@DA: ARIGATOU!!! ^_^ thanks for the "answers" and yes, I think a period of 3-5 weeks is fair for the audition-ees to get their "A-game" on. ^_^ Hontou ni arigatou! *bow* (I'll do some designs for the band once I get a better idea of what the feel of it is, and send them to u for sampling >()< lol) |

You can send 'em to me maybe after auditions or so. So far, you're the only designer trying out and it would be better to show me later because the members would already be assigned onto the band. It seems easier... for you anyways. :D Edit: GOING TO SLEEP! NIGHT, NIGHT... RYOKO~

Hm, so far I was thinking. This Thursday and Friday are a bit messed up for me (school) so I decided to make the deadline for members sending in their demos next Friday. Demos should be at least 1-2 minutes long. A reason I want members to send in a demo is like a "I'll be here for the auditions thread" and also to help prepare you. As of now, I'm not sure to make two threads: one for the demo auditions and one for the REAL auditons or just make one big thread and edit stuff around? Comments on that, please. Oh, and next Friday is the deadline for the demos because it's easier... and it's at the end of the month so the entire next month which is April, can be for auditions and stuff. By the time this week ends or so, the entire thread should be made or so stating EVERYTHING. I won't explain everything here... since... I don't know everything yet but I'll think about it soon. That's all for now.

ok, and what is does a demo consist of? if you gunna explain in another thread or whatever then dont mind, imma stay tuned anyhow, but if you dont, then you could explain details or whatever... or maybe someone that is not DA and has been completly tuned can explain me the details... cause DA is working really hard and wasting his time in such trivialites with do no good t him or the band :) |

A demo is just a "sample". It's to see if like, you're doing certain things right and such. The demo does not have to be 100% effort but you need to send in one to be in the auditions. It's also to help you prepare so it's not like it's anything wasted. Try it out.

I was being sarcastic about the Haruko thing. Hit me again, I'll eat your arms! m(+_+)m Anyways, I doubt everybody would send in a demo, maybe because they're busy or some other reason. This is just to see what we can expect, "so to speak". I want to see a sample since I'm a judge of course. A bunch of solo guitarists try out by themselves to get into a band. At least, I think it goes that way sometimes. There are no teams anymore, so you're on your own. You can play like a song in the background or so, to assist you.

Demos shouldn't take that long. If I need to make a further deadline, I'll do so if I see that I have to. Also, yes, Suzaku... that's allowed.
