@Sai, I'm still recovering from the sheer size of you're 'Roy Mustang is f***ing awesome' post ;3. Hehe, unfortunately I don't keep up with the manga, I'd like to now because Mustang is pretty damn cool man. Yaay, welcome to the FMA Brotherhood thread Gant-sempaii! :D Glad they finally showed it to you animax viewers :D. I've only downloaded the Divx/xivD version so far :(. Think that I'm missing out on the HD-smexy front. :(

YUI Rocks!The opening even gave me shivers >.< And tragedy is part of the plot ; 3; Sad but cool at the same :D *spoiler ahead!* @Sai I followed it until ed went to the cold side of the country. Eh... it's not really a "FMA 2" since it's a remake of the whole anime. Anyway, it's nice to see Hughes again, Mustang's smexy face not covered by Ciel's trademark, and Ed's rants about not being But then you realize the fact that you have to watch people die all over again ;_; Did Mustang's seiyuu change? It sounds less deeper than before. @xdcc321: It's "Again" by Yui. TV size is up at the music downloads area of the site. D:

@Lady Maia: After watching the first 2 episodes, there are definite differences from the original. I heard it was going to follow the manga and not necessarily the other version which strayed away from the manga. Like what happened in the movie. I don't know if it's true or not, but I'm looking forward to seeing what happens :) |

@xdcc: Uh... that's why I said "remake" o_o they're doing the whole all over again. And I don't read the manga. I usually wait for it to finish. So I don't know if Hughes will die, or Mustang will wear an eyepatch. But if it would happen (because I'm not sure if it would), then it would be really depressing. ;w; @Sai: I would be very, very amazed if you can actually see my face, Sai  HUWAT?! They actually changed it?! Why? The old seiyuu was better. Deep voice is love~ @Dragonfly: You must feeeeell itttt! It's so wrong. Mustang's not as smexy as before without the voice ;_; @Yamimori: I kind of agree with you there, dood. The jokes seem forced now... and something else. Either way I have high expectations for this anime. Hope it won't let us down. or they will see the wrath of fanboys and fangirls. D<

well, i didn't really like the second episode as much as the first, but it's none too surprising considering it was a flashback episode to how they got there. the whole sequence is a lot more true to the manga, but they skipped out on quite a few parts (such as Mustang's assumption that the brothers were adults, not children, and the somewhat humourous reaction in turn). the animation does seem a tad off at times, but you can't always be perfect. Hiromu Arakawa's artstyle is unique in it's own way, and i assume it would be difficult to perfectly replicate her drawing/painting style. @megastream: yep, Ed and Ueki have the same voice actress, Romi Park (Paku Romi, whatever). @Sai: hm, they said they have 13 episode titles (a lie, they only have five, but they have the air dates for the rest), but not how many episodes are in the series. meaning, we have no idea if it's going to be ongoing or going to get cancelled or something. they may have at least 13 to be released as a test to see if it'll match up to the first series or satisfy the manga fans. ah, i miss some of the old seiyuu...like Megumi Toyoguchi, Tooru Ookawa...i don't mind Fumiko Orikasa as Hawkeye though. but i'm sure we'll all get used to them as the series goes on.  |

me too didn't feel a lot different between previous roy seiyuu than this one.. maybe because I haven't seen the old series some times now... anyway this going to be interesting... many alter story and maybe then the movie itself will be parallel world (though i love the movie..)^^

XD Love fma!! it's a remake? i see, no wonder there were so many things different umm....i havnt really seen the first make of this series, so i follow the manga more (therefore no comment on the seiyuus) I LOOVE~ the chibi characters on the ending theme. it kinda makes the show not so serious and dead-ish, since the jokes seem forced.... oh well, love it!

I think its looking pretty good so far. The colours seem to be a little... softer than the other series - or maybe thats just me lol. The new seiyuus seem alright anyways i think. @ching ping: i toally agree! the ending is just adorable xD  |

mmm... i watched the first two episodes and its waay different than the old one.. XD ive watched old one about just around before ep20 i think, and im not following the manga coz im not hooked to it... busy with other animes.. DX the opening is great! Yui really have done it beautifully.. xDD    |

Seems like this thread hasn't been very active lately :/ I'm only posting again because the object of my suffering seems to be steadily approaching... Hughes is scheduled to die again on the 10th episode... which comes out next week. I'm so not watching ;_; |
