Did you follow the instructions they gave you? I did exactly those things, and it worked for me. Hmm, weird. Whenever I'm in the chat, sometimes it says that I entered the chat when I never left.

Yes, this is one bug i am currently working on. I improved the client a bit with some more informative messages, and more polite behavior. Hopefully, I'll be able to track the problem down soon.

I've downloaded the Java and I entered the chat yesterday. The problem is,if i'm not mistaken,after the maintenance(I've forgotten the time.),I can't enter the chat anymore. And today,I entered the chat,it only says 'connecting to the chat' and connection established! Do I have to re-install the Java again? |

@Lady Eshterina Esherina Hmmm , I'm now having the same problem as you do O.o ..... @Kiba XIII What is your connection speed ? I f your connection speed is slow , then you got to keep on trying (Keep on attempting in downloafing the new Java) 'till you get through . The first time I too did not make it , but I kept on re-downloading it again 'till it can (at 3rd try) . Just be patient ^^ . |

i done the DL's then enter and its saids.. Connection Established.. i waited an then connection established again.. and its still cant enter please help!  |

Did anyone get a message like "this installation package could not be opened, Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"? I get that every time i try to download it.

Maybe you got an incomplete, or corrupt download of installation files. Be sure that you have an fast/stable connection, then try again.  |

oh yeah.. shin's rite.. ^^ anyway kiba, i wonder abt this, but did u login as pc admin wen u install the java?? or did u set ur browser to block some package frm the net?? try set ur browser to default setting.. ^^

Whenever I try to get on chat, all I get is "Finding Online Users..." and "Connecting to the chat...". Was I banned or is it my sucky internet connection? [Edit] I got the Java-ness all over again. New problem: every time i try to talk, I end up exiting and relogging onto the chat. D:!

i used the link that gendou~sama posted and it works perfectly well ... maybe u should try to re-install it ^^ and check if there's any yellow error thing ... ^^   |

I have the same problem as the others. It keeps on saying Connection established but I can't see any people. But it's weird since I can see my messages when I type them via logs. So my main problem is I can't see the people in the chat,I've tried reinstalling java but it won't work. Help is greatly appreciated,thanks^^. |

My friend tell me that he can login the chat by using an old version of JAVA RUNTIME EDITION installed... But I still cant logon with new JRE because I dont have one (OLD JRE installer)

Ashely did you Download Java? cus if you don't have Java you have to installed it. Nyu well about that O_o that happen to me b4 I don't know why.
