Really, it all depnds on the parents and on the child.... In my case it would be "I finally found a loophole. Finalyy a part of me that you cannot control." (followed by an evil laugh in my head) Or "mom, dad.. I have just created a giant robot cloned from the first angel on earth and has now gone berserk..." (Eva fans give me a Woo!)

It's just hard for me to say "Thank you" to my parents. I can say it easily to almost anyone else, but I just somehow can't say it to my parents. Don't know why, really.   |

"I love you." I kind of never said that to them. Ever. I'm not really the kind of son who says things like that to my parents. I think they would be pretty freaked out too.^^; Me: I'm moving in with my girlfriend. Mom and Dad: Who is it? Me: You sort of, don't know her. I never really told you about her. and finally, the biggest of all "Guess who's going to be a dad soon? Go on, guess."    |

"I love You" - i said these 3 words.. maybe 3 or 5 times in my whole life... "Sorry,I'm going to be good forever" -so frequent "I have a bf, we're going out this weekend"-mama would have killed me!  |

I think it really depends on what stage of life you are in. For me, it would be "I am sorry I didn't get to know you better." and "You can be proud of me because you have raised me well."  |
