o_o All I know is that Ich's new CG WIP is full of win. xD At first I only saw her face, so I was like...that looks a lot like Haruhi. Then I saw her uniform. And I went...it IS Haruhi!! Lol, her expression got me. I swear I've never seen her like that before. xD It's beautiful Ich! <3 Can't wait for the finished product. :) @ Darky: ._. I have no idea who that is. xD |

Sugoi! So much good artwork! @Darky: Kawaii! Sorry, I have no idea, either. I drew this picture of Inuyasha at Halloween, but I didn't get around to scanning it until recently. Inuyasha by ~Rin8 on deviantART I drew Sasori for a friend's birthday in January, Since she likes Sasori, but never got around to posting it until now. Sasori by ~Rin8 on deviantART This one I drew this morning. It's Kyo from Dir en Grey. I didn't spend very much time on it, and some places aren't dark enough. The actual drawing looks a lot better. @Suzaku lol xP since I have my own tablet, it only takes me: 2 days to OUTLINE [Depends on the details of the PIC] 3-4 days to COLOR [Depends if im the one who will lay the color] im just used now with coloring so I can color it fast xP wow!! nice!! I dont color my stuff especially if manually =,= coz Im not good at it >,<

Been awhile since i set foot here in this thread....WOW!!! i see some stupendous work from the usual company. Ich-san, Suzaku-san, Darky-san, Red-san as well as the others. I promise i will go over each & every one of the drawing that was done after my last post so be ready for it, it'll be a long one for sure :P Until than keep all the drawings coming, i may speak for everyone that we love to see them! As for me i been working on a PLETHORA (is that how you spell that word...i just know it sounds impressive XD) of stuff whenever i have the time away from work. Some are just sketches, dribbles, and some will actually be seriously worked on. I may post everything that i've done over this time so again that may also be long. Some ideas that i've been playing around with is - Lacus (still a WIP < --- Ich-san's fave word) - CLANNAD (some more ideas i have, this time i did use reference pics...the last one was off the top of my head, hence the poor Nagisa attempt) - Rosario + Vampire (more of my girl Kurumu-chan!!) - miscellaneous stuff just for the fun of it.....will be a suprise if i do decide to post these. some are not that good though XP  |

Hello everyone!!!! Been a while huh? Right then, I've been experimenting with a lot of different styles of art recently. They may not be anime related necessarily, but, I would be remiss to deny the Gendou forum anything I post on on Deviant Art. Across the Universe - Pastels by ~Chrono-Kira on deviantART A pastel based off of the movie poster for Across the Universe Okami - Pastel by ~Chrono-Kira on deviantART A pastel based off the PS2 game, Okami The Boondocks - Huey Guevara by ~Chrono-Kira on deviantART A pencil sketch based off of a popular image from The Boondocks Amy Winehouse by ~Chrono-Kira on deviantART This is a portrait of the singer, Amy Winehouse. Whew, quite a bit...tell me which one, if any, you like the most Right then, @Darky, Pic 1: Very cute character sketch there, she has a great, determined look that you conveyed quite well. Pic 2: I'm happy you tried pencil smudging, it shows quite well here, good job. Pic 3: Great sketch, and very cute bunny ears. Pic 4: Awesome vector! It's really cute and the cell-shaded look is great! @Kuraide, Pic 1: I love the blend between the anime look and stylized armor. This pic is great, it truly is a cool one. Pic 2: Your maid girl is excellent, the pose is cute, and the wing is a cool touch. Pic 3: I'm surprised some of your friends didn't like this one, it has a great character design and the background looks pretty great too. @Anbu-Sadoku, welcome back! Good to see your work again! Pic 1: See looks really cool, I love your style, it has a Kingdom Hearts-esque flair to it. Pic 2/3: Excellent look, your attention to hairstyle and clothing is amazing, both especially stand out. Pic 4: Your Innocent Sorrow piece is really awesome, I love the look and feel of it, it's really unique and cool. @Ich, Pic 1/2/3: WHOA!!! Haruhi is so beautiful here. You've really outdone yourself...your style is incredible, I can pratically feel the characters you've drawn. Excellent work, you should make your own art website like Reiq, Range Murata, or others. I'm totally saving this, BTW. @Rin8, Pic 1: Not a bad Inuyasha, you captured his resemblance quite well. Pic 2: Very good Sasori, the perspective and shading really brings everything out well. Pic 3: The Kyo sketch is actually pretty good, the sketchy quality isn't a bad look. @saruwatarii, Pic 1: Very cool pic of Itachi, love the focus on his eyes, nice job. Pic 2: Your Air pic is really good, it has a great flourish and a really fitting light feel to it. @Suzaku, Pic 1: Your Random Girl sketch is pretty good, but the midsection's a bit skewed. The coloring is amazing though, and really makes the pic look great. Pic 2: I like your "2. Love" piece, it's very stylized and the eyes, especially look cool. Pic 3: Good-looking Kyou, the profile sketch looks really great and the expression is perfect. Pic 4: Whoa! Shana looks excellent! The coloring and expression is really top-notch. Very stylish work. @Red, Pic 1/2/3: It's great to see the pic from Rough to Finished. Millia looks excellent, and the wallpaper is seriously cool. I love the effects used, and the background fits her design quite well. Pic 4/5/6: Ryo is really cool, the suit is a nice touch, and the black and white wings are rather stylish. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Right then...see ya guys eventually, excellent art all around! |
