For me it would have to be: Rurouni Kenshin Legend of the Last Labyrinth (this one only has two episodes, and it has such a awesome story!) Fruits Basket (but I have heard rumors that there is a second season) Inuyasha (the ending sucked,but I have heard rumors that there is a second series for this one as well)

-Yami no Matsuei (just 13 episodes???....plz there be more and OVA) -Witch Hunter Robin (the ending is giving me a suspend...help!!!) -Shingetsutan Tsukihime (same like YnM,y is there only 12 episodes??) tsk,tsk....
