feo Muchacho the XBox Amigo! TO ALL NON-DONORS/OR NON-CONTRIBUTORS: Also remember, Gendou pays for every RP, every IM game, and every song you hear here, so help out and donate! I've also tried hard to make threads that help you easily donate no matter if you don't have a checking account, but they are ignored and rarely posted too! They don't even have a sticky! Donations are the lifeblood of this site, and it seems no one but Gendou, me, Satch, and Izumo seem to give a damn! It is the most important thing here though, IMO! But if you can't onate, make this a fun place, welcome, upload, or at least kill your old bandwith! IMPORTANT @ GENDOU AND ALL MODS: Also my thread calling for the reduction of your bandwith through killing dead threads is ignored! Maybe, someone should be given the ability to just zap all the dead threads that aren't funny or constructive, I'd be more than happy to do this, since it would save bandwith. Maybe we should first make a list of all threads worth keeping and delete the rest at our CAREFUL discretion! In fact, if no one responds to this, I'll mkae a thread for this sole petetion, I'm sick of seeing dead threads consume bandwith. Are you all with me? To all: I'm trying hard to make creative threads where everyone can participate, but it seems people prefer the spammy IM threads and games, which are SO boring! That tells me its the people who have lost creativie thinking, not the foums; we should also just try to be more creative and open minded, ne? BTW: Michiyo should NOT have lost her Mod-ship over the right thing. Even thouhg many hate her, she was a good Mod! And I hope that the bans are up soon so that we can forget all this. The root of the problem was Itachi's sig not being removed for several months that it was up and in violation, I can understand his anger. In a way, we are all at fault. If they came back and stopped the flaming, I could look at them as if nothing happened and move on, there would not even be a need for an apology. It's time to move on! There was no need for a "GENDOU TEA PARTY", but I do understand Gendou's response to crush his opposers, anyone would have to do the same, he is not a fault; and the rage of the Atasuki is also understandable, people are only human! But the time has come to put this behind us, and for all of us ot move on for the future of the best site out there. I truly believe Gendou.com is the future of anime interaction on the internet, at least for the music aspect! BTW: Satch I said some hurtful things about Michiyo too, mostly that she did burn people but I apologized in the "Felt lie an idiot" thread. She never accepted though..(?) What did Crtic do exactly? |

That's good. Hopefully critic will want to give it another shot as well[If he's still here, I'm not sure.]. @Shishio- Critic started this thing a while back that was trying to get rid of dead RP's, but it started going downhill and he just gave up at it. |

He started a commitee with the purpose of eliminating old threads in Gendou City. At first it worked but then, some people started to create more threads. In the end he gave up. BTW, I think he won't be doing this again. |

@Shishio-Also I agree with everything you said. I'm going to start making donations, but I'm having problems getting my paypal set up. Hopefully it'll be up next week so I can start donating. I think your right. I mean will topics on page 35 of the Anime section ever see the light of day again? I don't think so. Somebody/group[whatever works better] needs the power to zap dead threads, there isn't any other way to get rid of them. Gendou has better things to do than that and there's no way we get in contact with the makers of the thread. That would take too long. |

Shishio and Johnathan agree! Then it must be true! Agreed, let's petetion it now! Someone needs the power to cleam up the dead threads, someone with discretion who is on this thread a lot, but first, I want to make a thread specifically for this, more so to save the threads that we want to keep above all! I have dead threads I like to look over! |
