nope. there's no level ups for Arms. Heavenly Arms are special types of arms, and there's only 7 of them, excluding the 8th rumored Heavenly Arm |

@fallguy, they can. as i've mentioned before, even if the person holds a Heavenly Arm it doesn't mean he/she is the strongest. you have to factor in experience, their stamina etc etc (as long as they don't god that is) @evil kitty, that sounds ok |

Home Town : Yorito City Normal Weapon : Steel reinforced blue bandit gloves Armored Arm ULTRASOUL Activation Spell : Ore no tamashii wo kike!!! ULTRASOUL!!! Inactivate Form : A blue sport bag with the brand - ATITAS (^^') on both sides Active form : A denim vest with a white colored kanji - METSU on the back of it Edited Special ability of Armored Arm : Annihilation Fury --- increases strength according to Ryuu's mental condition and the number of enemies. These powerups are cumulative (ie. Ryuu is angry and he's on a duel, his strength increases by 250% but his speed decreases by 100%). ---anger : increases strength by 200% (3x) but decreases speed by 100% (2x) ---excited : increases strength by 100% (2x) ---focused : increases strength by 200% (3x) ---scared : decreases strength by 100% (2x) but increases speed by 50% (1/2x) ---1-3 enemies : increases strength by 50% (1/2x) ---4-15 enemies : increases strength by 75% (3/4x) ---15-30 enemies : increases strength by 100% (2x) ---30-... enemies : increases strength by 200% (3x) Bio : ---under construction--- He's the last descendant of the Hikarigaoka clan, who failed to master the BrainPower, a special ability for the Hikarigaokas. @H, not much problem with the arm. but the arm's special is kinda out of the rule. i've mentioned in a previous post that you can only increase either one of these: Strength, Agility, Stamina. also, normal weapons should be made of standard steels |

Armored Arm: lone wolfs fang katana Activation: Howl of the lone wolf empower me Arms shape: a wolfs tail worn like a tail. proportioned to Shiden’s body Special ability: Howling slashes. Description: sends a focused razor like crescent moon through the air at a target has a somewhat weak sonic boom. weapon can also be split into equal halves to have a more rapid wild fire. History/Bio: Usually a quite person, and a heavy thinker. Shiden keeps to him self a lot and seems to always have a serious look on his face. but he's been known to act a little stupid and have some fun when he’s with friends. though he's still is a kind and warm person to his friends and those in need. He has never shown his true emotions to anyone and has difficulty truly attaching himself to others, but always slow to anger and never shows his true devastating power untilled he is angered. Shiden is always practicing to be a great kempo master, he wonders around taking odd jobs every now and then to survive. @kusanagi, so...what's the name of that Arm? Anyways, we're gonna start..right about...*waits for 5 seconds* hmm....*waits for another 5 minutes...* now! Chapter 1:The Beginning of Disaster It has been 4 months since the last attacks by regulars. The first village that was attacked was Nostalgia Village and that was 6 months ago. Jasmine Town was attacked 1 month later and Flux Town was almost destroyed in another attack around the same time Jasmine Town was attacked. In these 4 months of silence, rumors of an 8th Heavenly Arm arises. People thought that these Irregulars are controled by someone who owns the 8th Heavenly Arm, but no one has made a claim to those rumors. Just recently, the Princess of Offspring Kingdom, Princess Arisa Claudius, has made a handsome offer to those who dared to investigate the cause of attacks from irregulars and stop those attacks. But none dared to take up the challenge. Elsewhere, a rumor of an army of Irregulars heading towards Quale City. Defence forces where sent to that city and brave locals joined in to protect their city. (You can decide to go on a journey to Offspring Kingdom or help out to fight off against the Irregulars nearing Quale City. Since it's just the beginning of the RP, I'll try not to do too much. But do remember, those using the Heavenly Arms MUST start at the towns where the Heavenly Arms originated. Those using the normal Armored Arms can start off at any town they like, but try to scatter at different places. also, indicate the location of your character on each post, so that everyone knows where you are and not get confused. well...here i start...*gets nervous*) {Arc Town, Kay's house} Kay:let's see...Blutzjager...check. some supplies...check...a set of extra clothings...check...looks like i'm good to go... *looks around his house* Kay:looks like i won't be around here for awhile. and i just came back from Flux Town a few days ago for a job...the place is still in ruins...but it starts to look much better... |

(no problems but Quale City is at the Geass Continent, which is the Scarlet Kingdom. if you're confuse about the locations of where is where, you can refer to the map in the first post.
