@those who complain about the unreadable font. XD First of all, thank you for using your time to comment my set. ^^ Yet another unreadable font, huh? ^^' I admit that I'm bad at font using/choosing/and 'whatever that is', and sometimes I used too many effects to the font which make it bright and unreadable. I'll be more careful next time, thank you everyone. XD @Renma Nope, the blurry isn't come from the scan. I used some blur to make soft edges, but I think in this case, the blur opacity went too high and then become too blurry. I'll do something about it, Thanks. XD about lacks of effect... I actually did that on purpose. XD Inspirated from Ich's words which are: simple is the best design and can easily be loved by others The words moved me to make a set with a simple design. ^^ @Eria Ohohohohoho~ After gazing your icons for a while, I found out something in the 3rd icon that needs an attention. Take a look at the hair, you could see a very rough edged hair is siding with a smooth edged hair in the same edge/line. [See the purple circle]  That is the only problem I've seen. The other three icons are perfect though. I have nothing to complain. ^^ Keep up the good work, Eria. XD Like Inx said, you might hold the upper hand for this event. ^^ @Ashley Roger that! [bump] Thanks for the comments xD rough eh? ;3 I guess I'm a rough person  I guess I'll try to make more smoother ones.  EDIT: @Ash; hmmmmmmm lol. Simple, but nice. You used gradient as the background right? You might want to use gradient map[adjustment layer] and photo filter]adjustment layer] to blend in the render + background. And use the duplicate + blue technique on the render (refer to renma's signature tutorial) to make a nicer background so it won't look too dull xD And the main subject / character looks so big O_O Resizing it would not hurt xD And a border would be very nice x] -- And about the event, I already gave Kira the stuffs. ._. |
