Actually, the scratch effect technique was meant for creating scratch for 3D Model textures. ^^
I just wonder what happened if I implement it in making singatures... XD

And the result turned out to be good and looked cool to certain signatures. hehehehehe... XD

Owwww, so that's the problem.
Then, I think I'm going to create TOOL tutorial which will tell you where things are and a short description of what that TOOL will do.
Maybe that will help you. ^^

But stick with Link's tutorial for the moment,
since he already pointed out some of the TOOL description that you probably use them most of the time in Photoshop. ^^
