I got a question about CD Burning...

Is it illegal to burn the songs onto a CD within the 24 hours that you downloaded the songs? I didn't really understand the terms of use. Sorry if this question has been asked alot but i just browsed through like 6 pages to see if this question has been answered before. I also used the search thing but i couldn't find anything there either. Help would be appreciated, so thanks.

Owning a song without paying for it/downloading it legally that is not a fan's remix of a song for more than 24 hours is illegal, no matter where you put. So yes, burning it to a CD would be illegal.  |

but really... even if it's illegal, you'd probably do it, right? here's the thing: just as i've said before, with great power comes great responsibility. --- i think that came from spideyman. =D you can basically do whatever you want with the songs you download from gendou, but we do not (recommend selling them or burning them or whatsoever to) promote piracy, that's why we have the 24-hour rule. -michiyo-
