lol, well here's a perfect place to talk about anything. Literally anything (that's acceptable of course).

I've been here since the beginning. What are you depressed about?
Though it's been a while since I've known about you and your gf,
I don't want to bring up trouble or be rude by asking how it went,
so yeah unless you want to talk about it, I won't ask about it then.

And yeah I get lonely sometimes, too, but only cause people don't post in the forums,
so my state of loneliness is totally not relating to you. :P

I'm not hung up on her anymore, it isn't the person so much as it is having someone and feeling needed.

The depression is a mix of no longer having someone who loves me around, and by extension, not having anyone personal to talk to (my two friends are off in University, out of town now, so I don't see them anymore), as well as my recent college failure.

I'm pretty much at the highest point of self-loathing I have ever been at right now.

Actually I can understand that completely, I've felt it quite a few times in my days.
You know it is lonely for me as well up in the city/college.
Still being a freshman you don't make friends as quick, especially since I enjoy being in so often.
Living with other people can be a drag, having to deal with everything being so overpriced in the city is hard enough.

My grades weren't so perfect either, but I honestly barely tried the first quarter of my college life.
The first year at my college, they make you take fundamental courses that aren't even required,
yet I'm forced to pay the first year when I'm really learning anything important.
I think about dropping out a lot. This school/major might not be for me,
I mean I want to do stuff overseas, be around people I can better interact with.
My life, my future, is somewhere over there and I know this better than anyone.
I think about dropping it and doing/going somewhere else, but you know from me something's going to happen eventually.

I didn't know you entered college already. From the sound of it, guess it didn't go as expected either.

I took a year off after highschool, then started college this past September and failed 3 out of 6 courses in December. I passed UNIX, Workplace Correspondence and Productivity Tools and I failed Networking, Fundamentals of Programming and Mathematics for Computer Technology. The three I failed are pretty much essential to the program I was taking (Website Administration), along with UNIX which I did pass. The other two (Productivity Tools and Workplace Corr.) didn't have much, if anything, to do with my program.

So now I've wasted 3,000 dollars, and I'm also going to be out of school for another year until September rolls around again (assuming I even get accepted into the new program I will be applying for).

I didn't actually go to college in a physical sense, only for exams, because my course was done online. I know what you mean though, it is hard starting out in a school, job or place where you don't know anyone. Personally, I probably won't be too interested in that. I'm not the kind of person that likes having a lot of friends, plus, it's a bit harder to find people around here who like the kind of stuff I do (There isn't a very big anime/Japanese audience around here).

That's also probably why I've never really had a chance at having an actual girlfriend. I'm interested in obscure stuff as far as Western culture is concerned. Well, that and I'm not exactly a hunk.

Now I've started to think about my faults again. >_>

[@Jon] I was about to say, "they kicked you out?" Well, yeah I unfortunately had an F myself.
First F in my life, but it was only because I didn't drop a course I didn't wan to take on time.
Their school system sucks and the housing department for our dorms deserve to burn. They don't do their job at all.
'Transferring' is definitely an action I'm going to take eventually, I just gotta figure out what to do then,
plus the longer I stay here the more money I waste. There are a lot of cheaper schools around,
but still I'd prefer being a bit closer to home at least, or possibly going to a regular college.
But still rushing into that, I don't know what major to be assigned or what I really want to do (in this country).

Honestly for me, I want to go overseas and act, specifically in dramas,
and if possible have a hopefully successful career as a musician (be in a band, production, etc.).
Like I can't stop myself from saying I want to go and try my future over there immediately,
but going over there immediately is easier said than done.

Don't worry about having a girlfriend man, being single isn't that bad at all,
and we're college kids, in certain regions having a girlfriend doesn't even exist in ones mind.
In fact the term girlfriend annoys me sometimes, because my roomate has a girlfriend,
and she's a bit annoying, especially when they're always doing it and like keeping me up or just bothering me.

You're kind of lucky not to live in a dorm though, cause college roomates is really a hard thing to suddenly adjust, too.
My one roomate, although I like him a lot, living with him is totally different.
Loud music (and he has speakers which makes it hard to block out through a door), the girlfriend thing, untidyness, it sucks.
Although he pays for the internet that I also use and doesn't force me to pay, so that's nice,
but the internet's been so crappy we're close to getting comcast or something.
He has the highest Verizon you can possibly get, yet it's always inconsistent and the connection speed barely passes DSL for that matter.

