hmhm as for the winter, the ones caught my interest are.. Durarara!!, awesome trailers and reviews, i am so going to watch this So.Ra.No.Wo.To, Qwaser of Stigmata, Ladies vs Butlers! and Chu-Bra!!, creator of To-Love-Ru right, i expect this to be interesting too |

Man, I haven't decided yet what other animes to watch next season, but I will definitely gonna watch Chu-Bra!! XDD Guess I'll make up my mind after I saw the first episodes.. XD    |

Kampfer ended so horribly, I was so disappointed. I can't even tell if it's popular enough to have another season, though judging how the series went it should, because it explained virtually nothing about the white Kampfer. If anybody wants to make a thread to talk about, go ahead (or I will). Might start making more threads for anime, or other people should, though nobody keeps them active and they eventually die out so fast which is why I stopped. D:

That's why I honestly don't start any threads anymore for anime. I'll just either go blogs it or find some active place with that series to talk about with other people. Also, winter season looking good as well. I'm expecting lots of good series in Spring though, gonna add some possible spring series soon. Fate Stay Night Movie, and Haruhi Movie soon. :D |

it seems that the ookamikakushi copied from higurashi~ but anyway, this season looks much better than the fall season of 2009(maybe only the "nayo koi" is the only worth-to-watch anime show.....)

@ Air of Sky-san Actually the same guy that did Higurashi is the same guy who created Ookami Kakushi...that guy being Ryukishi07. He's an extremely talented creator which is why i'm anticipating Key's next VN project "Rewrite", that he's doing the scenario. Anyways based on the PSP game which i heard was very very good, so i'm eager for this. Only 3 days away until the first episode. Other series i'm looking forward to are Omamori "Himari", the Fate/Stay Night UBW film as well as the re-release of the Fate TV series (2 set of DVD box sets), Quiz Academy 2 (love the doujins that are based on this series! :L). However my most anticipated series for the entire year probably is of course ANGEL BEATS!!!!!! April can't come fast enough!!!!!! *Off topic* I know what you meant DAngel-san & Miko-san! I know i still try my best on keeping these anime discussion threads alive, in particular the former CLANNAD thread. Which i hope will pick up again once Angel Beats! is released. It's a little unsettling that since this is an anime site for the most part there is so little participation in these threads. Of course way back in the 'golden days' you had to read older posts to keep up on what is going on in the thread since it gets updated at a regular basis. I know i don't like bringing back the topic of 'golden days' cause it'll never happen again. However since the reason we are here on this site is for the love of anime & all the incarnations of it....so why is there so little discussions on these topics for the most part. I know i love a particular anime series but it is also cool to hear the thoughts of others as well. To have 'friendly' disagreements about something. I see threads created by some members but a few weeks or even days later they are abandoned....why create a thread if you aren't going to participate in them?! That is what baffles me the most. Sorry i'm disappointed in some of these so called 'anime-fans'.....that it is frustrating at times. We all love anime/manga which is why we are here! Show some more love for them by expressing it. That's all i'm expecting. Sometimes i feel i'm talking to myself in some of these threads. Not sure about what you other members feel but that is my is feeling.  |

Update: Added Winter 2009-2010 Version 3 list. Air of Sky: I don't understand your choice of anime, but in my opinion this season doesn't have much awesome series like the Fall Season. Almost everything is worth watching from the Fall 2009 season, unless you're a really picky watcher. @Izumo: Yeah that's true, but I guess anime fans are too lazy to post due to overload of same info and mostly bunch of comments on the same series that are around the internet nowaday, which doesn't give them any motivation to join in anymore. Its like each anime have its own blog. lol |

[@Izumo/miko] Yeah, take from me, a guy who averaged roughly 60 posts daily, how I suffer. Of course these days I might not be able to even handle half of that, cause 'those' times were insanely barbaric. I enjoy he quiet times now, but a few months ago it wasn't as quiet as it was now at least. Take it from my eyes, I'm here virtually everyday, and yes I HAVE A LIFE AND FRIENDS TO HANG OUT WITH! XD But like, I visit this website pretty much every day, even late at night/early morning, and I barely see changes in anything but more WOT posts being made and RP posts. Two areas I don't really involve myself with anymore, excluding a few WOT threads that are notable to post in. But yeah, one of the largest anime music websites on the web yet people don't discuss music, anime, anything. The forums have withered away the past year or so, and I've seen it through the days and hours. It's like sitting there watching a beautiful rose just die and wither away. I understand how you feel Izumo that you're also trying to keep certain anime threads alive, hell any thread alive. And yeah mike, that's mostly how it is with any thread virtually, especially when n00bs have an issue dLing music or something. I've noticed this so often, some guy will ask for help as if he's loosing a liver, yet once we reply to ask for some more info to assist him, there's no reply for days, sometimes weeks. Then there's the guy who'll make the thread for help, yet nobody answers right way (three seconds after he made it), then ends up making it twice or making a poll on it, and just plain annoying. Whenever this topic or issue with the forum comes up, you know I have to recall the golden age era somewhat. I haven't been here since the first thread of Gendou.com, but I was here during the highest peak of that crazy era -- 'til now, and only a certain number of people can understand how it feels to post so much to barely posting a day. But I know as long as I have regulars like Izumo around, I can survive somewhat, though I love a wide discussion. Of course as we move on with the times, people get older, people graduate, people get jobs, people get married, people simply move on. Anyways, totally fell off topic (gotta be a place to talk about this topic acceptively), but yeah, Fall '09 had numerous good titles, even though I dLed all of them and saw half (lol, college). But definitely, DEFINITELY, Kimi ni Todoke was the best anime of that season, and strongly in my opinion one of the BEST anime to air in recent years! This anime is pretty perfect to me. It has hints of Kare Kano, which was an amazing romance/school-life/drama anime as well, and similar artwork.

the only winter ones i think are worth watching are dance in the vampire bund and durarara!! dance in the vampire bund just cause its like kuroshitsuji and blood+ had an anime kid... lol dont ask durarara!! is just really interesting and random... and confusing but hey maybe ookamikakushi but it seems like a really weird and stupid series so far and seikon no qwaser is soo misleading... i thought it may have been ok... turns out its just a show about 400 breast shots >.< i the fall shows were much much much better in my opinion... i miss darker than black!! DX
