I actually dont have thing off the top of my head that i am particularly proud about in school but I will post it as soon as I dissolve my modesty and recall it. I hope skyalchmist puts the post they had in the "Whats the WORST you have done in school" thread over here since it wasnt quite at home there.
I could give no less because I could give no more. ~myself

I love working with art, and the best in my school, no doubt. people try to compete, they have no chance of winning thanks to me and anime. uhhh? I'm very popular, especially girls be loving me all day and night baby! lol, j/p ^_^ plus soon, next year I'll be able to drive and that will be very cool, and of course without school, you wouldn't be able to graduate. oh yeah, im very good in almost everything but tests, quizes(in math im good), homework(mostly its boring to me alot sometimes)..., I had PAttendance for 2 years straigh until I became very ill. The longer I stay healthy, one of those days, I will feel like im diing. It was horrible ------- |

Okay so here it is, the post from the Worst thing done in school thread: I'm not proud of this but in Jr. High, I boicotted the school. It closed down for like three days. The principal was being completely unfair and to much of a dictator. In less than a month, he raised tuition fees (up to 50%), he changed the school uniform making everybody by new ones (there isn't enough money for food, let alone new uniforms), he fired all the teachers who did not agree with his ideas, he canceled lunch-time, he made us attend 10 hours of school, made all the students donate a certain fee every month, he started to sell the exams, he kicked out all the student who had less that an 80 average, he closed the restroom permanantly!, and he did some other stuff less important. One day he kicked me out because my skirt was too long (?), so before I left, I walked up to the megaphone that was in the principals office and I basically gave a speech about "human necesities", free speech, liberty, fraternity and equalty, and some other things that sounded really cheesy. I told everyone to get their stuff and leave through the front door. The thing I most remember from that improvised speech was: "Without us they can't do anything, we are the future of this democratic country so let's show these comunist b@st@rds that they will not impose their will on ours." I walked out of school and like ten minutes later, some students started walking out. Then suddenly a lot more followed. In the hour, everybody was outside including some of the teachers. When somebody changed things back, they called all the students and we went back to school. (okay so I am proud of it ^_^) |

Wow SkyAlchemist, I am surprised the principal wasnt killed. I had the worst attendance out of my entire class during senior year. I probaly broke more school property than any other kid. I got so many nicknames that I forgot most of them. Won every fight. It really hard to remember stuff, I can hardly remember anything. |

Remember the good old days Sky? When you did all the stupid stuff and I followed. Gotta love those memories. Oh wait you still keep doing stuff and I still follow you... I'm proud of my: "Highest Average of the Class" for two consecutive years in our lousy Jr. High. |

i was a top student for quite a lot of years during elementary & high school days. yet i'm not proud of it. more specifically, yes i would've been proud for being ranked the so-called "smartest student" in class, but in my case, i'm not proud of beating other people in class by aggregates. this is because i feel (and i know) that whatever i've got was purely by luck, or, by TEACHER's grace. as such, i don't think i deserve the "honours". i used to be one of those who sucked up to the teachers and "played obedient student" so that i could win their hearts. well, i didn't do it on purpose, that is, i didn't suck up 'coz i wanted the 1st place. it was a natural behavior. i believe a lot of the "intelligent" students did that in those days. it might sound ridiculous to you, but many teachers back then enjoyed these type of students, and naturally, they gave "bonuses" for them. for example, exam tips. EVEN FOR GOVERNMENT EXAMS. there were truly hardworking students who didn't get as high marks as those people even though they knew they should be getting better results, so they're inevitably unhappy. but what do they obtain in the end? merely phrases from the teachers like "'coz i don't like you." it's true. back in those days. as i became more matured in thinking (i'm not saying i'm matured, it's comparably "MORE matured" than before. =p), i decided that i should work things out my own way, with my own efforts, and not solely depend on "luck". i studied overseas for 2 years in a junior college (equivalent to senior high) in singapore, and i was one of the worst of the worst in the entire grade (actually, that was exactly when i failed 3 out of 5 subjects) for the 1st year. then, my performance turned out alright (to me) for the most important government exam. even though many parents of my ex-schoolmates were somewhat shocked/dumbstruck after knowing my results (it's only so-so), i knew i got the results by luck and hard work. i didn't suck up, i didn't act as a good student in front of teachers, i didn't run up to them to get "cheat codes". and with that result slip, i've got what i've dreamed of for so many years. that's why i'm proud of it. ^o^
