Just fight in the side of the train's path then. That's what I did and it's fairly easy to move on. You could try to get technical and try to lure the bad guys into the subway, although your chances of escaping aren't that wide since you move pretty slow.

lol yeah, well, that the hardest part for me. I lost a credit from that, and one more from the rest of the game T.T so I had 7 credits to spare ^.^ when I beat the demo. Lol when I saw the cosplay, I was like "Oh wow, there's Nanoha, Sugintou, and a few others I recognized" XD |

That's probably one of my favorite fight scenes cause you can take out like 15 people in one jumping kick. But if you get hit by one of the girls with the long sticks, then all of them eat you up for a bit until you recover and run off.

@ Angelus-san I mentioned this series was from the makers of AIR & KANON on the very first page of the thread :) As for the music...i posted the 1st disc of the OST, a remixed version of 'Chiisana Tenohira' by Chata..has the same melody as Dango, & 'Mabinogi arranged' which is an instrumental soundtrack with music based on songs from the game/anime. Mabinogi is still up (though you need to PM me for the password)...while the others are no longer up...but are still in my filesharing site. Just ask me for the links. As for AIR...the first time i played it (the PC version) yes i was a little lost...after i finished it though i realized what was happening. So when the anime came out i knew all about it so none of it was confusing. @ DAngel-san & SkyL-san If you use Sonohara it is actually alot easier since he can use weapons...though he is a tad slower than Tomoyo. Tomoyo's best move is her running slide kick...which can hit multiple guys. The train level was easy...since you can hug the walls in the center & move once the trains pass by. If you time it right you can hug the wall before the train comes, that way the guys chasing you will be run over by it...instant death! I usually hold down my run button for that trick. If you thought the wheelbarrow guys were annoying...wait till you meet the guys riding motorbikes! They are faster than the contruction guys & they chuck fire bottles at you. If you get run over...they can easily hit you again if you don't get up fast enough....or roll out of the way. Timing your jump kick is crucial here. The level with the otakus if you use Sonohara....you can use the fire extingusher in the corner to pawn all of them....or in the trash can is a giant fish that you can swing around in a circle...pretty funny to use. Tomoyo can't use them so she has to take them out with her speed. In the full version of the game...the bosses you beat are unlocked...so you can use them for a new game.  |

That fish weapon pwned! It was pretty fun to use, as well as the fire extinguisher. I saw some of the other bosses with Sunohara, on trailers and screen shots of the game. That girl with the kendo stick would be pretty interesting to use. I wonder if I can get the full version of the game over the net yet, as well as other SHMUPS.

@ DAngel-san Basically all the characters you see on the start screen are characters you unlock & use if you get them. Wait till you see Enma Ai in action....she swings a mean scythe....which means she can't pick up weapons. Also she's a tad slow too but she's super strong! The gal with the kendo is pretty quick....she i think is one of the faster characters in the game. It's funny that alot of the female characters can't use any weapons....only the guys can. I think only a few girls can...one of them is Tomoyo in her alternate costume...her getup from the first game. As for aquiring these games...Tomoyo Fighter Plus is now very hard to find...i don't think they make it anymore. Other than torrent (or buying them...if you can find it) are the only ways. Otherwise only demos are available. I have a few shumps that may not be too big so i may be able to upload them. I may have to check the sizes of them though. Basically my collection of doujins are this. - Melty Blood / MB: REact / MB: Act Cadenza B - AirRade -98- - AngerRaze - Kanon Daiessen (i think that's how it's spelled) - Eternal Fighter Zero - Guardian Heroes - Tomoyo Fighter / Tomoyo Fighter PLUS  - Glove on Fight 2 - ????? (forgot the name but it's a 3D fighter) - Nitro Royale Heroines - Perfect CherryBlossom (though it is having some problems...install issues at times) I'll post screenshots of them as soon as i can.... |

