First of all, congrats for this thread is on Version 3. It's a good thing this thread goes on.

Secondly, I noticed the first post claims were not updated as Aoi posted. Please update A.S.A.P.

Thirdly, I believe the rules doesn't need much to changed for newbies. As newbies are just new (or is it.). It won't be a necessary to give a 1 month-wait or level 11 penalty. That is not fair at all and not making any sense, this is just my thought, so no offence.

Finally, I would like to notify that my claim on Kizaki Emi is PERMANENT. I won't change the character claim EXCEPT I will change/update the banners, icons or maybe the signature of the claim.

That's all I can said.

@aoi btw in your list, you mixed solty rei and slayers. lina inverse should be in slayers and vice versa
