wow so many sad songs... Find the way from gundam seed is pretty depressing..i dun even watch the series but when i heard it on the bus..omg... plus some songs from naruto..the angsty anime^^ |

God i LOVE sad songs!! i can't really feel anything after listening to a happy song. can't really keep them in mind~ but also depence on the singers...some singers are so good at putting their emotion into the songs~like Angela's Separation.especially when it gets to "kamisama"(God)...and proof. yeah, the lyrics!!sometimes the lyrics are really the soul of them~

Obokuri Eeumi from samurai champloo. I have no clue what that old woman is singing about but its incredibly moving. This is the background sound when Mugen halucinates that he is in hell after falling in the sea. Brilliant! Man, almost forgot Blue from cowboy bebop this is the song just after spike dies. |

I've posted about this in an old thread but I forgot what songs have I posted lol... But my favorite's still... Senshi yo Nemure --- Mazinkaiser You should definitely try it. The song illustrated a memorial of a dead soldier. It's too sad that sometimes I don't wanna hear it lol

Isen't most of the songs posted here what you would describe as "beautiful"? I probably have a few, but here goes: Lillium (Elfen Lied) Idiot Fowl's Ballad (Serial Experiments Lain OST) I consider this one as my "theme" Rei I, Borderline Case, A hole in the dream, Alot of the piano pieces (Evangelion) Moonlight (Kurau - Phantom Memory) Divine Decision (Gungrave OST) Girl of Catching (Speed Grapher OST) Damn I love this one. Green Bird (Cowboy Bebop) Another great one. Full Metal Alchemist OST, Kare Kano OST also has alot of great pieces. Namely: Kare Kano; Miyazawa Yukino IV&V, Arima Souichirou I. FMA; Brothers (so great that I learned it individually, without any previous piano lessons!), Kodoku, The Alchemic World - Two Years Thereafter. |