Actually, I've been a fan of them for years, but with the ones you see in Amercican arcades. I've always seen these Japanese SHMUPS, but never really done anything else then walk past them on the .net. It has been recently since I dLed "Tobi Tsukihime", that I started exploring around a bit (freeware.remakes), and found/read about a few more. They are fun and interesting, yet insanely addictive. The side scrollers are pretty new to me though, yet are still as fun. [@Izumo] I think I have MB and MB: Re-Act, EFZero, Tomoyo Fighter Plus (demo), and I haven't read more about Perfect Cherry Blossums yet. I think that's another demo, too. >.<` The other titles catch my interest though. Wonder what the ??? could be. I'll await your screen shots. ^_^

^I Guess I'll post screenshots of all of mine too XD @Izumo-chan, You're running Vista if I remember correctly. There's a way you can install the game correctly on Vista. It's just super complicated. It's not just about compatibility modes either >_< you'll need to run the cmd prompt in "elevated" mode... |

Just finished episode 5 D: Noooo it's over T__T But Fuko is sooooooooooo kawaii <3 And I knew that girl was Fuko's sister the moment she walked into the store a few episodes back :D Haha, i loved the beginning. cute ne ^^ |

I found mines on a blog a long time ago, although I don't think the torrent is healthy anymore. It wasn't that healthy when I added it in BitComet, but I eventually finished it. Haven't played it that much overall, but I do pretty good with Ayu. The noise from her Uggs are kawaii. o^_^o

woot i find the torrent, and surprisingly i finish the d/l in 2 hrs only. quite lucky there is one seeder now, does anyone able to find direct d/l airrade? the torrent show no seeder for last 3 days, i dun think anyone seeding it anymore.

Just finished episode five and it was pretty good. First off, the scene where Nagisa and Tomoya meet Ibuki-sensei was really sweet. When Ibuki-sensei mistakens Tomoya as Nagisa's boyfriend since it was her first time meeting him, Nagisa's reactions afterwards were just too cute. The part where she gets curious and you can see her moving her eyes around is just so adorable. o^_^o Hmm, what else here.... OH! Later in the episode where Fuko goes to Nagisa's house with Nagisa and Tomoya. They needed to use a different name since they already knew Ibuki-sensei, her older sister, so she uses the neighbor's last name instead. The part where she nods at light speed was funny; she was like some machine or something. XD The "It fell off" scene at the school with Ryou wad funny as well. Boy when Fuko-chan daydreams, it's pretty cute when you see how she acts after she snaps back to reality. She actually thought Ryou was Tomoya, then believed there were two when Tomoya came back into the scene, then a third time when Kyou came into the scene. THREE OKIZAKIS! @.@` We didn't see Tomoyo in this episode at all, but we saw Sunohara get a nasty armbar from Misae. I love his emotion when he starts to like, flip out at people. For instant, the part after they return to his room after the armbar was applied and he complains about the pain (of course). The conversation ends of with Tomoya basically making plans for Sunohara to help him out a bit... then pouring him a cup of tea where Sunohara screams out it doesn't follow up. Later in the classroom, which was a pretty nice scene with a happy mood to it, he does the same thing by flipping out after Kyou tells Sanae-san (substitute teacher) that he's just an idiot. His eyes are as wide open as they can be facing up at the ceiling, and his fingers are squirming around like worms. XDXD

@ SkyL-san No i'm using XP...it's just that the disc i think is damaged....when i put it into the drive all it does is spins. Ok this took me some time to do all this....so please bare with me. I didn't add some cause it's difficult to take a screenshot when you are being swarmed by enemies.Also some have already been seen like MB & MB:RAct, Eternal Fighter, & Tomoyo Fighter. I put a link to a vid of Guardian Heroines...i couldn't find my disc at the time i did these. *EDIT* Okay SkyL-san ^____^; Luckily i copied all that i posted...if you wanna see the post that used to be here visit the link above posted by SkyL-san. |
