Well, in Photoshop it's an effect you can add. Here's an example I made quick:   Now this can be different if you have a different background.

Hmmm.... I don't use Photoshop though. Gimp probably has it too, but I'll have to try that on my next siggy because I already exported this current one, so I can't change it. ^^; Thanks again. :D |

GIMP and Photoshop are similar, so I guess you can do it. Hmm, you can't save files so you can edit them later? (O.o) That would seem hard because even on my signature and avatar, I ended up making changes.

Oh, you ALWAYS should save it as a file where you can just go back and edit. You can be 100% sure of saving it as a .jpeg, but you're never 100% too sure if you'll ever end up using this image again. That's what I believe... anyways. :D

If you can't do it then send it to someone who can. Every editing program usually has some kind of shadow tool though. @GC= Pretty good. The Mr.Clean one I think is the best. Also, does anyone know where I can get background patterns? Like just the patterns with no people or things in it. I need something to use for my wallpapers to go on.    |

I can't find any good anime-ish backgrounds on Google. And there aren't a whole lot of patterns on PaintShop. |

DA: =) Thanks.These came during boring days of catholic school..once I burst out laughing at the thought of making these,and the teacher looked at me odd. I think that's why people think I'm a freak XD I'm usually so serious,but at unexpected times can be funny. Jon: Thank you! I'm not sure if I'm much help. I never used the program and I hope you can save the file for like, later editing and stuff. That would be the best. If you can make a plain background, why not use some of your creativity? Paintshop Pro does have layers where you can edit the photo, right? If so, you can use different brushes or something to make different patterns. Again, without knowing anything of the program, I can't really help as much, sorry.

Ahh! I love this kind of stuff ^___^ Too bad I don't have my photoshop anymore :S I loved to make stuff with it! I could use hours. I have made some signatures and avatars :3 Maybe I'll post some here later. If I start getting more social and less deprsedde at some point!   |

I'll try a random pattern for now, use some GSD pics and a logo. I'll make that into a wallie for the moment. Might have it done by tomorrow. @Nekomimi- Nice to see you back. |
