@Key>Yup! ;D Like I said,it was a mix of both happy and sad feeling in the anime. @Moogle:Yup,I was referring to the picture ;P Hmm,now I see why they look unfamiliar.....XD Here's the summary for REC(copied from AnimeNewsNetwork a.k.a ANN): Fumihiko Matsumaru is an average salaryman with no girlfriend. He invited his colleague Miss Tanaka to a movie but was stood up. Right at the time he was about to toss tickets into a trash can, a cute girl appeared and asked him not to waste those two tickets. After movie and dinner, he escorted her home and found they live in the same neighborhood, yet unfortunately her apartment caught on fire hours later. Having nowhere else to stay, rookie seiyuu Aka Onda moved to Matsumaru's place, and the two had started a "more than friend but not yet lovers" relationship under the same roof while keeping this secret from their employers. One of the screenshot: She's a cutie,no? XD

@Snake: Now that you fixed it, i kinda agree about cutie... although i think i saw her somewhere before. Maybe Shinigami no Ballad had someone similar, dunno. And as i understood, this anime's about seiyu, right? Rare type of anime i'd say... I can only remember Lovely Idol and there was once some anime, about some girl-robot seiyu or something... or was it robot news announcer. Can't remember the name of the anime though... |

Jeez, watching Yumeria right now. Only saw two episodes, but it seems like the plot's going to be pretty weird... although i admit - it's funny. Especially there are few great phrases, like: -It's like i'm a main character of some comedy magazine -I think you are... or "I've prepared a hell load of tests for you when you wake up. Until then, sweet dreams!" :D |

Yeah REC was a cute series....really short though...only 10 episodes & each episode was like 12 mins long. i do remember another seiyuu type anime series as well....but i can't remember it off the top of my head. I do remember one of the characters in Nadesico was a seiyuu before joining the ship. Megumi was her name. There are alot of singing idol type anime series though...Lovely Idol, Lemon Angel Project, Hummingbird, Key the Metal Idol....to name a few. Well i read that they are re-releasing One (the non-H version)....& the site i visit to see upcoming ero-games do have some info about it. I have to check often to see where it goes from here. Anyways only romance series i'm watching now are the current ones...CLANNAD, True Tears, Kimiaru (They are my noble masters) & H2O ~footprints...~ All of them are nearing the end though...with only a few more episodes to go. @ Moogle-san Those are some nice gifs....i remember some of them pretty well....especially the CLANNAD 'combo' one. Nice job! |

@Izumo: Well, it's not that hard to make them :) Anyway, of all current romances i'm only watching Clannad. And i stopped on it too - waiting for it to be completely released :) Mostly specialize on semi-old, like, as i already named - Yumeria, Maria-sama ga miteru, Ai Yori Aoshi... i tried to watch AYA eariler, but for some reason stopped at about episode 17... can't remember correctly. Currently rewatching it from the start... currently watched episode five or six... One of rare kind romances, without much triangles and such stuff... Well, at least i think it's rare... lemme see, AYA, Winter Garden, Lamune, Video Girl Ai(actually i doubt about those two... after all, there WERE triangles...), ToHeart, ToHeart2, Tsuyokiss(Well, not exactly kind...)... well, now that i think about there are quite a lot of them :) |

@Key: Well, i've heard of that one, but never saw... still, i wonder how that robot-announcer anime was called. Heh, come to think of it, i think one episode of sailormoon covered seiyu, but i think they covered almost every official job possible :D By the way, can anyone tell me if i can obtain digi charat: nyo? I think only first three episodes (actually six, but they're dual and 10 minutes long each) were out, but i'd like to see more of it :) By the way, wasn't Asada seiyu? |

@Snake: Well... actually Rin annoys me, but if it's Kuro - i wouldn't mind, that's one of my favorite types... although a little censor would help... and a couple years + :D Still, if you saw that - you probably understand why i don't like ecchi, especially child ecchi :D |

I saw Yotsunoha the other day...the RAW version....although i briefly played the game (i still have it but uninstalled it cause of HD space) the anime is very promising. The animation is very good, the characters & seiyuu's are just like the game...Nono-chan (the main girl..loli) is so adorable!!!!, the OP & END songs are quite good as well. The opening song by Yui Sakakibara (she's appearing in alot of series lately hasn't she) called Koisuru Kioku has Yui's distinct style...the end song is by Chata called Negai & it is a slow calming song. The end animation when the song is played is playful & cute featuring Nono-chan. I read that there are only 3 episode but each one is almost 50 minutes which is good. The first episode left sort of a cliff-hanger...so i can't wait for the next one. Looking good & very promising!!! I highly recommend anyone to take a look at it when they can....if you don't know about it i have a wallpaper & in the process of adding the demo (to the game) to my profile. |