And since the internet is mostly my life, being at home is great,
cause even though there's everything else (parents, food, etc.), the DSL which is cheap is even faster and consistent!
I'm on break right now, why the hell would I want to go back to college.

@anime19 - Already did when I made my first post.

@Adeline - No I haven't. Unfortunately, the closest I've ever been to being in a hot spring is when I have my hot bathes from time to time. I very much want to go to one though.

@DA - Having a person in my life, like a girlfriend, is actually really important to me. It's one of those things in life that I am constantly thinking about. I don't have other people to talk to about things I would like to talk about, I've never really felt needed by anyone, and (despite the fact that I'm not much of a social person) I am lonely, so it isn't something I can just brush off and not concern myself with.

I know that dorm rooms suck. Being a person who enjoys his own personal space, I can say for certain that, regardless of my roommate, I wouldn't like being there. Should I ever have to move somewhere else for school, I will be going into an apartment, even if I have to take out student loans for it.

Kira: I mean it's good to be back to forums again. G-d willing, around March I should go on a trip XD.

Oh btw, my last year in University started. I'm so happy, after 4 years, my last one. So many things to do. Currently I'm waiting the professor's yes to orientate me on the senior thesis. I sent the e-mail with the the project of in the week of Christmas. Now with the beginning of the judicial year, I hope he answers me, otherwise I should go look for the other professor of the subject :c.

Because of the leak of the exams of this national exam we have here as part of the university entrance, it's all delayed in the university I go, so my lectures will start only on March XD. Generally things start on March here, because of carnival and all, so I believe we won't lose much after all.

[@Jon] Yeah I can understand that, really I can.
You just don't need to think you need to rush any sort of action, let it come to you.

Student loans are rough. I thought about living in an apartment, but that can be rough, too.
Depending on what I decide to do in the next year, I might get an apartment or go somewhere else.
The whole financial thing when it comes to a college kid, is so rough, like I hate dealing with it.
It's so messy, it's so unorganized, but so vital to your tuition and without it I really couldn't be going to school.

It's crazy how people deal with it so easily, rather if they're super rich and spoiled or dead broke.
The rent for the dorms is okay a month considering the position,
just the roomate thing and sometimes dealing with housing RAs and everything else sucks.

These 4 days off, I have wasted completely.
I didn't do anything. I was suppose to buy new shoes, but that failed.
I wanted to play a certain game, but I had no time for that.
And now, I feel so lazy, and don't want to work. >, <

@Adel~
lol Well, if you ever come to the U.S, I'll treat ya to it. ^- ^
Maybe they might consider it for the next event.
But... that might be breaking some copyright laws, so they might not.
Anyways, I do believe that the next MH event will be around Feb. 14.
The Cupid Mouse will be released again. I need to catch that too. x3

@Jonathan~
Welcome to the club~ *bows*

@DA~
lol No. It's like this. You work the first week, and then they pay you at the end of the second week.
So, pay every 2 weeks. It's really gonna mess me up on my payments/bills.
I'll have to adjust somehow. So use to getting paid every week due to the Temp service.
And I think that it won't be a paycheck anymore. It might be a pay stub/direct deposit set up.
That is going to mess with my 2 bank accounts too much. @_ @

She won't wait. She demanded it. I felt so weird withdrawing $1,000 too.
Errr... I'm not really living here for free. She pays for my insurance which is like $85.
So I just give her $100 a month for that. Then I also give her an extra $100 for living at home.
So $200 is given to my mom per month. $301 for the car payment.
And practically $20 per week for gas. So $601 is already used up.
I only got paid like $325 per week. It's an estimate. It's about that much if I work 40 hrs.
But thankfully, I will be getting hired on/raise.

Same here. I get so lazy. I end up just living on my laptop the whole time.
Even if I go to a friends house, I get right on my laptop and go online. >. <

Good luck with finding a job.
I believe most places should hire on weekends, especially if your a student.
lol Use your classmates to hook you up with something if they work somewhere.
I won't be purchasing anything fancy/nice any time soon now. I still owe my $5000.
I shouldn't have told her I would pay in payments of $1000. Kinda screwed me over for the holidays.
If you do take the bus/train, tell me how that goes.
I haven't done that yet, and need to learn to do that.
But, I don't live in an area where we really have trains for traveling.
Buses, yes, but they only take you around the area; no traveling.
Otherwise, you HAVE to drive to get everywhere here. :\

@Onii-chan~
I still have my addiction for MH. It will never leave me.
I also got like all the good rare traps, and bought all of Ronza's bases too.
I have like no gold now though. 12 Day's and Ronza have completely burned me out. T -T

Yeah, I play fishville now. Onii-chan accept the add plz? I need a new neighbor.
You don't even have to play, just be my neighbor. ; -;
The Rock Legends game, I hit the MAX level for it. So I have nothing to do on it.
So then I had more time to play 1 new game. I limit it to 3. No more, no less. xD

I think, it depends on how it's made too though.

