Very first anime?..

If you can recall, what was the very first anime that you've ever seen? Mine was a movie called "Green Ran" I saw it when I snuck up in the middle of the night when I was 6 because I couldn't sleep. I turned to the Sci-Fi channel and there it was! O.o

| My very first anime was Doraemon, and actually it has been aired on my national TV for approximately 15 years --till now! I don't even remember when was the actual time when I watched it for the first time, I was too young even to notice how old I was at that time^^; Now I rarely watch it, but it's still an all-time classic for me --and maybe for most families in my country...*laughs* |

hmmm??? that's seem so hard...really it's so hard to think which one was your very first anime.i think mine was Voltron. but there were lots of anime at that time like G-force, Voltes 5, Daimos, Dragon Ball, Seijuushi Bismarck (Saber Riders and the Star Sheriffs) & Macross... Besides I dont know what's the difference of anime and American animation before...i just know its a cartoon!LOL^_^ So... that's it....  ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

| My first anime was Rurouni Kenshin but as usual in Malaysia it was called Samurai X and the worst part was it was dubed in English. This was the show that got me going and became an anime fan. Japanese voice actors are still the best. So people, go for the originals and not imitations. |

Hi, Mine would be Magical Creami Mami, a shoujo anime. I watched it when I was 6?? æ‡ã‹ã—ã„ (natsukashi i)^_^ Till now, it will alwz be part of my memories!! Agree with Bernz, still, original is the best!! Ja mata ne, mi-chan

Another anime I saw when I was really little was Highway Express 5. Or at least I think it's called that. The only scene I can remember from it though is of a woman and a boy on a train, it's speeding too fast and she tells him that she's not his real mother but in fact a cyborg created to make him think that his mom wasn't dead. He freaks out and tries to tell her that she's his mom and blah blah stuff like that but she shows him the metal face under her skin and he runs into the other cars of the train.

it was either Magic Knight Rayearth or Sailor Moon. can't really recall..

I'd say Saint Saya.....i remember a really bloody part from it.....it creeped me out i remember...i think i was like....5? O.o and then there's transformers (altho i really dislike it now) and Sailor Moon ^^;

I believe mine was Ronin Warriers but I don't remember anything about it. Recently I've been told Little Nemo was an anime so I guess that would be the first but I don't really consider it a full fledged anime since it's half American. |
