I asked some of you to join a welcoming commitee, and thankfully most of you joined! So here is how we can do this! If you still want to join us, post here or follow these easy directions! The welcoming commitee welcomes new members at the "introduce yourself forum" and offers help, gives them new pics, and links them to our best threads! It's very easy and will hopefully improve the sites membership, psoting, and donations. Allright, first, we must prioritize how to welcome people: 1. WELCOME ALL NEWCOMERS! This is our intro, and is extremely important. 2. ANIME PICS! This welcomes noobs and is a tradition, so let's keep it for now. I suggest you post some pics you like here or in a relevant anime pic contest so that you can "grab" them easily when someone new comes up. 3. FUN LINKS! THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT NEW TOOL. I believe this is the best new to get people who are for a new site interested in ours, and therefore bring new freinds, RPers, and most importantly new donors. 4.ORIGINAL ART: Hisoka is problaby the most talented artist here and is offering original art to new people, it's a great idea and will get other anime artists and people who like it interested. 5. YOUR IDEAS! PLEASE PUT ANY SMALL IDEA HERE! IT'S EASY FOR US! Welcoming people may tak a lot of time, so it's most important to make it easy as possible so that we can have fun with it to, if it becomes "work" we'll lose focus and I don't want any of you not having fun doing this! Here are several ways to do this: 1. Post any or all of your pics here or in APC so that you can "grab" them easily. 2. Post any link to a thread you like here, even ones already posted, so that you can "grab" the HTML easily from modifying your post. 3 NEW IDEAS FROM YOU! Suggest and I'll put them here. Let's make this important job as easy and fun as possible. |

w00t~! ^^ good idea! i'm in! i'll especially welcome them with my frypans! hehe i can definately take lots of time to do this this month....but i might not have a lot of time starting in sept...cuz university is starting and it's gonna kill *sigh* but i hope i can still join! ^__^

I don't post too often, but I'll be willing to help out to. Gendou doesn't seem as lively as it did just a month ago. It's sad... Why is everyone leaving anyway? Is it because summer's ending? Well, I'm going to have a pretty easy school schedule the first semester, so I'll try to help bring the forums back to it's lively self. ^_^ |

alright, i'm willing to help out! i think it's a good idea. uhm, fallenangel69, can we, uh, not bang them with frying pans yet? just spatulas... ^_^ heehee! just kidding! >_< looks like we're starting school at the same time. haha! i'll be coming here less often come september, probably once a day only, so i'm gonna make the most out of it! we should remind those noobies to read EVERYTHING VERBATIMLY before they actually post. keep in mind that there might as well be 13-year olds coming in. *ahck... some of them might be 12 as well... who knows?* good luck you guys! i'll just help you out! -michiyo-

aww... they are HAPPY~ now that MAYBE I'm going to leave soon! don't worry! I'll make your wishes come true! ^^ ... even if my access to the internet will NOT be cut off ^^ ................ hahaha joke joke ^^ ... ... Ok, I've updated things. I'll put our ideas in the first post. From now on, use this thread to: 1.Suggest new ideas. 2.Introduce yourself as a welcomer! 3.Put the HTML to your fave links in the thread so that you, we, or anyone can copy the link easily and provide it for noobs. Remember to put up links that new members wold really like! Take the time to gauge their interests and find threads they'll like. 4.Put up pics to welcome people with here or in the anime pic contest so you can grab them easily. I'll work on links and welcoming later, but until then think of new ideas and start welcoming! Have fun! |

First suggestion I think noobs is a harsh term. And being a noob I can vouche for this. I would love to be a part of it if youll let me although Im not so good and using html images.  Japanese girls love Darth Vader...... |

@suzaku thanks, i made it in flash the usual process of making animated images, i guess you know, frame by frame animation in each layer then combine those layers and then your done ^_^" |

YAY! Sig's are up! I'd like to join the committe too! My exmas are comin up, but I'd like to help out whenever I can! As for suggestions I can't think of any at the moment. If I have any or any questions I'll you know. By the way Hisoka nice pic! ;>  |
