Anime ever got you into trouble?

Apparently, my loud music has been bothering the neighbors and others in my everyday life! These "loud" songs include: God Knows (is it still #1 here?), La Soldier (Sailor Moon), and San Francisco (Samurai Champloo), and Circuit Breaker (Venus Wars) which I play on a fairly frequent basis among other songs from Gendou, Galbadia, and Blue Laguna! Of course, nothing is said to the excessivly loud, vulgar, and bass ridden Rap music played by my other neighbors! If I get evicted for loud Anime Music, I will SOOO bring it to Judge Judy! Right now, I'm playing Circuit Breaker so loud and with the window open I can hear when I take out the trash to the dumpster about half a block away (I use that one so I can see how loud it is, hee hee)! |

Not yet for me. I'm careful about watching anime making sure it doesn't stick out. Headphones and quiet areas are ideal to me. I agree about the Judge Judy and rap part ahhahaha. |

ummm...I don't think so. Except whenever I get a bad grade on a test, my parents think it's because I spend too much time on reading manga, but it's actually because the teacher was too confusing to understand. T_T |

same here! i almost got in trouble cuz i was watchin FLCL and that show is like has a lot of weird stuff and my mom was watching with me..and she almost grounded me from the tv.... |

my loud anime music doesn't bother my family nor my neighbors. but the fact that i don't understand what i'm singing bothers me a lot. hahaha... and, i don't even try to search for their english translations. and i had a feeling it's affecting my mental state because i always dream of being an anime character who's totally invincible. nyahaha... kidding!  |

| Nope, I never got in trouble for watching anime. They don't even care if I watch it and they don't even know what anime is. My parents think they are just some cartoon. -_- But buying anime are a little bit expenive. LOL. |

My parents tell me to go to sleep since Anime is on late. Good thing the real Anime on Adult Swim is on Saturday's, but I'll be able to dL Anime online later on...

| I don't really get into trouble...except for those times when my parents tell me to study instead of watching anime (I'm from an asian background if anyone gets my drift...hehehe)...but other than that...they don't mind...even my mum watches it with me...she not really into anime...but when there is an interesting one...and she sees what I'm watching...she'll sit down and start watching with me and asking questions into what is happening...of course...I sometimes get annoyed because I'm being interrupted from watching anime...but as long as I give her a brief outline...she won't interrupt as much... |

| Yup! I got into trouble when I am hearing to anime music. My family keep on asking me to turn the music off cause they don't understand the Japanese... |

Cant say that anime has ever gotten me in trouble except i was in japan sorta... this guy handed me a card with a cute anime girl on it and words i didnt understand yet (mind you, i was a sophmore in highschool at the time i was nieve and my japanese wanst really up to par) i thought he was manga artist or something. all he could say in english was that ,e and my friends were cute and please come with my friends or something like that. But LUCKLY, my our sensei called us over and we showed him the card and his eyes bugged out it was kinda funny. Later we found out it was for call girl/porn movies or something. ick!! But in America cant say anime gotten me into any issues |

yeahh. got screamed and yelled at by my parents and ermm, nearly grounded me from the tv. cause.. was watching shaman king on the tv, turned the volume up bit high, and my family started complaining..lyk "what's the point of turning up the volume when you cant even understand japanense, just read the subtitles only what". GAHH. bloody hell. they dun lyk anime and dun understand what's so wonderful bout it. cept for my big brother [he's away studying], and maybe my eldest sister but she just watches because of the nice graphics, animation and not really the storyline.

eh, I mostly get into trouble because of me watching hentai movies all the time ^^; (I alwats get caught, dammit!) I can't help it, anime girls are just too hot O_O  |

My grades are going low as I watch ANIMAX all day and don't study!muahaha!They grounded me from ANIMAX for nearly one week(soooo cruel) and they also get irritated cause I play japanese songs practically the whole day and they don't understand a word.Also they are scared that I will spoil my mind if I see bad scenes(you know what!hehehe!!!)although I am a female!!

(@neelam poor you i always watch anime alone and the music too hehe^^) there aer more problem i got T-T my ipod has been taken by the school ARGH! how can i listen to anime musics, they won't return it till the 1st semester end T-T

No actually they never see with me!What Actually Happened was that I was watching the last episode of Lunar Legend and my mom had to choose that very moment to come and sit beside me!!!My bad luck!!You should have watched the last ep. it was disgusting!!!

you mean tsukihime? the last ep or the ed? haha^^, if your mom caught you with that one, good luck then, well look at the bright side your mom doesn't catch you playing the game version hehe^^. coz it would be far worse^^

And the most worst part was that when that episode was being shown and my mom had come to sit beside me I tried to switch off the television but at that very moment my remote wouldn't work!!And till that moment my mom had thought that I didn't even know the meaning of kiss!!So much for my image!!
