Cohort Commander: keep going! Spearman: *blocks a spear thrust* Need help ere'!! Spearman 2: *stabs an enemy in the chest* Soldier: my god! It's the commanding general of the attackers!! *points to a unit of cavalry chargeing at them* Spearman: Hold the line! ((Hope you don't mind, but I wanted to make this dramatic so I added a couple of pictures to get the gest of it. ^^)) {Outskirts of enemy camp, near the storm} *Dark and Yukimura, after a day's run and a night, reach the battered enemies camp* Dark: I shall go ahead and count the heads...you stay hidden...I shall not take long. *30 minutes turns an hour with no sign of Dark* Yukimura: I hope he has not been captured... *Dark appears next to him calmly* Dark: There is roughly 37 of them... Yukimura: Dark...set fire to the camp and I shall meet you in the middle... *Yukimura readies his spear and Dark readies his Katana. Dark heads back down and within moments the camp is in flames with the enemy soldiers shouting to put out the fire. Some of the soldiers come into a building that stored all the water, but something was waiting for them there* Oda Solider1: HURRY!! GET THE WATER!! Wait..who's there?  *In another few seconds, Dark is upon then slaying one after another in the frenzied confusion. His sword slicing through skin like a hot knife to butter. His eyes were glowing red from the flaming lights reflecting off of them*  *as Dark continued his massacre, Yukimura jumps into the battle with minor calvery and thrashes the remaining forces.* *off in the distance during the hectic battle, Dark spots Nobunaga himself amidst the flames...  Dark: YUKIMURA!! THE VILE DEMON LORD IS HERE!! Yukimura: I see him..I shall slay him in the names of the Sanada and the Takeda!!! *Yukimura charges at Nobunaga with some of the calvery making it look as if Yukimura was coming from the flames of hell*  *Yukimura continues his rampage towards Nobunaga, but is delayed too long for Nobunaga disappears from view ater Yukimura kills off the group that stood in his path* Yukimura:~DAMN...~ *The fighting too less than 10 minutes and there were no casualties for the victors. They all gathered in the middle of the carnage* Dark: Seems like the Demon Lord escaped... Yukimura: Forgive me, Dark...there were too many delays and I could not-- Dark: Don't be such a disappointed person, Yukimura...we did our job...let the Demon Lord go one day...capture him another... Yukimura: Indeed...let us report back to our Lord... *They start to head off after ransacking the dead camp*  |

??????: There are small villages far to the south of here. I've have been getting a few reports of my men comming under attack, I'd like you to check and see what this is about. I havn't heard of any clans attacking in small numbers so I'm assuming it's the villagers hiring ronin, but nonetheless I'd like to make certain before I move further south. ~Village~ Kenji: *entering the house quickly. covers the girls mouth before she can scream aloud* Please be quiet, ok? Girl: *nods* Kenji: *takes his hand off her mouth* Where is everyone? Girl: *quietly and half sobbing* Their, their dead. Some got away but...but.. Kenji: Ok, just follow me for now. |

~in Kyoyto's economic district~ Spearman: Go move! Dont lose the ground!! Spearman 2: Ta! *knocks over a man with his sheild* Enemy: oh god no!!- *dies instantly as the spearman stabs him into the ground* Enemy Spearman: they're too many! Run for your lives!! *men start retreating* *a enemy soldier runs to his general* Page: my lord! The men are losing heart and retreating! Enemy General: Rally the men! Page: aye! *blows on a blowhorn* Enemy General: COME BACK YOU COWARDS!!! *the enemy soldiers regain their spirit ans attack again* Enemy: Mi' lord! The commander of Kyoto has appeared woth his samurai! Enemy General: then let him come! He will lay along with the rest of his southern brethrin! Hakugane: *mounted on a horse* *thrusts his blade forward in the air* Forward! *a cohort of samurai support their spearmen* Samurai: for the emporor!! *lunges his sword into a enemy spearman* Enemy General: damn them! Cavaly!!! *a small unit of armored samurai line up to batter the kyoto garrison soldiers* Hakugane: *sees the general* Cavalry!! *both cavalry units face each other* Hakugane: CHARGE!!! *his cavalry air their spears forward and charge towards the enemy cavalry* Enemy General: Move!! *his cavalry charge at Hakugane and his horsemen* |

Captain Tetsuya: Good lively as always heh...alright our mission is simple eliminate all bandit invadingthe village...i need 10 men any volunteers? ten men volunteered including kotaro... Testsuya: ok then move out! at the village...(sagara location) tetsuya: serch the perimeter! samurai 1: sir the badits theyre all dead! tetsuya: what the? samurai2: sir the village elder hass somthing to say.. the elder told tetsuya everything and how a ronin defeated the bandits kotaro: a ronin? |

Kazuya: *spots Captain Tetsuya and apprcaches him* Greetings..Iam the ronin that slayed the bandits. They were easy to kill, only their leader proved to be a decent challenge. Iam looking for another ronin called Kenji, have you seen him..?

{on the trail back towards the Takeda encampment} Dark: Yukimura...why do you think Nobunaga was at that site? It does not make sense to me since He was not with the ambush party, no? Yukimura: I felt his presence when we were ambushed, but I did not see him...It might be my imagination, but could Lord Oda have found a way to make himself visible in multiple places? Dark: That would be impossible...his armor is one of a kind and along with his sword, it makes him quite distinguishable... Yukimura: Yes...but our scouts told us that he was in the upper North...farther away from Kyoto... Dark: This makes no sense...how is that Demon Lord doing this? Soldier 1: I believe, my Lords, that he might ahve found a duplicate of himself, and left him back in The northern territory and made haste towards Kyoto... Dark: That is a possibility, but how can the scouts misinterpret his appearance? Soldier 1: It is possible that his armor was also duplicated...and another possiblity that he did not ahve his sword with him... Dark: This is too infuriating to speak about any longer...let us make haste and report back to Lord Takeda... Yukimura: indeed...this news troubles my very soul... *They start to run the last few miles back to the camp* |

Kenji: *heading outside* Girl: *following* *an arrow flies by and hits the barrel next to them* Kenji: Back in the house! *pushes her back in and up against a wall* *arrows start hitting the wall. fire starts to catch on the wood and spreads* Kenji: *kicks a part of the wall out* Crawl out through here. Girl: *crawls out and waits for Kenji* Kenji: *crawls out and takes the girls hand. leads her towards the forest. thinking* [There's more of them, in a destroyed town? Why would they keep more than a few gaurds in a destroyed town?] |

I feel so sorry for them! *whispers a quiet prayer for them and walks around the village* Wait! I see some figures moving around in the distance. One of them looks very familiar. *thinks* Oh yeah, I remember now. He was the guy that bought some items from me. I wonder why they're hiding. I think they're in trouble. *starts walking toward them* Wait...I shouldn't get in the way or they might get caught. *walks back and hides behind a tree* I better wait until it's not so dangerous around here. |

Kenji: *falling down near a small shrine* Girl: *kneeling down* Are you okay? *looks over him to see an cut on his leg* Wait here, I'll go find somebody. *runs off to look for help* Kenji: Damn it. I must have gotten hit by an arrow while we were running. *hears a rustle in the bushes* Soldier[On horseback]: *comes out of the bushes and spots Kenji, charges towards him with his spear pointed* Kenji: *moves out of the way and draws his sword cutting off the soldiers leg* Soldier: ahhh! *falls off the horse and to the ground* Kenji: *moves as quickly as he can over to the soldier and drives his sword into the soldier, killing him* Soldier 2[On horseback]: *hidden in the trees a little, drawing an arrow and taking aim* |