Well, since you recommend, i suppose it's worth watching :) As for me - i finished watching Yumeria and currently i watch Utawarerumono and Disgaea. Oh, and added Izumo: Takeki Tsurugi no Senki to a list... ain't it the source of your name? :) |

@ Moogle-san Well...sort of....the game by Studio Ego! of the same name & the actual area in Japan are influences for my username. Disgea was a pretty funny series. Sort of based on the game..some scenes in the anime you'll remember if you've played it before. Flonne is of course my fave character & she doesn't disappoint in the anime!!! Izumo i thought could've been alot better if they kept the character designs the same as the game. The 'kiddy' look to the characters turned me off a bit. the story is alright...like i said could've been better. Utawarerumono is actually pretty good. Won't spoil it for you but it has some very intense & memorable moments. A very good series. As for Yotsunoha as you can see i finished adding the game intro to my profile. Song is Yotsunoha by Chata. On the 'My Uploads' playlist i added this song as well as the ending song 'Shining Orange' by Yui Sakakibara. Interesting for the anime the roles are reversed as to who sings the OP & Ending songs. |

@Izumo: Well, Flonne's good, but there's also Etna and most of all - Mid-boss :D That guy was amusing, especially him paroding Tuxedo Kamen in one of episodes. And Pringer was funny... I assume it's a parody of Mazinger from Gundam series :D There were also those... emperors... some of them were quite cute... but still, how Laharl sent them flying was amusing. Wonder what was they showing of for :D As for Izumo, well i guess lots of anime could've been better. I still haven't watched it. As for Utawarerumono, i've played and watched about half of it, and mostly spoilered it for myself on wikipedia :D Oh, and by the way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Um2pAibqrh8&feature=related Can you tell me what song was it in 1:50. I sorta liked it, but couldn't find it using texts alone. Yeah, and thanks for reviving the thread :D |

I finally got around to watching the final episodes of D.C.II yesterday. Overall, I still prefer D.C.S.S. better although I'm very anxious for D.C.II.S.S. Also, why the heck was D.C.II so short? It was only 13 episodes long and it was like half of D.C. and D.C.S.S. The ending of D.C.II was gorgeous though, although a lot was left out that I wanted to see. I wanted to see more from the other characters. The relationship between Koko and Sakurai was kind of plain and boring. They didn't even show anything with Yume or Otome, the twin girls that highly resemble Nemu. We do get to see Sakura though, although she's like 50-60+ years old. Her childlike appearance though, is so kawaii! =^-^= ♥♥♥ Wonder what happened to Otamaru though. She now has Harimao who's a bit more adorable. :3 Anybody finish the series or checked it out? What are your favorite characters? ------- |

@ Moogle-san Unfortunately i have no idea who sings that song in the clip...i do know the Busuo Renkin one in the beginning & as well as 'One Winged Angel' from FF7. You're welcome....lately there hasn't been any posts here for awhile to once i saw Yotsunoha i figured might as well post to say how good it is. Again it's short but the seiyuu for Nono-chan is sooo cute it is almost unbearable...which means you can help but listen to her. I've always had a soft spot for Flonne when i first played the game version...her introduction was so cool!! "I'm an assasin!...ooops i wasn't suppose to say that out loud"....& of course "Nin Nin". Etna is cool & all but Flonne has that adorable quality to her. I think the best episode is the one with the Red Moon....pretty dramatic & emotional stuff....although the Prinny Land one was pretty funny stuff. @ DAngel-san To be honest i have no idea why D.C. II is shorter than the original Da Capo series...since that one was the regular 24 episodes long. I guess it has to do with available time slots & overall production values. I figure the 2nd season will take place as the 'Spring Celebration' (the 2nd game)...so some more plotlines will be finished....& new ones will develop. The twin Asakura are supposedly the main heroines in the game so it was kinda strange that Koko had such a big role in the anime. I don't remember if that was the case in the game...i should install it again & find out. Like i said so many things to remember it gets hard to keep track of everything. As for my fave character in the series/game...i was always fond of Nanaka & the Asakura sisters. Mainly cause some of the best CG in the game involve them...hentai & non-hentai...^___^;. |