@Kira~
I'm doing good.
But you disappeared again. D:

[@GM] Work the first week, get paid at the end of the second week?
So you still get paid for the second week you worked though, right, only you get paid for that week the following week, correct?
Why do you prefer the paycheck when you're going to deposit it anyways?
Unless you use the paycheck to pay your mom or whatever with those other bills.
And you have two bank accounts why? Two separate banks? Confused there, it seems messy regardless.

P.S. I'm really bad when it comes to financial matters. I haven't even tried depositing/withdrawing money out of Wachovia myself yet, personally.
Every time I get money or something, I tell my mom or dad to deposit it for me.
Whatever cash I actually have, I use it for food and whatnot. Actually mainly food like fast food to eat while in the city for college, and it's rough.

She demanded you to pay her back for all that's she's given you?
I know it's reasonable but wow, so quick and anxious there now are we…
You get paid what, 1500$ monthly roughly? though nearly half of that goes to you mother alone?
Why is she charging you rent now? I don't understand. You moved around a lot, living arrangement wise, right?
So I guess maybe she needs help paying the house bills or something? Ugh, those numbers kill me, but she sounds kind of selfish if it was something else.

lol, my one pair of buds work for these online freelance thing that they got at home, so I can't ask for help there.
The school's always sending out newsletters of places hiring, but they're things I'm not interested in mainly because of distance.
I just want to work at like the F.Y.E. that's right next to our dorms or somewhere in the mall.
Freelance is sort of easy as well, but I'd rather work somewhere close to home and I've never done freelance before so the system is a question mark.

Yeah once I learn to use the train or whatever, I'll definitely relay the info to you.
Maybe during next break I'll tag along with my one friend who lives in my dorm.
Luckily he still lives in the same area as me, so the station we'd get off at would be the same.
I thought about asking him now and go up back to our dorms, but my mom's thinking about packing food and whatnot again, more than my arms can carry.
But so far I've already worked out the clothing thing, what clothes to have up there and at home,
so when I do go home I don't need to pack so much stuff.

When going home there's of course my Macbook and its case/sidebag,
then I'll try using either the larger book bag which I already used before,
or this red Nike douflebag which has more room to carry my hoodies and whatnot.
I can be uptight about what I wear and whatnot, but at least I've taken care of my jeans/pants, all my shirts, and my boxers. :D
I want to keep the fruit of the loom ones at home, too, but it'd be a hassle and use space when I'm packing.
There's also socks, I tend to keep all the darker black socks with me.
Brought some home so I gotta bring those back, bring the jeans I packed, switch up some shirts, etc.
It's the winter season so of course it's cold here and in the city, so I can only pack the essentials when traveling.

So with that and my macbook case that's all I plan to bring when traveling home and back.
I want to learn how to use it soon though, it might make life a bit easier.
Instead of paying for laundry, I can travel home during the weekend and do laundry there for free,
and that'd be less than paying for it at the dorms AND traveling fees.
The only thing is that I'd have to call my dad who's always at home now to pick me up.

The reason why, as of now though never tried it, I prefer the bus is cause it takes you home one trip.
Not sure where the bus station is here in my area, but I think my parents mentioned they knew where it was or so.
For the train and whatnot, you'd have to take the subway which is underground/merging with the mall,
than you take that to a train and from there I guess that takes you home.
I've taken this about three times with my aunt, she knows the whole system and whatnot,
but instead of the train all the way home, we go to this area where her car is and she drives home,
so I've never even experienced taking the train entirely home and I'm scared I'd get lost.

If I had a map of the SEPTA system, I'd somehow find it a bit easier,
but with my friend, I'll ask him next quarter to help me out, I'm pretty sure he'll assist me since we're going to the same destination anyways.

P.S. Oh yeah, sorry the long post. >:3
Haven't done one for a while, so thanks for that.
Love being at home, the internet is faster and more consistent,
though you'd be surprise since it's DSL vs. the highest Verizon you can get.
That's really a huge reason why I don't want to go back to my dorm, the internet's so inconsistent.
My roomate called and complains a few times, but they haven't done anything but give us free months,
though I think with that the connection is even slower and unstable. Ugh.
