awesome tree Danchou~! sorry i wasn't able to help, my image manipulation skills are ~zilch~ really. this thread.. like just really came alive over the past week. Don't remember ever having to read 2 pages of posts over 2 days @_@ But it's all goood.. Also, can't help but notice we are somewhat attracting more members from affliated clubs/threads (maybe, partially, due to teh ebil one? XD) Keep spreading the /heart people~! *goes off to celebrate*

lol, I wouldn't say something like that just yet. It's only been three new members since Mizu joined in. After that, it was later ICH, and I'm not sure if he's a part of the Mizu club yet, then later JC. We're getting a lot of views though, as a thread, so that's good news for our statistics. D:) But yeah, like I said way before, and Sai said before again in this thread, once the new season comes around, get ready for a roller coaster! It's gonna get packed like those trains in Japan! About that, I had another attempt to try to get Season one on DVD again. Bad news: NO box set (of course) and no volume 4 or so. I don't think there's a box set available yet since you get more in each volume (which is a pretty big box). Included are Character CDs, other neat materials, I think a shirt (doubt it), etc. And then I think volume two had just the dvds. Man, imagine watching Haruhi on your TV with perfect picture quality! Actually, yesterday (Christmas Eve) was a bad day for me an anime. Luckily, I was there to mostly get other movies: Spider Man III, Super Bad, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, and I just bought FFVII: AC just cause I always wanted it on TV. The only anime I got was Chobits complete season (box set). I didn't have enough money to get anything else like Spiral, which I wanted to try to check out, and plus there were no other anime in stock! Burst Angel or whatever, had six volumes but I wasn't sure of the episodes. That's why box sets pwn individual dvds, and plus, one dvd of the six there was "used!" LAME. D: And more bad news, the last second before I paid for my own stuff and left, I saw transformers on the shelf! No money left, and I didn't want to ask my dad for money since it was his birthday so whatever, I'll get it some there time... unfortunately. So yeah, back on topic now, season 2 is really getting hyped up here on my side of the world. What about yours?

You sure say that about your country a lot, lol. How popular is the series/character overall in your country? I don't wanna say something direct like "anime is completely isolated in Singapore", no no no. And my side of the world = my mind! XD But I'm not sure how America feels about the new season... I should've gotten this month's NEWTYPE to see if anything Haruhi related was in there. >.<`

Way to go Danchou!! I love the tree -^^- its really nice and simple!! woot~~ woot~~ So yeah, back on topic now, season 2 is really getting hyped up here on my side of the world. What about yours? not that much but somehow they are starting to post some pics of Haruhi Again XD *--Im in Japan now!!--* they are just giving hints but not actually the episodes.. some pics..well I doubt if thats related with the 2nd season though..well anyways..lately they manage to release another Haruhi Collectibles..but what the heck..check the price!! its worth 9890 Yen..O_O but since Haruhi is the model why not!! *--Well for the meantime..im going to make some money for it XD--* And lately Aya is becoming more popular here because of SHnY.. well thats all here for now ^^ im going to report again if another big news here appeared ^^ *--Ill try to make some shots for you guys ^^--* just hope that no one will notice me XD later guys ^^

@DA, well reason why I said that is because I've yet to meet someone who's in to Haruhiism. Most of those whom I met either have no idea what Haruhiism is or are not interested at all in the series cause it's "too complicated to understand" (and most of them like Fate/Stay Night O_o) or not wanting to watch the series since a local anime company called Odex ripped out SHnY subs from A.F.K and claims it's their own work, when AFK released the series first... |

Merry Christmas, all! ^^ Really awesome tree, Danchou! Hmm...among those I interact with (friends, classmates, family, hospital co-workers) I have also yet to meet someone into Haruhiism. Most don't even know SHnY the anime/novel/etc (movie? w00t! is there? forgive my ignorance). Everyone's "Bleach" or "Naruto". Rather few Fate/Stay as well (though surprisingly many Voltes V, Daimos and "Pulis Pangkalawakan" aka Shaider) over here. Anyways, I'm trying to introduce the anime to them, and we'll see what happens. Haha. Cheers! I'm off to party a bit. Go SHnY! ^^ |

@Danchou FFVII:AC totally rocks~! Although, the parts of the story confuses the hell out of me.. maa.. I'd recommend it for the animation alone. top notch~! and there's nothing like seeing yuffie being animated.. wish she had more screen time though :3 @Kay I heard about the Odex thingy with the subs, that was pretty lame. *tries to hide in a corner and keeps quiet about liking F/S N... then remembers about avvie and siggy >_<*

Didn't the dancing prisoners in the Philippines do the Hare Hare Yukai? I'd say that shows some measure of popularity there XD (or am I completely and utterly confused/mistaken about that particular prison being in the Philipphines? :3)

yes that was in the philippines...i think in cebu even...i was still living there until 06 so i dont know if haruhi clicked or not...but the prisoners were shown in the news dancing thriller not hare hare yukai...it even surprised me ^^ maybe the warden's a haruhi fan too ^^V |

There's no need to worry about contributing anything or not, so don't worry about it. [@ICH} Aya is just goddess popular now! And yeah, partially for that reason is being the anime series. She can rule the world or something now. D:) [@Kay] lol, wow, well that is a good series. unflawless is from Singapore and she's partially into Haruhiism? I know this one girl who knows who she is and whatnot, but I don't think she's really into it either, so yeah, the hunt continues... [@Bkno] It's not really that complicated. I'm not even that familiar with FF, but I got it as it went a long. I have it on DVD, so I can re-watch it again anytime I want to. And yeah, Yuffie is cool. I like her. =>.<= [@JC] Yeah, that one, lol. Code Geass is sure popular, ain't it? I forget her name, but she looks uber cute there. ♥♥♥ So I guess all they talked about were chibi figurines or something, eh?
