Okay, I see that most fruitz here are really into this fruit bunches thing. But hold on. I don't think allowing the prez or even the prez assistants to vote who's in the respective groups won't make things easy and helpful towards the fruitz~ let the fruitz themselves form their own group--- we sure know some members have made friends in this club, therefore it's way beneficial for certain members to form into groups desired (no random members, just known members). If follow the random member grouping... it's risky. I still want this fruit bunch to be optional for this club! Kudos hikky! |

@ Darky: Thank you! ^o^/ I think the fruit bunches idea is pretty cool =D How would we be deciding the leaders and groups? With voting or like drawing from a hat? =3 And I've passed my first hurdle of exams...! (but I most likely failed...) So activity is back again~ ...for the next week or so 'cause the SATs are approaching now ~_~;; *dead* |

so when will we start to have bunches and how can we divide the members?? uhm its a good idea to have bunches. all the members must be aware of this, specially the busy members that are not logging in ahm i have suggestion, ahm PM all the members so that they will know about this specially the people who are busy and don't have time to visit our club. ahm that is just my idea. i hope it will help.^_^ |

well here's an ordered version of what I've so far.. [Fruit Bunches] Trial Run "Fruit Bunches" is generally a group within fruits club. A Bunch would have 5 members (leader included). Each bunch can have it's own activities, and bunch leader are to report member's participation, and activity suggestions for the club. There will be competitions that instead of individual members to compete will be a competition of the bunches. ---------- My comments on this: This can be a real effective system if it stays as it is.. 5 people are enough.. 10 would not suffice the current number of members who are active.. This will improve the efficiency of the (awol) Merits system, as leader would monitor their members This will also give new possibilities with activities and other stuff..

Okay Magic, you make me feel bad. First of all, don't just straight off by saying 'It's my fault' when the idea is at the starting process. Maybe the rest of the members will like the idea of creating their own fruit clans, bunches, whatever subgroup titles. I won't like it, but if this fruit bunches thing is treated as a choice, I'll be happy. |

| That's my fault... anyways that thought to have Subgroups(or clans as I call it) was a thought I had since a particular conversation I had with Apple a few months ago. She asked if I wanted to join the Fruits Club when she returned, and I was reluctant the first time she asked, but on the second time(was there even a second time?) I said that I might even though I might be busy. Anyways Woots if you don't like the idea I'm the one to blame because I brought it up. |

Apple-sama is back! oh wow.. err... Apple I'm glad that's all finished.. now the rightful owner can now manage the group I'm swamped with stuff with fruits club.. and I would pm you with compiled stuff of what happened and stuff.. I'm really bad managing this club and left many other feaures to rot (like the merits.. and even not updating the list of members) I was planning a do over.. just to filter inactive members.. I'll pm you as soon as I have compiled my garbage ^^: Fruit bunches.. well let's try it out.. @klevy: you can join of course.. but the fruit you chose is already chosen(either mango or mangosteen).. please chose another fruit.. -------- Well I am off for a week due to many complications I don't want to talk about anymore.. the past is past they say.. well I'm glad Apple is back ^^

Hmm, very good question. I will take this into consideration and do this as a trial run. I believe that you are right about the rate of members during the summer, so I will test this out. Smaller Bunches would be much more convenient for the trial run, so instead, I'll make the Bunches be as large as five people, including the leader. Any more questions? (The reason I keep putting this at the end is so that you all can get an understanding of this test.)  |

| So is this just a trial run or something or you going straight for it? I think it would be a great idea to try it as trial first before kicking it into high gear. I think that things should be fully executed around mid to late June because it's close to the summer holidays and once summer starts attendance will spike up by lots. So pretty much if things go into effect with the majority of the club not here they will become confused to as of what's going on. Now my final point: a trial process will be for smaller number of people showing up as they will evaluate and decide if it should be an effective system. Now I guess that's about it, and on that note take care. |

The reason I am making members into Bunches is because it was brought to my attention that it's actually kind of hard to choose a fruit to be. So, instead, we will have Bunches and Bunch Leaders. I will still be the President of this club, but the Bunch Leaders will be responsible to report the Bunch's activity, participation, and activity suggestions. I will also have each of the Bunches do competitions against each other to make it more fun. Any more questions? |
