Mine were Escaflowne, Sailor Moon and Gundam Wing. My uncle loved to watch those shows and I watched them with him. I guess I have my uncle to thank for introducing me to Anime.    |

| The earliest I can remember of is Saint Seiya. I recall I watched other animes at least two years earlier but I can remember neither of them. End my first subbed was Ah my Goddess ! |

Heh! How I can remember it was Sailor Moon, I saw it when I was a child. But I prefer think, that my first (I mean normal anime) is Slayers. I saw it when my close friend presented it for me at my 11th birthday. After that I saw FullMeatl Alchemist and Naruto.
We were just panicking most of the time...

Hmm...my first anime...a very complex story, so I won't go into it. But it does involve Kiki's Delivery Service. However, the two series that made me a true anime fan were Pokemon and Ranman 1/2. It's quite an odd combo, but worked for me. Later! ~Otome |

My very first anime was my favorite cartoon for a long time... but i dont remember what it was called. It had very similar animation to stuff like kiki's delivery service and stuff like that and i remember there were these wierd teddy bear-like things that would fly the girl around... if this sounds femilier to anyone would you maybe tell me what it was? The first anime i remember would either be outlaw star or dragonball z |

wow....my very first anime; without a doubt; was ASTRO BOY!!(80's)...(hey i'm not that old..well if u think 23 is old then ya i'm old..anyways) that was my first anime i've seen n its still my fave of all time.  |

| The first anime I ever saw was either Devilman or Dragon half. I think i watched them all in a runner when they came on sci-fi Years ago, either way they all had their moments of greatness. They are my all time fav's besides Excel Saga |

I watched some Doraemon tapes in 1984/86. Also I watched (and enjoyed) Jaspion and Flashman. But my addiction came more seriously after 2000 when I watched Ghost in the Shell and Rurouni Kenshin OVA. After this, it became a sick addiction for me. Well, let's finish this, because there's a new episode of Bleach to watch now... lol --- edit --- I remembered that 2 animes I really enjoyed that time were "Ninja Hattori-kun" and "paman". DBZ During the Saiyan saga (the fights against Vegeta to be exact) when I was 6 years old on some obscure channel in another timezone. Not Cartoon Network. When it did debut on CN, I almost spontaneously combusted.  |

my first anime gotz to be doraemon but then the first anime that started my obsession is Grander Musashi when i was young and it was awesome! although the plot is kinda straight forward and all the moves are not sensible..kinda like Prince of Tennis, but yeah, it started it all!
